Amazon confirms payment of rs. 610 with a reference number. Since i told them that my passbook is not reflecting the money, they told to contact bank with the reference number. I couldn't contact the customer care number and so registering the complaint here. The screenshot of the email from amazon informing about the reference number is attached herewith. My refund reference no 168188.

Ordered product crompton cooler dated 3 nov 2019 with pre paid amount worth 9120 rs. After month of order date they said due to damage of product we can not deliver the product to you. I requested to deliver the same product since i waited for 1 month. But still no response from them. Till date the product is undelivered as well as no refund credited for the same yet....

This order was not executed. I have not cancelled tho order.
From the website it is cancelled byamazon.
Kindly take action to debit to my a/c rs 450.00 which was charged against this.

I have purchased a item (Vivo v17) from amazon on 24th october 2019. And i returned on 4th november but untill now 13 january 2020. I did not receive my refund. According to their policy for a/c and debit card refund is initiated b/w 2 or 3 business days. I did not hope amazon services could be very poor. What is this amazon going on? I have purchased a item from amazon on 9 jan 2020 and i returned on 10 jan but until now 13 jan i did not received my refund.
According to their policy for debit credit card refund is initiated bw 2 or 3 business days.
I did not hope amazon service s could be very poor.
I think we can say it's poor services given by amazon that could not be expect any one from us....
