I am order life like sports watch in amazon and i returned to the amazon and they sent amount to the my account but in my account not received my refund and i ask to the amazon customer service they given reference id is hbscn[protected] please solve my problem and i visit my bank manger but no use of that and i give complent to bank manger but no use please help me my refund is 849 rupees

    Sir,
    With due respect and humble submission, I have the honour to inform you that on 25/01/2020 I was shopping at online Amazon, an amount of Rs 30400/- via Debit card EMI. I approved the transaction via Internet banking. After approved the transaction for 12 months EMI, Amazon shown payment failed.
    Subsequently, a loan account opened for the same bearing LOAN Account no-[protected] .
    Further, I contacted to Amazon service centre and they informed me that the payment process failed and the payment didn't received at their end and couldnt placed the order.
    Further, I visited my branch (Telegaon 07435)but the branch manager and the staff confirmed me that the amount credited to Amazon Pooling Account.
    Unfortunately, the bank deducted the 1st EMI today on[protected] for which order I didnt received
    The Amazon order ID #[protected] dtd[protected]
    I contacted the Amazon customer Service centre but they confirmed they didnot received the money.

      Dear sir
      my amount of rs.5999 is not refund in date 11th of refund by amazon and deduction on 3rd october my account A/c no.[protected] and my card no. [protected] the amzon is providing me a reference no.094997 bank is not convince with that.please help its being approx 4 month otherwise sir i'll file case

      company bol rahi hai unhone mera rs.5999 wapas kar diye lekin mere account me nahi aa rahe uske liye unhone reference no.bhi diya lekin bank me jao wo bolte hain ref. no. galat hai what should i do or bank wale ye janna chahte hain paise amazon ne konse mode se kiye jo amzazon wale nahi batate hain please solve my problem sir

        Amazon india a big cheaters. Initially they were fine in dealing the consumers. Once, they smelled the dodging method of indian companies they also following the same.

        This complaint is regarding my purchase in amazon pantry in oct-2019. My order no is[protected] 04/10/2019 worth of rs 53999. I suppose to get 10% of cashback on this amount. I have got instant cashback of 2000₹ but rest of 3300₹ till date it is not credited. I have called customer care many times. They also replied, but with same content "the issue is escalated to the concern team. We will get back to you soon".

        A month ago on 13/01/2020 they suggest and mailed me that you are eligible for cash back offer. And yesterday they informed me that you are not eligible.

        They fraud me and now harassing to not giving me my cashback. They have changed their policy terms and condition after purchase/shopping has been done.

        I want my cashback or want to return product and request to give me my full amount i have shopped for.

        Please do needful.

          I have a product buy from Amazon but I do not have enough quantity for delivery time so I have compiled this on Amazon but did not get enough support. And I got a reply from Amazon. Investigating your Compliner but you have got delivery oK.
          I have attached the details of the product, but I did not receive any messaging or mail from AMAZON.

              I bought a laptop from amazon india through sbi netbanking.I cancelled the order.
              Amazon told me that they have refunded the money.It is not reflecting in my bank account.
              Amout is Rs 27390
              The reference no that they gave me is IGAIBBCYK8
              They told me to contact SBI.The sbi said they don't have any option to locate.

              Please help me out

                I placed an order from Amazon. Its name is Power Bank Circuit Board. Due to some other problem, I had it canceled, which I paid through an online payment debit card, which has not yet been refunded to my account.Therefore request you to please transfer my difference to my account.

                  I got a call from her she scheduled my interview, but i couldn't make it possible due to some personal reasons. She called me and yelled on me, she was extremely rude and abusive.
                  No manners at all, i told her y r u talking like this arent u professional she said don't make me understand and said vulgar words in hindi. Then i somehow dropped the call.
                  I don't understand y they hire such kind of illiterate people who even don't know how to talk.
                  I ordered Wireless Earbuds But I got two wristwatches of Fast Track.

                  They also not provide me the receipt of my product.

                  I wa asked by company to wait for 2-4 business days for refund but now they are stallinge by adding days to the grace period moreover I cannot connect to them through call or email.

                    Around 5 weeks ago, I ordered 3 products from amazon which was prepaid order after 5 min of placing the order, I got notification that my order has been cancelled
                    I checked my email and I was told that my account was closed because my previous account was misusing amazon services but it is my first ever account on amazon.
                    I told them that there was balance as amazon pay money and asked them that how could I use that, I was told that I can use it without any problem on services provided on amazon pay but when tried to do so It's not working and showing that my account is locked.

                      This money is initiated from amazon on 13/02/2020 thursday they ask me this money is credit in your account in 3-4 working days but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue i have already contact to your customer services they ask me wait 24 48 hours but their is no response from your side
                      After that i will contact to amazon customer services they provide me refund reference number an as me contact to bank

                        Fraud transactions of amount 58250 is done from my account thorugh amazon and an amount inr 7500 is debited from my credit via amazon for purchase of egift card without any otp sharing and without anything. Ihave raised the complaint for all these transactions and after complaint amazon has removed the details of these transactions from my amazon account, now i am contacting customer care for my complaint and they are saying no such transactions is done from your amazon account. I have screenshot of these transactions also i have screenshot of chat i was done with amazon customer care executive. I also have statement of my credit card account which is clearly stating that transaction is done. Amazon is doing fraud with customers they are debiting customer accounts and also remove the details of transactions from amazon account. Screenshot of fraud transactions attached which has now removed from amazon account. I want to file case againt amazon india for doing fraud to their customer...

                          Sir, i have purchased one no. Infinity electric nova linit remover under invoice no; ynlw-19149, invoice details ; dl-ynlw[protected] invoice date: 17.2.2020 sold by m/s ashok kumar tomar, plot no: 100-101, gali no. 1, shiv mandir, new chauhanpur, karawal nagar, new delhi-110094 under order no:[protected] amounting to rs.455. At the time of purchase the company has offered one year warranty, but at the receipt of material, the firm has not furnished/mentioned any warraty card as the material supplied have no address or mobile number on the box. The mobile number has also not mentioned in the cash memo. Hope favourable action be taken at an earliest for providing warranty of the product.

                              Recently, i made a successful bus booking on 7th feb, 2020. For this booking, i was supposed to get 600rs cashback as i had collected buy 1 get 1 ticket on minimum booking on 1200.

                              I paid 1200+ 60 rs bus fees.

                              Before booking, i made a call to amazon customer care, someone named amin has assured me about cashback, that you can proceed with your booking, you'll get your cashback, if not, then we will credit it manually...

                              Since that, i was waiting. I've raised a complaint 3 times.. Every time i was asked to wait..

                              And today when i made a call again after waiting period was over, then their executive treated me like there was no offer at that time..

                              Seriously, amazon company is not trustable any more. That's what i think of it.

                                I had paid an amount of rs. 1020.50 on 15.02.2020 to optival health solutions through amazonpay. The transaction was successful and amount of rs. 100 was given by amazonpay as cashback as per the provision. But, the local store of optival (Medplus) informed that, they did not receive any amount.

                                Again, i had to pay the amount through amazonpay and this time the transaction was reported to be successful. I immediately lodged complaint with optival and amazon for refund of the amount debited for the so called failed transaction (1st. One)
                                Upon contacting the amazon, they told that, the amount will be credited 3-5 after the amount is received from optival.
                                On 19.02.2020, optival refunded the amount. But, amazon, in their statement showed that, rs. 661.22 would be credited to the a/c. Form which the amount has been debited from. But, the same amount has not yet been credited to the account from which it was debited, although a week is going to lapse.
                                On the other hand, amazon took back the cashback of rs. 100 on the plea that, the transaction is unsuccessful. If it is so, then, amazon could have provided the cashback for the next transaction made to optival.
                                I feel, the customers are being harassed by such companies citing the stipulations of rbi. Till date, the amount debited has not been credited and it is not known how much time the company would take to refund the money.

                                Besides, the issue that, amazon has provided a lolypop by giving the cashback and then it took back should be taken up.

                                  Date: 24th january.

                                  This is pay on delivery order.
                                  Agent asked me to pay the qr and pay using any app.
                                  I paid through bhim app. Amount got deducted. But the agent's phone didn't reflect the payment.
                                  So, he asked to pay through google pay as the first one didn't work.
                                  I also paid through google pay which was then accepted.
                                  So, i paid twice for the same item. You can watch clearly in the screenshot mentioning i paid to amazonseller twice one at 7:20 and another 7:23
                                  I waited for february 4 for the refund to appear. But it did not.

                                  I've contacted bhim customer support, they said the transaction is successful so there is no problem from their end. Error is with amazon's system as the payment is not recognized in their system.

                                    I had ordered a huawei watch gt2 in amazon.in but they have sent me a cheap quality watch.
                                    I had complained them but they are refusing to accept it, telling me that they will not refund the value of the product.
                                    The value of the watch was rs.17449, but they had sent me a different watch.
                                    Please take some action, as the value 17449 means a lot to me.

                                      I had ordered a redmi note 8 pro for rs 16500 and got it today but the product i got is defective as it's sound quality is too bad and not clear at all which will make you feel it's a duplicate product. When i called customer care they said they can't replace or return. Please help me i will file a complaint against this company in court if they don't return or replace this faulty product.

                                        I was visiting India during January 20, 2020 to February 16, 2020. I've placed order#[protected] on January 21, 2020 during my visit. My bank account was debited in amount of Rs. 6180.75 sametime. My order never shipped & no explanation was provided. I've contacted Amazon customer care 10-15 times & each time they have provided false promises & never got the resolution. they are keep referring me that their back end team is working on resolution. it's been a month since they are trying to resolve this. I've asked them to refund my money & they can deal with their internal teams. they promised to refund my money as of February 20, 2020 & confirmation email as of February 14, 2020. none of this have happened. I'm requesting you to assist with this matter ASAP. As a consumer I do not have to wait for their internal issues. I've already placed order with different sources & received items in 3 days. I no longer need their items & full refund needed. I can be contacted via email [protected]@gmail.com.
