I am pratyush a normal amazon customer i have purchased a mobile on date 21 march 2020 order number order[protected] which never got delivered to me for which i have placed a to z claim which was denied and the seller is not responding. Amazon coustomer service are not even looking to my case not responding my email is this how you treat your loyal coustomer it's almost 1 month i waiting for refund i request you to take the matter seriously and refund my money.
Nobody responding me i am contacting every single day for my money

    I have purchased hp 15 intel pentium gold 8th gen (Pentium - n4417u /4gb
    /1tb /windows 10/jet black/1.77kg), 15q-ds0041tu from amazon on12 th march 2020 by making payment of 21, 990 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 20 th march 2020 with refund reference number of 7be7kjdy0000k78hk028. I contacted branch for solution, but they did not entertained and said to contact amazon. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. It is about money and about the customer services offered by bank. However because of the lockdown situation in country, i have shown lot of patience. As amazon have asked to wait for 5 business days, i have already waited more than that. Today is 16 th of april. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

    Kindly resolve the issue

      Ordered a mobile phone redmi note 9 pro from amazon on[protected] through debit card but due to payment failure amazon deducted my amount of rs 15998 and when i called amazon customer care then they say your refund has been successful processed on your account and reflect by now on same date. Till now the amount is not reflecting in my account. They provided a reference no. #267392 and told call your bank customer care for check the status of the refund. According to me amazon has not refunded my amount of they refunded then my amount reflecting in my account.

          The Amazon pay debited my sum of INR 999 on[protected] on the card saved as an Amazon prime. Which wasn't subscribed by me therefore I had filed a complaint for the refund of my debit charges. The complaint was registered as you can check the attachment for more details. Hence the refund wasn't successful till the period of time provided. After checking with the customer care of Amazon that is today[protected] they said the refund was processed from there behalf and was stuck from the bank side.

              I had done one online shopping of amount 3001 rs during november. Due to some damage i had to return the product. I had requested for the refund of the amount to my ubi account. According to the shopping site the account was to be refunded on 26/11/19 (Refund reference number for the transaction is[protected].) but the amount was not refunded. I again put up a complain (Complaint number is: 1-[protected]). I was told the money will be refunded by 1/01/2020. But it didnot happened. I again put up a complain (Complaint number is: 1-[protected]). I was again told the money will be refunded by 28/01/20. Today is 30/01/20, the money is still not refunded.
              I will be highly obliged if you look in the matter and consider it as soon as possible.

              Amazon has still not contact me
              I have returned the item on Dec 7, 2020. My account shows the refund has been issued on Dec 7, and the item has been received on Dec 19. I have never received the money. My credit card account does not show any refund. I have not found a way to contact Amazon yet. Is there a hidden "Contact me" on the site?

                  Hi i was purchased saree products but due to lockdown the products were not reached to me and cancelled by amazon's end.                     Amazon intiated the refund process nearly before 25 days. But still now i am get my refund amount in my account. Already i will complaint about this but nobody will give an proper response before five days also i give an complaint about this problem but there is no improvement. Amazon also give an reference number 017300. It will take long time branches also not give an proper response. So i will put an charge dispute. I also give spgrs but now no development in this refund process ao let this finish very soon.

And on 16 march 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 74332740077007617934573 so please kindly respond to my complaint it's very urgent.

                            Amazon locked my amazon money in my amazon account. At present having 420.96p in my amazon account with mini kyc we can add upto 10000, but amazon locked my money, and now they are saying you have to complete full kyc after that you can add or use your balance. After uploading documents they sent me a email and sms that uploaded pan card is linked with another amazon account. This is the only amazon account i am having registered with this email id pooja. [protected]@gmail.com and this is the registered mobile number [protected]. I don't have any more account under my name. I personally contacted amazon team through email, phone call, and through facebook. Since, the last 5 months i'm in touch with amazon support team, but no resolution provided yet.
                            I'm attaching few documents for your reference.

                            Today, also i uploaded my PAN card for Amazon KYC lets see what they do now. Again and again they are rejecting my KYC request. Till now i uploaded more then 14 times in the past 5 months, but no resolution provided yet.

                            Yesterday, again i submitted my PAN card at 09:57 AM through Amazon app, and at 03:58 PM Amazon cancelled my KYC request by saying "PAN CARD ALREADY SUBMITTED".This is the only Amazon account i'm having, and i don't have any more account .                                 A couple of days back my amazon account was hacked and the phone number registered with the account is changed. My amazon pay balance has also been spent mysteriously and now I cannot access my account. I have approached amazon customer care to no avail.

                                        I have purchased Honor 9x mobile and red mi back cover from amazon on 16/03/2020 by making payment of 14, 298 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 18/09/2020 with refund reference number of 7BJXC7YK0000K78NJ3GW They even shared transaction id visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.
