I have an amazon account with email id - [protected]@gmail.com and it is on hold for the past 4 years at first i did not know that it was on hold and tried to reset the password several times and talk to the amazon representatives bit they didn't tell me anything about it until yesterday when i decided to give it a one last try i was informed that my account was on hold and was told to check the emails sent 4 years ago. After hours of search i found the email from [protected]@amazon.in stating that my account was closed and i emailed them back to reactivate my account but they sent me another email asking me to verify the billing address for the card which i used for the order placed 4 years ago and moreover it was my younger brother (Who was 7 yrs old at that time) who placed the order and put in the wrong card details.in that year only i had ₹5000 in my amazon pay balance as i had returned an order. So, my refund is also stuck for the past four years.

    I call from last 3 month onwards regularly but team says wait for 24-48 hours after i call again 48 hours .. another agent says another 48 hours but still not solved... extend only but not solved
    I request to please take action on the company

          I have booked an order throug app and paid using credit card. A msg says the order is cancelled. I saw another msg that payment not done and penalty will be charged.

          In the app it says delivery will be done on 16th.

            I have make a online purchase of whisper sanitary pads and cancelled it due to vividh 19 preventive majors on 7 april 2020. But till today 10 may 2020 refund not submitted in my account. When ask to amazon they ask me to call bank care (Pnb bank). Bank care answered we don't know contact bank branch. Branch answered that my account is active and consult amazon. Amazon care says connect bank. What can i do? Amazon provide me refund reference number. #563306. My refund is of ₹ 376.

                  I had placed an order on march 8 2020 for quantity 8 whereas the delivery person delivered only 2 of them and took my signatures saying that other things will be coming in few minutes. But he never came back. I have tried to raise a complaint with amazon india. But they refuse to resolve this matter since 2 months. They ask me to escalate it if needed but they fail to raise a complaint. My order number is[protected]

                      I was looking for a specific product say dir 825 router. The reviews show that there are say 4000 reviews for this product, but when i actually review the individual reviews i find that amazon has mixed all reviews from all related products.

                      E. G dir 825 dir 826 dir 842 dir 816 and all are reviewed together.
                      As a result it's difficult to find out exactly what is the customer feedback or opinion on the specific product you are looking for.

                      I hope amazon india will separate the reviews and segregate them based on the actual product search and not mix all products under one brand.

                        I received an acknowledgment and an id[protected]. From bt-payumn. But the item is not received. I am adding few more points. This offer was under the 'festival bonanza offer, where there was 80- 90 percent reduction in price. A samsung s10 mobile phone was offered for rs.2999/- under the head mobile accessories and i paid the amount. I get a message from bt-payumn acknowledging the receipt of the amount on the 10th of april and an id[protected]. As many days have lapsed i came to customer complaints to resolve the issue.

                            I have ordered on feb in amazon redmi note 8 pro mobile but i have received only box. When i open the box there is only chargers and dummy mobile. Immediately i complain on customer care of amazon they said i have to wait for 5 bussines days i have wait and call him after 5 days they said wait we will call you when the investigation is complete. Till now. When i call to customer care of amazon someone is saying we have deliver the product and someone is saying wait again for 5 days

                                My account has been debited on 02 may 20 by using amazon pay app and my mobile number [protected].

                                I never use amazon pay or install this app.
                                Someone make fraud with my phone no and debited all balance by amazon pay app and other upi app.

                                Please do inquiry as soon as possible. I have two accounts with sbi and both are debited by using the mobile number and amazon and paytm app.

                                  March, April credit card charges that I did not authorize. Using my card number for this service is unlawful. I want the removed. $ 12.99 on each bill. I do. It want amazon prime now or ever. This has happened before. Get it stoped NOW.

                                        I had done a upi transaction of 500 rupees to my friend on 1st may 2020 through Amazon pay upi . But it showed pending but the the amount was deducted from my account and not deposited to my friend's account .
                                        But unfortunately the money is not deposited yet . Please help me on this regard .
