    I have received a smartphone from amazon india online on 29 june 2020. I found that the colour of mobile phobe is not as expected so i contact the company and offer the return /refund the mobile phone but company person told to me that our company have not any return /refund policy.
    But when i ordered it there was also an option of refund.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Got a call from number ([protected]) on 19 june 2020 at around 1:30 pm from a person telling me that he is calling from amazon.in and i have won a lucky draw which i can only respond to within 2 minutes, if i failed to respond within 2 mins i will lose the chance of getting the gift.

      They asked me to choose one out of 4 to 5 expensive gift products like apple iphone, voltas ac, fridge, sony bravia television, and dell laptop. Everything seemed to be authentic as the person shared with me my previous purchase details from amazon and also shared all the personal details registered on amazon, including my home address.

      This made me believe that the individual talking to me over the phone was an authentic one. Thus i proceeded with the call. I choose dell laptop as a free gift, after which he shared the product code as well of the laptop that i would receive as a free gift. He even stated that i will only be able to get the free gift only after i make a purchase of rs. 5000. He gave 3 options to make the payment, that was thru debit or credit card or google - pay. He further stated that i will get 30% cashback if i pay through google - pay. Then he gave me his g-pay number - [protected]. The google pay on this number had a display picture and name of amazon.in.

      I initiated money transactions through g-pay and paid rs. 5000. After paying this amount he even gave an assurance that it will reach to me within 48 hours through blue dart and also will come with insurance for a year.
      Then he further said that for transactions above rs. 30, 000, we will have to pay the gst amount of rs. 11, 999 which will be refunded to me within 2 mins saying that it was part of the process.

      Then when i paid rs. 11, 999 he said that bank charges have been deducted from this amount and he cannot proceed with the transaction because of the amount being less.

      When i said that i am finding something fishy about the process he was making me follow, he asked for my whatsapp no. And sent me a screenshot of the amazon.in which said that the customer will have to pay rs. 12, 009, and only after the payment, the customer will be refunded with the entire amount which was now rs. 11, 999 + rs.12009 = rs. 24, 008.
      The number through which he had sent me a whatsapp msg had the display picture of amazon.in and was a business account.

      He asked me to mention amazon gst tax while i was paying the payment through google-pay which i somehow did not write, so he asked me to do the payment again of rs. 12009. When i asked him why was i not getting the refund, he gave me the following bank account details :

      He further asked me to initiate a transaction of the entire amount rs. 36, 017, that had to be refunded which according to their process will be first debited and then credited to my account. He said that this will help him linking the payment gateway. I had already been duped a total sum of rs. 41017 and finally realized that i had been a victim of cyber theft.

      Also note that during the entire conversation that lasted around an hour, the call was transferred to different departments just to mock-up the office environment. The ambiance behind was also exactly similar to that of a customer care department. When i realize i was being looted i asked for the person's credentials to which he replied that his name was manish agarwaal and he was sitting at amazon development centre, b-2/62, tower #3, 5th floor, block b, industrial area, sector 62, noida, uttar pradesh 201309. I have been duped, kindly help me recover my lost amount of rs. 41000.

        This is to escalate my complaints made on 27th and 29th june with regards to delivery of 2 items scheduled to be delivered on 27th & 29th for the order #[protected] and[protected], respectively.

        In both the instances the delivery personnel did not call to deliver or deliver the items physically either to me or to the security guards as claimed by them. This shows a clear case of dishonesty from the delivery personnel of amazon india, while customer (Herein myself) continued to be at the receiving end. Both the times when call centres were contacted for resolving the issues and to get the delivery without further delay, they tried to explain me all internal systems & processes of amazon india, to which i as a customer have no relevance. And i as an amazon prime customer continue to suffer.

        These type of customer (Suffering) services and poor integrity stature of amazon's personnel were never expected, but guess it is the reality. Both the incidents within a 2.5 days period also points very strongly to the acceptance of amazon india of such employee dishonesty as part of their general sop. Very disheartened to see the state of affairs of the company, i used to admire till 3 days ago.

          I have received a damaged product from amazon india on june 13, 2020 and the same was picked by amazon today as i claimed for return and refund, now the status of the product in the app has not changed and i haven’t received an sms from amazon india till now confirming that the product has been picked up by amazon, amazon has blocked my account from calling them and m being harassed by amazon since 31st may 2020. Now the damaged product has also been taken away and i dont have anything with me and still the product status has not changed to return pickup successfull or returning to seller

            I jyoti kumari account holder of central bank of india station road gaya bihar branch. I've used my cbi account to receive the refund regarding my amazon returned item of 599 on 17th of june 2020.

            I've words with them they said they had been credited to bank yet i've not received it.

            I've complained about it to the branch too. Still no action.

              This is regarding an asus laptop (Asus vivobook 14 x409ua-ek342t intel core i3 7th gen 14-inch fhd compact and light laptop (4gb ram/1tb hdd/windows 10/integrated graphics/fp reader/1.) that i purchased from amazon. When i started working on it, there were many issues with the laptop. It was not just slow but it kept getting switched off/ hang and i could not use it for a few minutes without interruptions. I called the amazon help desk to get a refund as this performance of the laptop was unacceptable keeping in mind the loss i incurred as i was unable to do any work. Amazon’s customer care kept on forcing me to get a replacement as they can’t refund even if the device is faulty.

              Even after explaining it gazillion times to the customer care representatives, all i hear back from them is “it’s not in our policy”, “we can just send the technician”, “there are no seniors you can talk to”, “no one can provide you a resolution”, “you have to allow the technician in your house even is if there’s a high risk of corona” etc.

              I have incurred many losses already as i could not work as required and the onus lies on amazon for giving a faulty product. This product is an inferior quality product which was not checked to meet the basic quality of a laptop. No laptop has such pathetic performance considering it’s been only 5 days that i have got this brand new set.

              Moreover, what are these policies which do not help the customer? Instead, hiding behind these policies, amazon wants the customer to accept whatever and however is being delivered to you. Amazon’s customer care is horrible and full of people who don’t give a [censored] about what the customer is going through. Amazon’s representatives are trained to keep singing the script of their policy without understanding the problems and providing a proper solution. How can amazon list a product on their website without checking its quality? How can you join hands with sellers who are fooling people along with you? Instead of sending a technician, why was the device not checked before delivering? Is it amazon’s policy to cheat its customers, provide faulty device, harass then to an extent that they get frustrated and then forcefully accept the losses? During the time of pandemic, i had invested 30k to this faulty product and then lost money for 5 days due to this laptop. If this was not enough, amazon’s customer care, which absolutely does not care, kept harassing me on the call for 3 hours! This is happening to me when i am a regular customer. God knows what you guys do to the people who get trapped and are not aware of this scam.

              Now i am under the impression that there’s a fraud going on in amazon india. People employed with amazon in india are taking an undue advantage of the liberty they have been given. They’re tying up with unauthorized and low quality sellers who are cheating the customers along with amazon. Amazon is rather helping them by delivering the faulty, low quality, third class product and put it under no refund policy so that the customers keep suffering and they can simply move out of the conversation by saying it’s not under the policy.

              Now that i have lost 5-day work pay, i may suffer more losses because i can’t travel with this laptop. I requested amazon to either refund the amount or allow me to buy another brand and i am ready to pay the differential. Even this was not accepted by the “great amazon customer service”.

              I need an immediate refund or replacement with another brand laptop as i can’t bear further losses because of amazon’s fault of keeping low quality products. I am really upset with this behaviour and thereby want you to look into this in two days as i have to travel. I urge you to investigate this matter as i am sure there’s more to this scam.

                  I have ordered a mobile phone battery from amazon on 28 feb 2020. It came and i have requested to return it, the person who delieverd it to me came to pickup the battery next day. But refund was not provided yet so i called helpline and then they said that i have to send that return at my own their courier partner was not supposed to do so. So i have complained them that i havent called the delievry boy and he cannot come to pickup as his own if some request was not given to him they said they will crosscheck and confirm it to me but now they have blocked my contact number so i cant call them

                      I have purchased ek 009 digital lcd electronic weighing scale from amazon.in on 10th of jun'20. The product received in total damage condition. When i placed return order the pick boy is not taking the product saying it will be deducted from my salary though agreed on damage condition. I have complained many times at customer care of amazon but no one bothered to hear me out and refund my money. Where should i go now???

                        I returned few products and same were pickep up from me but the refind has not been issued even after 13 days. Infact om raising teh issue to customer service and writing to ceo amazon my account has been closed and they have denied any refund straight away. Now i neityer have the product nor the money.

                            They simply have written 'to close the account contact us'. They have not given the 'close account' option in the chat or in the call options. None of their helpline numbers or working. I need to close the account as i will be away from my computer for a long time and will not be using internet.                               Amazon accepted my payment and took my order but didn't deliver even after 15 days and refunded the money without informing anything. When i contacted customer care, they apologized and requested to place a new order. I tried to shop again but they raised the price to almost double. They are not at all supportive and just blaming the seller.

                                I had ordered two sets of lux cozi trunk pack of 5 each and size 95 cms. Order no.[protected]. Order delivered on[protected].

                                1) received only 9 nos. I. E, 1 number trunk short supplied.
                                2.) the size ordered 95 cms where as supplied size kis 90 cms. Hence unusable.

                                I want full qty or order i. E, 2sets of 5 pcs each of size 95 cms asap.

                                Please let me know when u are arranging to collecg the wrong supply and deliver correct material.

                                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 27th june 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                      We ordered havells airoven digi 1500w with aero crisp technology, order id:[protected], order date: 31-may-2020.

                                      First they delivered a malfunctioning product which was over heating. The product's outer shell became so hot once that my mother burned her hand when she held the outer handle to place food in it. We called an d asked for a replacement.
                                      In replacement on 13-jun-2020 they delivered a broken product (Outer shell broken). We again contacted amazon to replace this product. Somebody came on a bike and he said that amazon did not mention the the size of the product to be replaced and that he cannot take it as the product is very large to be transported on a bike.
                                      We again called amazon and asked them to update the ticket accordingly.
                                      They reassured us that someone will come but nobody came.
                                      When we called again we realized that they blocked every mobile number related to our account, from calling amazon customer care. We made a new account and called from that account. A guy came and refused to pick the order up and said "i will not take it as this is broken". He left. We tried calling and realized that they have blocked our new account too. They have blocked our 3 accounts till now. Now we are unable to contact amazon at all and nobody is coming to pick up the broken/damaged product.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have ordered two 230 Volts Float Switch Sensor for Water Level Controller with 2 Meter Wire on 28th may 2020 and deducted Rs 716 amount from my account. I got courier packet on June 4th .After some time when I opened the courier item I got only one item. One is missing.I will upload the pictures when I opened the packet. So far I didn't get any refund also.

                                        After this incident I send message to amazon and their reply was showing they delivered items in my given address. Its not fair.
                                        From my understanding if there is any problem with the stock or any other issue, amazon is not able to deliver the product they will refund the rest amount within few days. I was expecting for the remaining money for last weeks. but so far there is no reply from amazon. So I am writing this letter.

                                        I don't want any product missing item in soon. Wishing to get my rest amount at the earliest.
                                        I hope you will do necessary steps to solve or to refund my amount.
                                        I will upload the picture which I get and the things.
