I order a samsung 192 l 4 star inverter refrigerator on 21st march 2020 for which the delivery date was given 23rd march 2020 however due to the negligence it went into wrong direction which delayed my delivery by one day and when it reached to final delivery station countrywide lockdown was announced on 25th march 2020 during this period i co-operate with amazon. Finally on 19th may 2020 after the lockdown it got delivered to me which was defective in nature thus i placed a return & replacement request on 21st may. I successfully returned the product in as is condition to the amazon agent on 22nd may and my replacement order was supposed to be delivered to me on 23rd may 2020 for which till date i do not have any update and it still waiting for the delivery.

    Hello,
    This refers to the refund informed by amazon with reference of 024971 for rs 17366 against the order cancelled. As i have used my wife's debit card for payment while placing the order, this was supposed to get credited to her account by now. But this was not reflecting till now. Request you to check and arrange for refund at the earliest.

        I ordered "Euro Men's Cotton Brief (Pack of 5) size -XL vide order No.#[protected] dated 19 May 2020. Today ie on 26 May 2020 I received a pakage in which I received only 2 (two briefs) of Rupa Jon size XXL in place of Euro Men's Cotton Brief (Pack of 5) size XL.

        I request to deliver correct item as ordered in my order No. #[protected] dated 19 May 2020 failing which further action as deemed fit would be taken.

        I had ordered Euro Men's Cotton Brief ( Pack of 5 ) on the 23rd May'2020. I received a product today (30th May 2020 ) but got the wrong product. I received 1 Briefs and 2 pairs of socks. Which i did not order. The total price of the order received is 228 Rs. and i paid 394 rs for the pack of 5. This is cheating and not acceptable from such a reputed brand. I understand this is a non exchange product but the order itself is wrong and cant be used. I need complete refund or exchange or i would be taking this matter further. Need a reply back from your team asap.

          We placed an order in Amazon.in for product "Touch Cool 48 Colours Twin Head Art Markers Pen For Manga And Impression Sketch Marker For Art Lovers Designer And Artist" sold by Sabahz Trading. For faster delivery by 21 May 2020, additional cost INR 80 was paid. However the product got delivered on 26 May 2020 delayed by 5 days. So I dont know why INR 80 was charged.

          The product delivered is "Touch Bool" brand which is different from the one ordered. This seems like a low quality product with nearly half prize of the original brand ordered. Moreover it doesn't even look matching with box/packing of Touch Bool brand itself! I tried to return this product but not allowed! Not sure what to do with this duplicate product... Attached snapshot for the product delivered and the note from Seller saying they were out of stock and sending a different brand! This is not acceptable. I feel got cheated by receiving a low quality product with higher price and original invoice given for different product! Basically I would like to have a refund for this product.

              Dear sir i have a placed a order of redmi note 8 few days ago and i paid 10000 by gift cards and 1499 by debit card but after some time amazon had suspended my account and cancelled my order and the refund of rs 10000 had been added to my amazon pay balance but i am unable to use it because my account is onhold

                    on going to contact seller tab only option given is -RETURN ITEM. Amazone online chat no response is being given only routine reply are given even no customer care representative in coming on the chat. It appears that Amazone has become partner with the fraudster supplier. I am not getting help from any corner.

                          I purchased a mobile on[protected] of amount 13999 and cancel order before shipping as amazon said that they had initiated refund on[protected] but till date no refund has been processed in my account as now they are not helping to get the refund back by saying that we cant help you as we have refunded back amount with reference number 75503720134039758238194 so you can ask your bank but pnb bank said that no payment has been refunded by them.

                                I purchased yamaha psr e363 through amazon on[protected] and paid through my Indian Bank debit card but somehow the transaction failed and the money got debited from my account. Amazon said on[protected] that the money has been refunded and should have been credited to my account by now. But amount is still not in my account. They are only replying that contact bank's customer care and raise a dispute and bank's customer care is replying that we can't do anything with this.
                                Overall, my money is stuck. Neither amazon is helping out nor Indian Bank.

                                      I ordered 2 sets but recieved only one set, but recieved a delivered status for both. I recieved only one track pant instead of two sets of 3/4th pant and t shirt. Hence i placed return option. Since i recieved only one pant with same ordered i'd, how can i return two pack. Kindly sort the issue as soon as possible and refund my 1398.00 rs.

                                        Past 4 deliveries i had same issue, delivery guy marking items as delivered without delivering and without even taking pin or otp which amazon gives to customer to be shared with delivery agent at time of delivery.
                                        In last deliveries somehow items were delivered same day after raising complaint but this time item has gone missing or stolen by delivery agent.
