No call received from delivery boy but got the notification that I rejected the order. Called amazon and they said order is cancelled but called delivery boy after that and he said will bring today. I asked him why on amazon it is showing delivery cancelled and asked his name. He immediately cut the call. Have all the recodings with delivery boy and amazon agent and screenshot too.

    I have ordered a mini refrigerator from Amazon India worth rs7990, it was suppose to be delivered on 3rd April 2023, as I was not available due to office hours at the building, I requested the delivery person to keep my order on the building reception and he said he have kept it there. When I came back and checked, the package was not delivered, I contacted to building security team and saw CCTV footage for the time. No one came to deliver the parcel from Amazon and entered the building. I raised my complaints to Amazon many times, but they are not ready to co-operate and give the details of the delivery person, not even looking into the issue, I have the proof that nobody from Amazon came to deliver my parcel, I am ready to share the CCTV footage for reference (not able to attach here as the file size exceeding the given limit) from (11:00 - 11:30) as the delivery person called me at 11:14 am in morning. Please take some action against this irresponsible behaviour of Amazon India.

    Asking for full refund.

          Ordered Deson Iron Box - Automatic Cast Iron Base Heavy Weight Iron Box for Hotels and Cloth Shop (Black) with ORDER #[protected] placed on 26 March 2023 for the amount Rs.4, 044.00 and delivered on 3rd April 2023 Sold by: Global Vision Store due to malfunction the product, returned on 6th April 2023 and the order has been cancelled by seller with order #[protected] on 9th April 2023.
          Till date (14th April 2023) now I have not received the money back. Your return policy states that within 2 to 3 working days money will be returned.
          Kindly do the needful.

            I am writing to file a complaint about the non-refund of a cancelled order by the vendor Appario Retail Private Ltd. I ordered a computer system from Amazon on 15 August 2021 with the order number[protected]. The total amount of the order was Rs. 47990.00 and I opted for the EMI option of Rs. 2326.87 per month. However, I cancelled the order immediately after placing it and the product was returned to the vendor as per Amazon report.

            Despite this, the EMI deduction continued from my credit card account from 26.08.2021 till date. I contacted BOB Financial Solutions, the credit card issuer, and they informed me that they have not received any intimation from the merchant regarding the product cancellation and purchase credit/refund provided.

            EMI deduction is still ongoing without any refund from the merchant. This is unacceptable and unfair to me as a customer who has returned the product and cancelled the order.

            I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and ask Amazon to contact the vendor to initiate a full refund of Rs. 47990.00 to my credit card account as soon as possible. Please confirm the receipt of this email and update me on the status of this issue.

            Aug 18 Refund initiated
            Aug 21-23 Refund credited to your original payment method. The provider of your original payment method should have credited your refund by now.
            But this payment is not reflected into my Credit Card account till date.

                Dear Sir, It is really shameful that Amazon and it's seller TRINETRA GEMS has openly started doing fraud with Customers. I ordered 2 gemstones from Amazon platform ( seller - Trinetra Gems) date- 02-Apr-2023 and Order[protected] Amount 15, 999.00 and one on 05-Apr-2023, Order[protected], Amount - 19, 999.00. The order is prepaid. The seller has cancelled one product and never shipped the another product. I contacted Amazon 11 times by mail, telephone and twitter but no help is provided till date. This is clear pick- pocketing of customers money.
                Moreover I will advise everyone to stay away from Amazon in current times and specifically Trinetra Gems. They are doing biggest fraud and scam of the decade. Please stay away.

                    I ordered 2 products from Amazon on 2 April 2023 and it was to be delivered on 4 April 2023.
                    But
                    When it was delivered to me, a product was missing from the package.
                    As I always use to shoot videos of my package that are delivered to me same I was doing this for this package also and there was a product missing
                    As soon as possible I contacted the delivery boy he just said to contact customer services.
                    on the same day of the delivery in the evening, I registered a complaint and they have said me to wait for a few days.
                    And today on 13th April when I just connected with customer care they said that our investigation team confirmed that the customer received the product in the best condition and no product was missing from Amazon's side. So now what should I do?

                    If this is the case my product was correctly packed and out for delivery so how so the product missing on my end?

                      Amazon delivery person not delivering orders and instead ordering me (not asking but ordering) that i can't come to your location you have to come at bus station about 2km away from my residence to collect order otherwise i will cancel it, when I insisted to come at my place he cancelled order giving reason that order refused at doorstep.
                      This has happened with my 7 orders (from me and my sister's account).
                      Even after many compliments Amazon is not giving any reply, instead their costumer service persons put my call on hold for 35 minutes. Now also my 5 order are about to be delivered today and they will also have same no delivery fate till delivery person like him who don't deliver at mentioned location just to save his some fuel.
                      What feels worst is Amazon not even listening to what happened.
                      Absolutely pathetic service from Amazon, i will never purchase anything for Amazon again.

                          Hi,

                          The worst collection agents, Murali ([protected]) called me directly and threatened me saying "I'll come to your house and make you pay the amount".

                          I've been due only for 8 days and asked for due extension for 2 days.

                          Axio customer support is not even ready to listen to my concerns. Their reply "sorry for the inconvenience sir we cannot stop collection activities kindly make the payment as soon as possible. Thank you for reaching axio"

                            I ordered a product of qty 4, each items is bundle of three different related items, 4x3 =12 items.

                            What I got is 1x3 = 3 items.

                            I raised a complaint on this and they say, it's delivered. They say, there is nothing they can do about it. Please help me. This seems a big scam.

                                I saw posting online job part time from Amazon india in instagram. So I was registered with my mobile. They gave some tasks to finish first they slowly start with 100 rs and I paid finally it went up to 4.5 lakh and they freezeed it they are asking more and more to pay as I am b. Tech student I don't have any amount that to huge amount 4.5 lakh borrow from freind. Pls do needplful to me and unfreeze my amount. As I m student I kept for my education and I was depressed and attempted suicide pls I request you to release my amount. It was happend on 03/04/2023.pls refund my amount back

                                    We bought 2 quantities of 20 grams carat Lane gold coins from Amazon, where the item was shown as prime product and we ordered the items trusting Amazon prime.

                                    There was an update on the item in Amazon portal that the product is shipped through Shree Tirupati courier on 21st March . Product was out for delivery from 27th April but was not delivered on 27th or 28th March.We contacted the courier based on the information provided in Amazon website and found the mobile number mentioned in the address is wrong. We have received the product from Shree Tirupati courier on 29th March 2023. Instead of gold coins, copper bull item was sent and the same is reported to customer care on 29th March 2023 at around 3pm. Unpacking video of the same is available as proof. Customer care executive informed us that the shipping tracking still shows the product is yet to be delivered and call back once the product delivery update is completed in Amazon portal.
                                    There was no product delivered but update till 1st April 8pm

                                    On 1st April evening we received a message that a DTDC courier will be delivered. An hour later a DTDC courier was delivered and the item we received is 2 bitcoin copper coins. Video of the same available as proof. On 1st April we reported the same to customer care but no resolution till date. We tried contacting the seller number mentioned on both the packages but no response. All the proofs pertaining to the order is available.

                                    DTDC courier was done on 29th March after we informed customer care. Looks like the seller received the update that customer have reported receiving fake products. DTDC tracking can confirm the same.

                                    Amazon customer care told us on 1st April, we will do an investigation n send the update by 7th April. No update was sent by mail but when we called customer care that we did investigation and the package was not tampered so we will not refund.

                                    DTDC doesn’t accept any jewellery and the value of the product mentioned was 500/- in DTDC courier. Without even doing a thorough investigation how Amazon customer care executive informs that no refund will be done and refund window is closed on 4th April . Currently the seller is removed from Amazon platform and customer care says they don’t have details of seller. Monetary loss, mental tension, time is spent but no resolution.

                                        It has been 3 months but till now I have not received my money nor any solution. This is our hard earned money. I did not Get any e-mail from Amazon side yet. Really very irresponsible behaviour for customers
