7th and 8th return my product order date, no response you're pickup person and without any information close my return option...

I ordered the Kokal Baby Girls Angel Pari Dress for Rs. 698 on 31st Oct'22. I received that product on 3rd Nov'22. While 'toor dal'needed to be shipped 'chana dal'was sent. When tried to get it reolaced/return the system didn't respond and wasn't able to lodge my complaint/request.
No way is left to get the product which was ordered....

I have used this Amazon pay later account From Axio for one Purchase of Rs. 984 for which the 1 month time period with no extra cost was not over when bill was received. I have returned the product approximately 10 to 12 days ago for which refund was expected within 6 hours. While they are denying to refund my money by giving me false reason that I have returned the wrong product where in their delivery person has already verified it at my doorstep.
