I have order this product and got the product delivery today and looks like some has tempered the seal and insert toy into it.

I didn't understand how come the product was being delivered in this condition when check with delivery partner, they informed the product is as it is delivered.

Could you please look into this matter and resolve the issue asap.

    A refund of 649 rupees was successfully processed on 05 march 2020 at 9.50 pm to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      Sir i had placed an order on 3rd march 2020 and payed the amount rs 1482 by amazon pay upi in advance but then after cancelling the order a refund has been initiated by amazon on 10 march 2020 with refund reference #[protected] according to them the refund is successfull but the money is not reflected in my account i had already visited the branch sbi sector 32c but they are saying there is no pending transaction. Neither amazon nor sbi is solving the problem please help. I am attaching all the necessary documents. Thank you

          Somebody hacked my amazon account and access with my stored credit card and generate e-gift card for 9500 rs and 20000 rs
          I trying to many times call and formal mail but not receiver my money till now. I got otp and amount deduction msgs in my mobile but this transation not done by me. I dont know how this possible without sharing my otp to another person. I am feeling very helpless bcoz amazon customer care executive tell me again again that they solev query in 24 hours but now its already 48 hour nad more but no resolution i got. Plz hlep me

            I have purchased a boult audio probass curve neckband order no.[protected] and the amount is rs.- 1399.00 only and i requested to return it and the return has completed by courier. I have placed this order on 6th june 2019 and the return has been completed on 16th june 2019 and still i have not received my refund. I have called the amazon executive so many times but every time he told me to wait for 3-5 days within 3-5 days your refund will be approved but it has not happened yet.
            So, here i am writing this so i can get my refund my refund is pending from last 9 months its a huge time.

              In place of this item they sent me a pocket balance worth rs 250
              I asked for the return and replacement
              & they agreed
              But this time they sent me a small empty plastic box
              Now when i am trying to convey further, "they are telling me that, they have investigated and correct item has been sent and received. One of the person in chat acknowledged that it is indeed a scam and threatened,"do what u can we wont return your money"

                      The package reached Ponnani Amazon delivery point on[protected].
                      They called me and demanded that I should go and take delivery from there.
                      I told them they are to make delivery at my door step.
                      This was not liked by them and refusing delivery to me till this day.
                      I called customer care Amazon through my mobile application on 17-03-20.
                      They assured me delivery on 18-03-20.But no avail.I contacted customer care again on 18-03-20 they again assured me delivery in another 24 hours.But this time I don't believe them.
                      I there for demand action against all culprits in this matter and ensure delivery at my door step.

                            I had ordered speedo swimming costume size 44 according to the size chart available. But the size chart had wrong measurements thus what i recieved was size different from what i ordered due to wrong size chart.                                 This with amazon order#[protected].
                                Purchase of new phone along with exchange. The agents tried to deliver two times on 17th and 18th march 2020. But same issues was repeated.
                                They verified exchange phone through amazon app.
                                They entered some code,
                                Verification was successful.
                                Next step was to give the phone to agent
                                But here, they are expecting another code to be entered on their phone against the order. There is no such code i received or need to be entered as per customer service. Looks amazon delivery agents are not aware of the process or is intentionally playing fraud activities.. This is repeated twice.
                                So i asked for cancel & refund of my money, which also amazon not doing. They say they escalated the issue, but they dont sync with agents or the courier backend teams. So the actual issue is not resolved.

                                  For my order[protected], i did not receive a delivery and amazon has not refunded for the same. When i complained, i was told that it is too late for a refund.
                                  The amazon customer service representative did not even give me a complaint id and kept saying that i should report it sooner.

                                    1. I ordered a set of 4 mask for my 3 yr nephew but i only received 2 mask.
                                    2. The mask is not n95 as not any such information written on product.
                                    The seller nap systems mayapuri delhi selling fake mask n also cheated customer n playing with children's health during this pandemic situation. As a govt. Put mask n sanitizer is on essential commodities list this is an offence.
                                    Many more complaints also registered regarding mask but amazon not taking any action and promoting this type fraud activities and seller on their website. They are playing with the heath of people.
