Hi, i'm aryan kushwah. I'm a usual amazon customer. But my account is on hold from last 20-30 days atleast. My account's login number is [protected] and email connected is uk[protected]@gmail.com. My account was on hold for no freaking reason and i mailed and called the support like over 100 times. I have almost 7k in balance. Please stop these scammers. Support says they can't do anything. So tired of this #

I purchased sony headset on oct, 17, after that I cancelled the product but still now I didn't get refunded my money so they message me that refund issued but in my account not at added please help me to get my money.

    I buyed this product from amazon for rs 1639 in feb 2019 and after only 2 months only its got torned, i totally disappointed cause i buyed it for the brand adidas and and with normal use it get torned..!
    How?
    They are selling faulty/duplicate products on the brand names.
    I know this complaint is too late but just 10 mins back i came across this website.
    Hope you will take necessary action against them.

      Dear team,
      Ware amazon users from long time.
      Because of diwali sentiment we placed the order online with amazon and turned to be very bad experience.

      Booked the laptop from amazon with order number order #[protected] under the laptop exchange option. I was supposed to receive the laptop today i, e 26.10.19. As a normal idiot customer just followed the exchange options by selection the laptop brand, processor and operating system and gone through the link how exchange works. My laptop is in working conditions and in the faq they stressed on screen of the laptop. there is no stress of other components or battery of the laptop.in the exchange there is no ware mentioned about the ware and tare of battery. The person came fro the delivery and pick up of the old laptop out right rejected and went away and told to call amazon. The supervisors are not listening, not supporting, they are are feeling that they are the only authority, they don't have any supervisor above them. Your sla time is 24 hours, no one to take the ownership of the call or customer issue. Is amazon working without any escalation process. Was planning to use the laptop for diwali. Felt like amazon is much worse then govt company. my card has been charged without the product and need to wait for 7 days ad per the rbi rules. But the delivery guy cannot wait for 10 mts to sout out the things. Is there any one in or grievance cell to handle the customer.

      No l2 supervisor has no rights of escalation process, as they feel that they are the only people for amazon to understand the customer grievance. How many web pages do we need to go through to place the order. Why the key components of the exchange not highlighted in the first page of the order process. Why customer has to suffer with your hidden processes. We wanted the laptop for diwali as part of the celebrations. With your hidden terms and conditions and the last minute verification process made the amazon experience worse. Amazon being a global company and ecommerce giant, is there no mechanism for the quick customer satisfactory response or process.
      Based on the priority there should be different levels of the support process to keep the customer support. Even small companies will do for their customers.

      Is there a way to highlight the loop poles of amazon to the top team. At least other customers will not suffer.

      I have waiting for the product from two months now when I contact with Amazon then he blam me and offer the refund but I want that why Amazon accept that order which was they unable to deliver and what about my money was stuck for two months.

        I placed an order for an apple laptop on 20th oct'19. I got a mail saying delivery will be on 23rd dec'19. On 23rd, after trying to reach the delivery person (Whose number was shared in the email from amazon) throughout the day, he finally answered and was vexed with me. He said he was in leave that day and hence was avoiding my calls. I apologized and mentioned i was calling him as his number was shared by amazon. He said somebody else would deliver. So i waited till 9:30 p. M. At my office (Since that was the address i'd asked the delivery at) and as soon as i left, i get an sms saying delivery was attempted but failed because i was not available! I called up customer service who assured me it will be delivered the next day, 24th oct'19.
        On 24th, i got a message sharing a delivery person's number who when i reached him said he wasn't the right person and have me the number of the delivery person from the previous day. I tried reaching the delivery person and he kept me waiting the entire day saying he would be coming in a bit. Every time i called, he would say how he's almost there. Finally at 5:30 in the evening he says he doesn't have my laptop with him for delivery! Then i get the sms saying 2nd delivery attempt failed!!!
        I call up customer service again and am assured, yet again, that the laptop will be delivered the next day, 25th oct'19. I mentioned that i will be traveling on 25th evening and going out of town and was rest assured that the laptop will be delivered.
        I start off 25th morning by calling customer service at 7:00 a. M. Reiterating that i need the delivery before evening as i would be unavoidable post that for a few days. I checked off they could deliver the laptop to me at the another address (To where is he traveling) but apparently that wasn't possible either. Assurance again that it will reach me.
        I called up again in the afternoon twice and was assured it would reach me on the "next couple of hours". Needless to say, there was no delivery made and by now the app mentioned the status as 'contact customer service'. So i called them back and was answered by the escalation manager who after a lot of arguing assured me she'd try to create a replacement order and change the address to the alternate one and have it delivered bwfire 30th oct'19. She said she'd just drop me an email confirming this.
        After waiting for over 20 hours, i called back again and this time spoke to another escalation manager who after a lot of argument and "i understand, but..." just cut the call on me when i insisted that i either get a solution or be connected to the next in escalation hierarchy! Oh, and get this, she said the escalation manager from the previous night had lied to me!
        I've recorded these calls but am so frustrated with the overall attitude! There's not an iota of "service" extended to the customer. There are false delivery updates made and internal conflicts brought out. Someone should do something about this or just let amazon take on the load it can handle rather than tell customers, "kya kare, diwali hai na. Bahut problems hai orders manage karne mein!"

          Dear, sir/mam,
          I was ordered a phone name honour 9n on 24th october and i was paid 133 rupees extra for one day guaranteed delivery which will be shown on 25th october by 10:00 a. M. On next day 25th morning i was got a message that my product is out for delivery and on half an hour later i will also get a message that delivery boy cancel the temp on connecting with the delivery boy he is saying that he has a different route and he returned the my parcel in the station after that after that time i called on amazon customer service miss khushbu she guarantee admit that the product will be delivered yesterday on 25th by 7 and then she was later i called second time to customer care then the person set me the kusum feel any request then that a person shot me that he i will get my courier on 25th by 7 and now i am in 26 october still i am not getting my courier i was order that for a gift to a person and he was reaching to his village today evening on 26 but what will be the benefit of the courier when i will not get my courier on time after connecting with customer cares 56 times they doesn't get me a single valuable reply that that is why my career is missing or placed anything i doesn't get any valuable reply and after talking to the seniors seniors showing that they doesn't care about the customer they are showing reckless behaviour they are arrogant they are full of attitude as they said they doesn't get any e harm that the customer is ordered from this site or that side they get their salary please i am ordering from amazon since a lot of time but this time why i am having a worst experience if you can do something please do against the customer care support team and the seniors which was i talked as you have the recordings of the calls please check them

            I bought an amazon product which was returned on 7th and still the refund has not yet been done. Their consumer service are telling the bank's problem. It's been more than 3 weeks. Kindly look into the problem. The total amount is 324 to and confirmation no. Given by amazon customer service is 225407. The item was an uspa frock for girls 8-9years old.

              I'm aniket sarkar... I order a pants from amazon but i canceled them after 3-5 days... And while doing them i am online payment on debit card. A week later when the money didn't come to my bank account, i called amazon. They said the money would be sent to the bank by october 14... I said okay. But my money didn't come to the bank... So i called again. They said the money was sent but the bank was not receiving it... So i asked what i would do now... They said you should go to the bank and ask... I did... The bank said no refund came from amazon... I called amazon a again and asked that the bank say no refund was sent from amazon... Then according to amazon i asked for this form from the bank... The bank said we have no such form... So here i am, according to amazon...

                Iam a amazon prime customer and ordered samsung mobile on 21st october 2019 and it was supposed to delivery by 22nd october 2019 by 9pm. But it delivered on 26 october 2019. So they failed to deliver on time due to that i cant full fill my wish. So i have called customer care and asked them to allow me to return the mobile but they refused to do that because as per policy mobiles only can be replaced and not to return. I understand that but what if amazon fails to delivery on time and what is the point of taking prime membership. Customer care agent also talking rude and he said he cant help and he is not even ready to take complaint and he said "do you what ever you want" and we are not going to help you on this case.
                To avoid this situation i was trying to cancel the product but in app/website it did not allow me to do and it says its already in transit you only can cancel once it delivered to you. But once it delivered again it is saying you cannot return as per the policy. I want to understand here who is fake is problem with your website or with your customer care or with your policies.

                I do not want waste my hard earned money of 7000 rs just because of amazon fault.

                  Amazon standing instruction
                  Payment done without my consent for 2 times without my authorization/agreement.
                  Alert:rs.199 spent via credit card xx9197 at amazon1258399 on[protected] &[protected] without pin/otp.

                  Im no more a prime member since before this payment has occured.
                  This is happening 26th of every month without my consent. I dont see any subscription or orders in my amazon account. Hence not able to claim refund via amazon.in

                  Please refund the amount asap.

                    I have purchased 'lifelong fitpro lltm09 (2.5 hp peak) motorized treadmill' from amazon 22 october 2019 for rs 13, 990.00.
                    The description specified that it comes with 3 years motor warranty (Please see the attached screenshots from amazon website).

                    Later after a few days of the order, i received a welcome and installation email from lifelong company, who specified in the email it comes with only a 1-year motor warranty. I replied to the email to confirm if it is 3 years warranty and also followed up with them again via email, they are not responding to my emails confirming anything in writing. I called their customer care team and they mentioned that it is 3 years warranty and it a typo mistake in the email. They also promised that they will send an email but no response. I have attached the correspondence with this complaint.

                    As i have sent the email via gmail. I can see that they have checked my email multiple times but refrained to reply.

                    I have found this to be a misleading act by lifelong and also amazon india by luring customers with their fancy reviews about the product on their website. And also to not checking if the description of the product is honest to what their vendors can deliver.

                      I have placed two orders with amazon.com. One of a trimmer and another of lenovo laptop. Amazon denied delivery of the trimmer on last day of estimated delivery stating that the seller do not deliver at the specified delivery address and the package will be returned to seller and refund will be initiated in 3-7 days. When i called the amazon customer care they misguided me by telling me that the order got damaged. Even then i voluntarily asked them if the same is the case with laptop then update the delivery address because the laptop is urgently required. On this the executive assured us that the order will be delivered on time. And now on the estimated day of delivery they are saying that order is returning to seller and refund will be initiated in 3-7 working days. The reason for return they said that the seller do not deliver to our address. Why they do not state this fact well in time. They practically wasted my 6+7 days and also did not deliver the orders and my 26k rs is also struct in refund process.

                        I am convinced that there is actually no voice to the customer when i comes to service.in my opinion and experience, amazon, just like a lot of company's out there has embarked on a “sale minus after sale” strategy. There is no regard for customers anymore and the usp of the company which was it's core strength seema quickly fading away.

                        Here is my ordeal around a watch that i prepaid an amount of inr 16000 against. Please be noted that i am a prime member and the product qualifies under “guaranteed delivery”.

                        The order id for the product is[protected]

                        I placed a prepaid order for a "casio analog digital men's watch" on october 22 2019 for a consideration of indian rupees 14090 (~usd 200). The order indicated a guaranteed delivery date of october 23.

                        On the day of expected delivery (October 23), the delivery agent from amazon transportation service reached the address around 12 pm with the packet and called me for the scheduled pickup. To my utter surprise, after tinkering a bit with the application on his mobile phone and the package, which was packed inside a "secure plastic bag", i was told that the delivery would not be possible since the courier service missed adding a "secure bag id" to the package which was vital to the integrity of the package and in absence of which the product cannot be delivered to the customer. He insisted to take the package back to the warehouse, make necessary amends to effect the delivery next day, which i had no choice but to agree to. Immediately following this i spoke with amazon customer care and apprised the agent of the issue. I was assured that the filed would be ironed out immediately to ensure that the delivery happens the next day on october 24. To my surprise yet again i received a notification indicating delivery failure citing customer unavailability as the reason, which is an obvious dlstortion of facts. The same was yet again apprised to customer care.

                        October 24, i received, on my cell phone, the details of the delivery quite late in the afternoon with mobile number of the delivery agent. To coordinate the delivery, i immediately called the delivery agent in the number provided not knowing that i would be in for another disappointment. I was told by the person on the other end that he was on a leave and amazon team had shared his number incorrectly or maybe some other delivery agent was using his agent profile. My limited understanding suggested that this may not even be in compliance with amazon policies considering the packets entrusted to agents for delivery may at be high value purchases. Regardless, i immediately contacted customer care yet again to enquire the mix-up when i was told that updating the numbers does not fall within the purview of amazon and certain "third - party" was responsible for the same. Interesting enough the same details were updated on my amazon account which conflicts the explanation provided by the customer care. Following this, i noticed delivery agent details updated against my account within an hour of my call. Anyhow i called up the agent who requested me to wait for an hour more for the delivery. Pertinent for me to cite is that amazon policies fix the deadline for delivery at commercial/official addressed at 6 pm latest. It was already 6 30 pm when the delivery agent arrived with the packet. Disappointingly, yet again the agent failed to make the delivery for the exact same issue as day before. I struggled for almost 40 minutes to reach out to customer care delivery agents supervised but to no success. The disgruntled agent, who was concerned of being late to home, finally chose to leave with the packed advising me of cancelling the order as there is now it could be delivered. With no option left, i reached out to the customer care yet again just to be told that i need to wait for another 24 hours before i can hear from a senior team around the issue. The agents i spoke with were uncooperative and mostly unwilling to help while still carrying the audacity to ask for a good feedback after the call. One of the agents i spoke with earlier today came across as outright rude and unjustifiably defensive.

                        Realising that the delivery being yet again deferred for a future date, i checked the application to see if there was any positive update confirming a future delivery date, albeit i noticed an update informing me that the packet would now be returned to the seller citing rejection of the product by me, which is the opposite of true. Yet again i called the customer care to let them know of the situation. Didn't get much of an assurance though.

                        Fast forward to october 25th, there was no update for the entire day. No call, no message, no tracking etcetera. I did chose to finally call customer care around 5 to check-in, of course without much hope. The response yet again was no better than as given to me on any of the 14 calls before. I was asked to wait till 29th.

                        Just to recap, i am a prime customer who has been an avid shopper on amazon for almost 9 years, the product worth 16000 rupees is prepaid, the “guaranteed” delivery date was 23rd, the product could not be delivered because there apparently was some issue with the bag id on the secure bag, product status as of now shows “returning to the seller” since i refused the delivery (A blatant misrepresentations of facts). Long story short, i am suffereing for no fault of mine.

                        The only silver lining (Pun intended) was that the customer care execute i spoke with around 8 30 pm october 10th acknowleged that all commitments that were given to me were violative of amazon policies and therefore could not be met as the “system” did not allow them to provide remedies as commited by any of the 7 to 8 executives a spoke with in these 3 days

                        Certainly feels bad to say that i have been an avid shopper on amazon however experiences like these have made me reconsider my faith in amazon which has been my one stop shop for most of my buys in these years. I wish i could place amazon as my last choise after the agonising experience i had with amazon, however amazon would not even be in my hindsight going forward.

                        No email to any of the following helped.

                        On top of this all the last executive is spoke with clearly cited that no escalations or emails anywhere in amazon will help as the “system” follows its own system, 😄, whatever that is supposed to mean.

                        I still had no resolution in sight

                          I purchased boat soundbar from amazon on 23/09/2019 and got the product on 27/09/219 but due to product quality i initiated a return.
                          I also received a return pickup text but no one to came to pick the product and this happened twice or thrice then i contacted amazon to check the progress of the return, so the very next day the product was picked up and since then i have been waiting for my money to refunded to my credit card. I have tried to chase the return but the status is same as it was before handing over the product to the delivery person. I tried contacting amazon numerous times through email, call but to no help.
                          I have had to pay 9000 extra to my credit card bill due to these people not resolving the issue. I do not have that much money to keep on paying so much amount to companies like these... They have their product, they have my money and not heling me now!!!

                              I placed order for a samsung phone twice on the website. At first, the order was not delivered. They promised that the order will be delivered by sunday 20 october, but even by monday the order was not out for delivery. I cancelled that and again placed the phone to purchase. This time, i added the delivery location as the amazon delivery center so that the same does not happen to me again, this time, the store does not exist. I mean i went at the address, and the store was closed 6 months ago. If the store is closed, how can they show on website that the item is available for pickup (As shown in screenshot). The customer service also had no idea. Why are these people such big liers.

                                I purchased a oppo reno (Jet black 8gb ram, 128 gb storage) mobile on 13 oct 2019 order #[protected]
                                I recieved defective piece
                                In mobile phone charging issue charge not connect then i call to customer care then they appoint a technician. Technician submit her report to company for issue
                                After technician report my mobile phone is not pickup for return from last 5 day
                                Daily my pickup is create by customer care and also daily canceled by courier department
                                Soon i will file complaint in consumer court regarding this fraud

                                  Hi sir/madam,

                                  I bought a mobile phone on www.amazon.in on 8th oct 2019. The product cost was 11935.85. I choosed hdfc debit card emi for paying. Unluckily the product returned to the seller. As the product returned to the seller amazon initiated a refund on 10th oct 2019.
                                  Till now i did not get the refund and debit card emi is also active as refund is not credited.

                                  Bank is saying that no refund is issued by amazon. Bank did not find anything with reference number provided by amazon.

                                  Reference no of refund is[protected].

                                  Amazon order id is[protected].

                                  I request amazon please issue a refund again. It is 11935 rs. I cant imagine that i lost my money. Please issue a refund.

                                    I have order Samsung M10 and recieved a broken micromax phone inside. I filled the complaint as well but got the response that we are not going to replace it. Is it like Amazon's decision to send the fraud item and then not even taking action. Order number is[protected].

                                      Refund of rs. 1, 198/- has been made by amazon on 02th of october 2019 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
                                      "the reference number of the refund is 0r9xlo90000k0ocjy33.
                                      But, the refund has not been received yet.
                                      Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                                      I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                                        Order number at amazon is[protected]... Now in this order the delivery boy deliberately tries to harass the customer by saying he’s not able to find the address and asks customer to come and collect the package somewhere where he is standing near to my location even i have mentioned the address very clearly in my order and never had problems at all in all the orders which i keep on ordering on amazon till date. Also he’s trying to abuse me over the phone and upfrontly put the order delivery status as attempted just to satisfy that his job is done which actually is not done at all. This kind of behaviour is not all accepted as per amazon standards and really want to bring it to the notice of grivience handling team of amazon that how customer’s face inconvinience by your delivery guy’s approach to not take their job seriously. Take further actions on this delivery guy and look into the reported subject matter very seriously bad i would like that crores of your customers don’t face such troubles which i faced today only because your delivery boy wasn’t bothered to do his job seriously at all. And on the contarary tries to be disrespectful with the customer on phone which is surely unacceptable. Take firm actions in the subject matter and ensure that it doesn’t happens to the customer because it harms someone’s self respect and dignity if your delivery boy askes the customer to do the job which is not meant to do by a customer as such. Revert me with a staunch resolution to the reported grivience.
