But still it has not been credited yet. We contacted amazon customer service and they said that refund has been issued to your bank account and bank declined it so contact the branch. But the bank is saying that no payment is not issued to them from amazon....

Amazon is utterflop when comes to down the line management.. Customer service is pathetic they are just playing with customers like foot ball. No accountability, in my case i really didn't understand what they are doing till now.. I think in amazon customer service executives will only speak to customers but they won't rectify any issues.
