Hi, The issue is about order number #[protected]Tracking ID:[protected] of a OnePlus 11 mobile phone (16GB/256GB Eternal Green model) which was priced at Rs. 61, 999. The product was damaged and returned by the delivery agent while it was out for delivery. It was an extremely urgent requirement for me to get the mobile phone yesterday. However, I didn't receive it, instead what I had to go through was an intense mental trauma. I had to call Amazon Customer Care Team several times to get my refund amount. After receiving the refund today I was shocked to notice that I've been charged an interest of Rs. 421.64 by Amazon Pay Later. On calling the customer care team they asked me to talk to the lender Capital Float. However, the Capital Float agent said that since the fault was Amazon's they need to refund me the interest amount and not Capital Float. Otherwise I've to pay it from my own pocket. On calling Amazon Customer care again I requested them to provide me the interest amount of Rs. 421.64 as Amazon Pay Balance as a kind gesture so that I can pay the interest as the fault was not mine since I didn't cancel the order from my end. However, they straightaway rejected my request to provide me that mere Rs. 421.64 interest charges. Now I've to pay that interest amount from my own pocket. This is really not expected from such a renowned company like Amazon. On top of that I noticed that the exchange value of my old OnePlus 6 mobile phone has also gone down from Rs. 11, 700 to Rs. 11, 200. Now I'll be even at a loss if I try to buy the same phone again under exchange. This was a totally disastrous and horrifying experience for me to buy from Amazon that too after being a Prime member. If a Prime member is ill treated in this way I don't know what will happen to normal customers. I'm really saddened today by how badly Amazon Customer Care team and it's delivery team is treating it's customers, and this is not the first time I've been facing such issues. I finally didn't get the OnePlus 11 phone, had to go through tremendous mental trauma and harrassment by Amazon, and now I've to pay the interest for a product which I never received due to the negligence of an Amazon Delivery agent. I hope my issue will not be ignored and some resolution will be provided by Amazon's senior management team. I shall wait for your response. Kindly to the needful.

    I ordered a dell latitude E7480 on 5 October 2022 and I have received a different model. The product has the policy to return it within seven days and I have contacted customer support many times But my problem hasn’t been resolved. I’m very frustrated with the customer support of Amazon. I have tried many times since then but there is no response now I want a refund of my product and I don’t want to replace it with another because I am very disappointed with the customer support.

      My pickup was scheduled on 21 June 2023. The delivery boy came to pick up the parcel. However with out inspecting the item he said the size of the item is large and he will have to get another vehicle which can accommodate the size of the item and returned back without picking the item. Now the status is showing as verification failed. Kindly look into this matter.

          I am writing this email with a deep sense of disappointment and frustration regarding my recent (Renewed) laptop purchase from your esteemed platform. I have always been a loyal and satisfied customer of Amazon, relying on your reputation for providing quality products and exceptional customer service. However, the experience I have encountered with my recent (Renewed) laptop purchase has shattered my trust and left me extremely dissatisfied.

          On 10.06.2023, I placed an order for a (Renewed) Dell Latitude Intel 4th Gen Core i5 12-Inch (30.48 cms) 1366x768 Laptop (8 GB/240 GB/Windows 7/Integrated Graphics/Silver/1.72 Kg), E7240-i5-8 GB SSD-240 GB SSD | B07PCCCYGP ( 1F-RP0Q-K6JB ) HSN:8471 laptop through your website. I carefully researched and read numerous positive reviews before making my decision, believing that I would receive a reliable and high-performance device. However, upon receiving the laptop and attempting to use it, I have faced a myriad of issues that have rendered it practically useless.

          Firstly, the laptop's performance is far from what was advertised. It lags, freezes, and crashes frequently, making it nearly impossible to perform even basic tasks. The system's response time is excruciatingly slow, and it fails to meet the minimum specifications outlined in the product description. As a professional who relies heavily on a functional and efficient laptop, this has severely impacted my productivity and caused immense frustration.

          Secondly, the laptop's battery life is abysmal. Despite the product description boasting extended battery performance, the laptop barely lasts an hour on a full charge. This is completely unacceptable, as it defeats the purpose of having a portable device if it constantly needs to be plugged in. I find myself tethered to a power source most of the time, which hampers my ability to work or use the laptop for its intended purpose.

          Furthermore, the build quality of the laptop is disappointing. The keyboard keys are inconsistent, and some keys require excessive force to register inputs. Additionally, the screen has developed dead pixels, significantly compromising the visual experience. Such issues are unacceptable for a product of this price range and quality expectations.

          Considering the aforementioned grievances, I kindly request the following actions to be taken urgently:

          1. Refund: I demand a full refund for the laptop purchase, as it has failed to meet the advertised specifications and has proven to be defective in multiple aspects.

          2. Return Arrangements: Please provide me with clear instructions on how to return the laptop and ensure that I am not responsible for any return shipping costs. I expect a hassle-free return process and a prompt refund upon receipt of the laptop.

          3. Compensation: Given the significant inconvenience and frustration caused, I believe I am entitled to some form of compensation for the wasted time, effort, and overall dissatisfaction experienced. I kindly request you to consider an appropriate compensation, such as a gift card or discount on a future purchase, as a gesture of goodwill.

          4. Quality Assurance: I implore you to review the product listing and its associated reviews to prevent other customers from falling victim to the false claims made about this laptop. It is essential to maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of your platform by ensuring that accurate information is provided to potential buyers.

            I have ordered a Capri on 12th june 2023 ( Order No.[protected]. I got the parcel on 12th june 2023. When I opened the parcel I found that instead of my ordered capri you send me a complete different product . Quickly I lodged a return request and my return ID was[protected].Pickup boy picked up the product on 13th June 2023. After that I had called you several times to know my return status but you don't gave me proper answer . Yesterday night 23rd June 2023 I got a mail from your side that you are unable to refund my money because of different product.
            It's a complete case of cheating. When I already raised a return request for the wrong item delivery and your pickup person picked it up after checking the product then how could you say that you don't refund back my money.neither i get the product not i get back my money. Stop cheating people this way.

              We have placed an Order of 4* Star Air condition make of Daikin Vide order no[protected] But it’s shocked & surprised that we have received a Product 3* Rating and Amazon Showing on his portal 4* Rating. as picture enclosed

              After the receive a product, we have to call amazon for the wrong product delivered, Amazon Care Quick takes a request for Return product not a Replacement. And Amazon also sent an Installation team of Daikin. He also marked the point and 50% work of installation but before the Installation on the wall we saw products that were 3* Star so we stopped the work . As per proof of technician our work also set down more then 3 hrs due dust through the eye by drilling.

              We are suffering from the grip of a networking cyber scam in link with a networking association with Amazon. Information to mislead misguide and misadvised by your seller on Amazon Portal, showing alterative Product picture with 4* Rating and product delivered 3* Rating, after the call to your customer care product has been return vide Request NO DJLv36pYRRMA Date[protected]

              After the pickup product shipper does not update in the amazon after the 3 days, we have also called the shipper as well as amazon for return our hardcore money but still not advise no response from amazon side.

              I have also call morethen 17 times to the amazon care 180000 as well as Email complaint on 12.06.2023, to First stage offer after the no reply Again Approach to NODEL OFFICER ON 19.06.2023 as well as again call and Morethen 1 hrs time west and Ms. Antima Said your refund will be get 3-4 days but after the 4 days no email no response, Again I call today date 23.06.2023 discuss with Ms. NISHRAT resulting again time west 45 mint

              Hence under these suffering condition of denial of justified reply in reference to our complaint, Request to Register a Complaint Against AMAZON INDIA Under cyber networking scam Fraud with innocent people of India as subjected above

              Also Request to compensation our suffering as well as paying interest to the Bank because our hardcore money also stuck by amazon

                I had ordered a Capri ( order id[protected] on 11th June 2023. I received a parcel on 13th June 2023 morning but when I opened the package I found a different product inside the package. Immediately I had raised a return request and pick up partner picked up the product after proper checking on 13th evening. After that I had called them several times to know the status but they are unable to answer properly. Yesterday night I got a mail from them that they are unable to refund back the money because of wrong product. It is completely cheating. When I already arrised a complaint against receiving this wrong product then how could they denied to refund back my money.

                  I ordered a phone under exchange from Amazon on 14th June by paying money in advance. The delivery associate refused to take the old exchange phone which according to me was in perfect returnable condition.Order was cancelled by him and he left without delivery. Later i spoke to several customer support agents at Amazon and shared pictures of my old phone. They all accepted the condition and asked me to reorder promising they will send an expert different than the old agent. Trusting Amazon i paid again and ordered a fresh one. Unfortunately, it was same person who came again on 20th and again rejected my old phone despite my sharing the conversations with Amazon. I had no choice but to accept and pay the exchange amount. Needless to add that the delivery associate insisted on cash and not accept other modes of pay. Now it looks like i have been charged 100 each time for exchange besides exchange amount of 4150.                       Dear All,
                      I have ordered a jewelry item on Month on Jan'23. Item got delivered on 14th Jan. But the item was missing - while i complaint them through social media / chat / email - they did not provide me a solution. Its been 5 months now but i'm suffering.

                        Myself Ms. Sayali would like to inform you that your company is providing online part-time jobs to peeple. In that your tutors are providing tasks to complete against which employee gets commission. But for that employee have to invest certain amount. Then employee has to complete the task which are randomly assigned between 3 to 6 tasks at a time. After completing the assigned tasks, employee can withdraw the commission. But after completing each task the invest amount is increasing rapidly after each task. Sometimes, it is very difficult to arrange this amount. But they say that take a loan or borrow from somebody and complete the task, after that only you will be able to withdraw your money.

                        After completing the tasks, when employee tries to withdraw that earned money, it is showing that " you have reached the tax threshold. please apply for withdrawal after completing the tax." It means that employee have to pay tax amount in advance and then only he/she can withdraw that amount. Is it so???

                        Most importantly, all these terms and conditions are not informed in advance to the employees.

                        Secondly, is only Rs. 85480/- (gross) out of which commission (Rs. 49000/-) tax chargeable amount in india ??

                        There are so many things which I cannot write in email.

                        I know, you are very busy but please look into this matter on urgent basis because we are here to earn the money and not to stuck money whatever we have. Atleast, allow us to withdraw whatever we have invested. I have blocked all my money I have and taken a loan also.

                        I can give you all the details and screenshots, if necessary.

                          I'm Vidhya, I'm a mother of six months girl baby, I'm looking for a online job on that time I saw the advertisement in Instagram about the Amazon job they ask me to download telegram app i too done it after they have given a task i have completed 2 task after the 3 task they ask me to recharge 1000 rs i too done it in mid of the task they ask me to recharge 1800 again i done that also again they ask me to recharge 8000 rs to complete the task if I'm not complete means they blackmailing me to file a case against me... I'm really depressed 😔 please help me to recover from this issue

                            Placed 2 orders in May - 1 for INR 3499, and another for INR 302.
                            Both orders were not delivered with the reason customer rejected delivery - but no call was made to my phone for delivery.
                            Products have now reached back to Amazon, and they keep on saying that refund will be processed in 2-4 business days - but it has been one month.

                            Last customer service agent I spoke with asked to wait while she checked, but then hanged up.

                                I have ordered iqoo z7 from Amazon on 23 may after 4 on 27 it was not dispatched and I need it immediately so I cancelled the order then I waited for 5 days to get my refund but received nothing then I contacted customer care and they said they will raise a ticket and give me a rrn no. Which I have to give to my bank and get the refund as they have already given the refund then I waited for 5 days but again I didn't receive the no. Then again I go to the customer care and they again told me that they will raise a ticket and give me the rrn no. And told me to wait twice today is 14 June and I haven't got the refund or rrn no. The amount isbRs 19, 999 which is not a small amount. It is unexpected from a big company like Amazon. I can't wait more now plss give the refund asap.

                                  This is regarding harassment faced by me due to a faulty product delivered by the seller of Amazon by duping me. The seller has delivered to me a foreign product through Amazon platform when I had paid money for purchase of an authentic product after seeing warranty claims on their website. The order ID of the product is[protected]. (copy of invoice is enclosed).
                                  I, Monali Varun ordered Samsung Z FOLD 3 mobile phone worth of Rs. 1 lakh from amazon in January 2023 and the same was delivered to me on 18 January 2023. Since beginning I was facing some issues with the phone such as continuous network issues and calls are not getting connected easily and voice/sound issues while making any call. These things happened very frequently but I kept on managing those issues. After 4-5 months, the charging cable received with phone had a malfunction and it stopped charging the phone. I then approached the Samsung Service Centre located at Laxmi Nagar on 1st of June for replacing the cable as the same was covered under warranty. On checking the details, the executive of Samsung Service Centre told me that amazon had delivered me an ‘OVERSEAS PRODUCT’ which does not possess even a single day warranty. On hearing this, I was completely shocked and traumatized. On checking the invoice and order details of the phone, it was confirmed that they have delivered me a wrong/faulty product and asked me to take up the matter with amazon immediately.
                                  While sitting at service centre, I made a call to Amazon and flagged my issues with the customer care representative of amazon who asked me to get denial letter/job sheet (copy enclosed) from samsung service centre that phone is not covered under warranty as the same is overseas product/model and asked me to send the same along with pay slip, invoice, pictures of phone and cover from every side etc. I have supplied all the requisite documents as asked to the concerned executive of amazon. After seeing all the documents the executive of amazon assured me that he will revert to me by 05.06.2023 (monday) and amazon will refund my money. No call was received on Monday then I waited for their call till tuesday, when no call was received, I again made a call to amazon in the evening of tuesday i.e. 06.06.2023 and elaborated the whole issue to the new executive who again asked me to wait for 4-5 more days or till 10.06.2023. Now again more than 6-7 days have been elapsed and no outcome/appropriate action has yet been taken by amazon. My issue is unresolved till date.
                                  I am hugely disappointed by this kind of action from well reputed organization amazon. My trust has been shaken now and I am also not sure regarding the inbuilt privacy policy of this particular product delivered by the amazon and it might be possible that my privacy has been compromised due to this substandard material. Further, my image had been tarnished at service centre and time has been wasted.
                                  Thus, I have taken up the matter with Amazon as well as Samsung and for last 12 days, I have been kept waiting for resolution of my issue.It is kindly requested to help me out. As a remedy, I would like to get my mobile replaced with a correct product or a refund against return of the faulty product delivered to me by the seller. Also, I would like the consumer forum to initiate some action to debar the seller from selling any of products offline or online for an year.

                                    ON 30.04.2023 I made a carpet order & paid but i gave wrong address. So i cancelled the order & made fresh order and again paid with correct adress. i did not get refund on my cancelled order. i came to know only after receiving my credit card bill. kindly check.
