    This is regarding a order i've placed on amazon. I've already returned that item but it's been so long i've not received any refund. I called customer care several times they used say that thay've already initiated the refund. Then i asked for the reference number for the transaction they've never provided me that too.

        I made recharge of my hathway broadband through amazon pay on 28 may 2020. But the payment is not reflected in my hathway broadband account resulting in disconnection of my internet connection. Please help. Trouble ticket in this regard has also been issued but it is also of no help.

          Sir,
          I have paid for 3 items through hdfc net banking, but i received only 1 product and i have not received any confirmation about other orders. I am giving below the details.

          On 30 th may, 2020 i received only one item (Bathroom shower pipe). Regarding other items

                  I am from bokaro steel city jharkhand.
                  I have ordered a voltas 0.8 ton window ac on 24 may 2020 from amazon india. I have amount of rs. 20, 990/- via my credit card in emi mode of 24 months. The expected date of delivery is 01/june/2020. The seller of this ac is named as t. T. Enterprise on amazon india who was residents of new delhi the seller shipped it on 25 may 2020 and shared the tracking number which is[protected] after two days later 27 may 2020 courier company named as fedex recieved the shipment at 3:21 pm on 27 may 2020 on the same day at 8:22 pm shipment has left the courier facility new delhi on 27 may 2020 after this on 28 may 2020 the fedex courier facility of gurgaon india received the shipment on 28 may 2020 but after this they are not scanning the shipment and not updating the status of my shipment there is no record of my shipment where did it go where it is no one knows the expected date of delivery date given by fedex is 02/june/2020 and today is 02/june/2020 still i am waiting...
                  I have raised complaint to amazon india and amazon india seller tt enterprise and fedex as well but no one responded they only keep saying we are on it and it will be delivered and keep extending the delivery date now it's 05/june/2020 amazon india customer care aslo said that thier large appliances team will contact me in 48hrs but no one contacted me...
                  I request you to please take action against them they are harrassing me too much please do something please.

                    I had ordered a bicycle through amazon.in website on 5th 2020 through amazon.in online website. The initial date of delivery was given on 19th may 2020 due to covid restrictions on movement of goods.

                    But till today i have not got any confirmation of the delivery of the goods.

                    Hence i want to cancel this order and get the refund of the paid money.

                      Amzon delivary guy didn't call me and I got meaasge saying today I I will get delivery done I waited till 8pm no one called status came as delivary attended customer was not avlible it will delivery next working day so next day I called customer care informed about it they told today j will get package and I got message about delivary agent next day so this time I only called him and told him like I have package he replied saying he will delivar it by half an hour it's almost 3 hR no call from him I called him back he is like his bike nit stateting so he is asking me to come 1 km away from my home to collect product am j paying delivary charge to travelling and get package and I told him to deliver if to location given he is like j will try if bike starts other wise he told like he will tell j rejected it amzon I am prime mamber to k thought it's good trusted but now I understand guys any one who reading don't order from amzon untill these people correct this dilvary guys behavior issue flipkart good better order it from flipkart amzon people if any kne reding take some action on that guy my number [protected] any one want talk call I have all recording and evidence

                        This is the third time i am writing about the same inconvenience.
                        Two refund have been issued by amazon with ref. No. 7433270137013579831136 dated 16/05/2020 & another 74332740144014368317791 dated 23/05/2020 amounting rs. 1679 & 1139 respectively, credit of which is still awaited in my account.

                        The similar issues were also happened in the past. Details as under:
                        My saving account number is [protected]. I have been using my debit card no. Ending with 4257 in various online transaction over e-commerce platform. But sometimes i need to return the product and e-commerce company issue refund accordingly the refund amount should be credited back to my account in 3-4 business days but i have been facing the issue of non credit even after lapses of more than 15-20 days. At last i had to e-mail the reference number to your customer care to get the refund credited in my account and the same process is happening since last two refunds. E. G. Refund ref no. P2003211735390827148697 issued by flipkart on 21/03/2020 not credited to my account till my e-mail dated 10/04/2020 to your customer care. Another refund ref. No. 74332749093909223558962 issued by myntra on 02/04/2020 but not credited to my account till my e-mail dated 13/04/2020. Now, since the refund process is automated and no need to personal interference of the customer but the same is not happening in your bank which is highly unacceptable and also avoidable in order to excel in customer service in present era of customer-centric market.

                        Hope you will look into the matter and remove the technical or any other glitches in the process, better known to your team so that the inconvenience may be avoided for us.

                            We have purchased lg split ac on 22dn may and it was delivered on 25th may post that we have been chasing amazon team and lg team for installation, none of them are feeling responsible, they simply say due to covid ther are in lockdown! But why is that they started selling there products. Other company ac installation happening on time. And here in chandhanagar, bhel, friend colony, hyderabad only this service center guys are very pathetic!!
                            Product exchange warranty end on jun 4th. I really don't understand if its the fault of amazon or lg. But its the responsibility of the store for new ac installation, which is amazon here!

                            I need a solution for this, am i mad to buy the unit and just watch at home???

                            Initial installation request number : hanuman climate services - rnp[protected],

                            After a week another installation ticke is raised : skua : rnp[protected]

                            Every day we have to call this people more than 10 times and still no response.

                            Why is amazon and lg cheating the customers like this?

                              Dear amazon,

                              I have ordered oneplus mobile on emi during 19th to 21st march several times, and cancelled all the ordered materials immediately. I have received cancellation message immediately on my account. After that i have been receiving emis in my account since last 3 months.

                              I tried so many ways to lodge complaint in amazon, but neither you customer care number nor your email address is responsive. This is not a sign of good company like amzon where, after collecting orders, nobody is taking care about over complaints. If i have not received any materials then how can you charge money from me? Also non of your customer care numbers and mails are responding. I hope must have mechanism by which you can check, how many times i tried your customer care number during last 3 months. I hope this will be my last complaint mail to amazon. If i will not get response from amazon, then i will be forced to lodge complaint against amzon in consumer court.                                 Sir i ordered a phone which is redmi note 9 pro 4/64 gb variant with a price of 13999. On amazon at 12th of may which got delivered to me at 16th of may. The product which i received was defected so i reported it at the same day and returned it. Amazon issued me a refund of 13999 on 19th of may 2020. But it's 2nd of june and still i haven't received my refund in my account.

                                I have called amazon customer service many times they are not providing me correct information or resolving my issue. They are saying they have initiated the refund from their end and mailed me a refund reference number as a proof. Which is of no use because i quoted their refund reference number to central bank of india customers service and they said they didn't provide any service like this. Go to home branch or amazon is making you fool. When i get to my home branch they too didn't considered this refund reference number provided by amzon, they said they can only help if amzon can give me utr number, so i asked amzon for utr number so i can check the status of my stucked refund. But they didn't gave me it too and they they can only give refund reference number.

                                I am completely lost, i don't know what to do next. No one is helping me in the right way. Central bank of india customer service and amazon are both making a fool out of me.

                                Kindly resolves my issue.

                                    On 25th may 2020,
                                    I purchased a gas stove worth rs 3449/-, but later on the order got cancelled and refund got initiated by amazon side with refund reference 892470. But its 1 st of june today i haven't received my refund yet.

                                    I have called amazon customer support allot of times but i haven"t got any response yet. They are just saying that they have initiated my refund but i haven't received it yet.

                                        Respected sir/madam,

                                        I had ordered few grocery items from amazon prime (Ordered no.[protected] on 26th may 2020. I received the goods on 27th of may 2020, out of which only 2 items were correct rest about 10-12 items delivered were incorrect.

                                        I immediately calls amazon customer support on 27th may 2020 and the agent / associate raised the complaint/ticket, later asked me to wait for 48 hours and assured that my issue will get resolved. But now today when i called to enquire, amazon so called customer support are saying, i have to wait till 4th june to "check" the updates / progress for the ticket which they actually raised in 28th may 2020.

                                        Disgusting service.
