I have purchased Amazon prime membership from Amazon India which is a paid service. They cancelled my membership and I am not able to order anything from Amazon since November 20, 2022.
I tried to resolve it through customer care of Amazon but they didn't responded well and All efforts made by calls and emails were fruitless. I am suffering till date . Please take strict action against them. I demand restoration of my services and compensation for the loss they made to me and mental harrassment I faced.

      I ordered green soul venue study table from amazon on 18/03/2023 order number is[protected] price is Rs 6640 order delivered on 21/03/2023 but due to part missing in table Had made a return request which was returned on 25/03/2023, I upi 6640 was paid through payment, my goods have been returned but till now my refund has not been given, while normally refund is given on return of goods, please give my refund otherwise I will have to go to district counsumer court.

              Dear sir,
              I purchased an online refrigerator through Amazon India. my order no. #[protected]. I will receive the product in a damaged condition when the whirlpool service engineer unboxed the product. I will see the box is in broken condition at the time of delivery but I was not open the box because whirlpool will not provide a warranty which will not open in front of their service engineer. so I have to wait for the service engineer when he comes and opened the box and found the refrigerator are in damaged condition. after that, he told me that you will return the product and he will note the same in his job sheet and both are duly signed the job. Amazon representative says they were sent an email on the same day in the morning at 7.40 am which is not seen by me. Due above they (Amazone) say they are not able to return the damaged piece & whirlpool service engineer says if there is a problem with the compressor they will not give any warranty for this damage.
              in the above conditions, I feel myself fool s after paying the full amount for the product to amazon India.
              My complaint is amazon India provided in the damaged piece and now he is not ready to replace it.
              My request is to please replace my product on an urgent basis otherwise refund my full purchase amount to me.
              You are requested kindly do the needful for the above at earliest.
              Hoping consumer count resolved my problem.

                  I have raised the return request on March 20. On March 22 product is picked up by Amazon Executive still he is not submitted to Amazon seller/Warehouse. When i asked customer care where the seller's location is they told me it is Bangalore. Both source and destination are in Bangalore. Till now product showing In Transit. from March 22. When i ask for money, they say we cannot refund. I am expecting the item to be lost by Amazon Delivery executive or he may theft it. Everyday showing same status in Amazon app it is not updating and no return date mentioned when it reaches to seller.

                    I didnt receive Super Economical Type Digital Storge Oscilloscope item (order no.[protected]
                    )not yet. Status is shown as delivered on[protected]evening). Three orders are shown in a pack as delivered but we received only two items, but the third item Super Economical Type Digital Storge Oscilloscope order no.[protected] is missing . The package was found open when delivered by the delivery person. The entire package is shown as delivered please address this issue as early as possible

                        I had received a product on FEB 27, 2023. After following the instructions attached from the sender, the product which was a smart watch did not even turn ON. I contacted on seller's whatsapp number and messaged them that it is not working. They did not respond. So I contacted to Amazon chat support and they placed order for return pick up for REFUND. The order was supposed to be picked on MAR 3rd which did not happen. So again on Mar 4th, I chatted with Amazon rep and they placed second order for return pick up for MAR 7th. It was not picked up. So I contacted on MAR 8th and Amazon representative placed 3rd time order for return pick up. It was supposed to be picked up on MAR 13th. It was not picked up so I contacted to Amazon on MAR 14th and asked them to issue advance refund since they have been failed thrice time to pick up the reverse order and they simply denied for advance refund. Then I closed my Amazon account due to the poor service and was under impression that someone will pick up the order for return. 10 days passed so on MAR 25th, I contacted them through chat, they advised to contact them over phone. Spoke with them over the phone and they advised to send an email to [protected]@amazon.in. Have already sent the email and has not received any auto acknowledgement email.

                            Hi,

                            I have ordered the product Boat Nirvana ION yesterday (March 23rd, 2023) after canceling all my outing plans just to order the product since the sale is getting started by 12'o clock.
                            Today March 24th, 2023 I received the product.. when I open it, the box is of Boat Nirvana ION but the product is from Zebronics. This is totally wrong Amazon. I have been eagerly waiting from yesterday just to receive this fake product.

                              A balance amount available with the Rs 2411.09
                              no way to recover this amount
                              Amazon India has blocked all non digital transactions. They just cancel my orders. To reclaim this balance of Rs 2411.09 I have to place an order for some product. I tried but they just cancel it. Tried to speak to their customer service they advised for ekyc.
                              I completed that. But the problem still persists.

                                Dear Amazon team, please take necessary action,
                                I have lost 70, 000 and am having the proofs regarding this and they are using Amazon company certificate and CIN number and cheating many people. Please take necessary steps to avoid such kind of frauds. Most os the middle class people like me are loosing their money, please make the refund it's my sincere request.

                                  This is related to the order my father placed on Amazon India site. Please find attached screenshots. I am writing behalf of my father here.

                                  He ordered Amazon basic vaccum cleaner with power suction, order was delivered to him on 16th March. He found out that the main machine/part - 700 watt cylinder vaccume cleaner with Bag is missing, instead there is some gym bar in the package which he never ordered. Please check the other attached picture, you can see gym bar.

                                  I requested Amazon customer care to investigate it. They closed the case by saying an investigation is done and they can't do much now. Here, neither Amazon contacted us nor they shared the investigation report/copy/steps they had taken. I requested Amazon India on social media as well and they raised an issue but didn't get any update further.

                                  Please have a look and let me know what can we do in such case.

                                    I ordered a product from Amazon on 17 January 2023 but due to some reason I cancelled it after some time on same day but i didn't get my refund i asked to Amazon they said they have initiated my refund amount 2130/- on 21 January 2023. Thereafter i contacted with Amazon customer care they provided me a reference number and says go to your SBI Bank. I go to Bank, mailed them and complained there they have raised charge back request but from Amazon side it was declined. Still i didn't get my refund. What should i do now

                                        I Ordered One Plus Nord Buds from Amazon, & I received a product with lots of scratches on it (Used Product). I raised a complaint for replacement . They said that replacement is not possible, I'll have to return the product & will be compensated with the equivalent amount & the return was initiated.
                                        I returned the Item to the delivery executive who had come to collect the item. He opened the product & checked the product, and then took the product for return. After 10 days on amazon return status shows 'Item picked up and on the way back' & that the item is not yet received by them.
                                        After calling customer support & talking to them they raised a complain.
                                        Then I receive a mail that 'Their return department have received a wrong item.' In the mail they also say 'We confirm the item from order number was in the box given to carrier at the time it left our fulfillment center' .
                                        They also state that 'They will return the item via carrier with tracking number' & then they contradict their own statement by saying 'We are discarding the item that you sent'.
                                        By Reading this only you can sense something fishy around here.
