I was placing an order on Amazon India and opted to pay through sbi debit card emi mode, on 26th of september 2019. after 2 minutes of placing order due to wrong delivery address i choose to cancel the order. at 28th of september i got an email and message from Amazon india that your money is return successfully. but yet i did not get any money SBI told me that your money not recived yet so they unable to close my loan account and they start deducting emi from my sbi savings account... My refund refrence no. which i given by amazon is IN[protected] .

    I am a regular amazon customer and i have never come across such a delivery boy until today. I call to delivery boy and wantedmy parcel on time and he suddenly refuse he started using so much abusive and vulgar words that i could make a police complaint on him.

    We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Tanmoy Roy ("Complainant") and find that he ordered for POLESTAR"Noble Blue 32 Ltrs Casual bagpack/School Bag/Laptop Backpack ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from an independent third party seller, i.e., POLESTAR-BAGS ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
    It is submitted that the Complainant did not contact the customer support team within the time prescribed by the Seller for accepting return, for refund on the Product.
    The Complainant may contact the manufacture or the Seller directly for in/out of warranty services on the Product. It is further stated that Amazon does not provide any after sales services, warranty, guarantee in relation to any product listed on the Website.
    Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
    In view of the above, the issue stands closed.

      Dear Amazon,

      Please see the previous order which was I have purchased from Amazon this month and last month but today i have get message from BFL and which was the amount its showing totally wrong why I don't know, already 2 order cancel but the amount will add in my BFL EMI account and its showing high amount, how its possible?????
      However i had talked with your chat support executive Miss. Bharati from the Amazon apps but she did not given correct information..I'm harassing repeatedly from using this service???

      Please see the chat from external quality and call back to me immediately.

      Now coming to EMI card. I'm a loyal and genuine customer in Bajaj Finserv. I have been using their EMI card for over 7–8 years now. Their online portal is always up to date with the payments made and the outstanding loan amount which helps you keep a track of your loans. It also has options to make an online payment (Part payment or full).

      The only thing that irritates me is their aggressive sales calls - i receive a minimum 2 calls daily for the flexi loan from different numbers. Despite politely declining the offer, they keep calling me. I have now started to block their number from true caller.

      I am going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

      I have not received any notice or something else i have mentally disturbed as well please take action regarding this issued another will i will complain about social network

      Now coming to processing fees and insurance charges - irrespective of which bank or financial institution you approach, these charges are levied on all type of loans. Only certain times, like the closing of financial year processing charges, are some times waived off as a promotional gimmick. Otherwise, it normally ranges between 1% to 4% of your entire loan amount.

      Furthermore, to ensure you are not cheated by salespeople (They do this to meet their targets), you should ask the following questions before you submit any documentation for loan processing:

      What is the processing fee (Not only % but also the actual amount)?
      Is the processing fee paid separately or part of the entire loan amount?
      What are the insurance charges for the loan?
      What is the mode of repayment, clauses, and charges for a foreclosure?
      How much will the entire loan amount come to (Loan amount you need + processing charges + insurance + taxes)?
      Is there any minimum wait period before you foreclose the loan (Some banks would require you to wait at least for 1 year before you foreclose)?
      Lastly, get all the communication in writing from their official email id.
      Recently Bajaj finance EMI is available on online markets such as amazon and flip-kart.

      A lot of times people are cheated because of lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

        I Have Reading this month two and three time this case in my account.Amazon has revived this payment, and not to delver material to after delver date expired then told your item is not Available. so cancelled.

          The site was showing teh item was delivered to cuttack. Now it is showing my address only (Plot no 6, genesis villa) i have already put the comments but no action. I am a prime customer. This is the prime response. It is not at all acceptable behavior from amazon.

            This incident is of today afternoon 28th October, 14.30. I was on my way to railway station wherein at a very narrow station lane turn, a tempo (MH04 GF1798) on reckless speed arrived. The driver was just about to hit me while I was standing on the corner to cross the lane. I was lucky enough to be safed as I got pulled backwards by my husband. We went through in an argument with the tempo drivers but they had guts to say "madam apko laga toh nhi". Kyun time khoti kar rahe hai amazon ki ggaadi hai humko delivery karne jaana hai" and that's how I realised its a vehicle giving delivery service to Amazon. The driver was

              Dear sir,
              With all enthusiasm, I purchased a Desley suitcase spending a big money of Rs. 18500/- through Amazon (vide attachment of AWB [protected] dated 09/09/2019 and went on a official tour to New Delhi on 20th September 2019. While I was returning on 11th October I just lifted the suitcase to keep it on a little higher position, a crack developed near the handle making me sick of the event. Although desley.com claimed that the products are tested for solidity, security and resistance tests in a variety o[censored]nfavourable situations including bad weather and transportation conditions, the breakage proved the other way. Since the product has a warranty for 5 years I request you to kindly arrange for a replacement of the product with a new one that passed QC tests. Honestly, I wrote emails to [protected]@desleyindia.com and desley.com of Paris describing the nature of problem but in vain. Ironically, I am yet to pay the first EMI which is slated for 2/11/2019. I expect you may take a forward leap in redressing my problem as I purchased from you.

                Respect sir,

                This is to inform you with very disappointing mind in that i placed order with amazone on 6th of oct-2019 - motorola e4 plus and that was delivered on 12 th oct-2019 with different product (Moto c4 plus with completely damaged condition) and immediately i made complained with amazon cs team with the said facts and accordingly they investigated the facts/ material and took five days to respond back with saying that they can not give you new phone as replacement rather you have to get your refund back and your return request are now being approved and scheduled your pick for return on 20th oct-2019.

                And, as per scheduled, delivery pick up boy came to my house for pick up but did not pick up the same saying that this is the damaged piece and i could not attend the same.

                I requested twice/ thrice and tried to explain everything from starting and also asked him to make call with amazone so that he can cross check with the given facts but he did not listen anything and behaved rudely with my family and asked me to get this phone away and keep this aside and i will not get this with him..

                This happened 3 times and same things repeated again and again and retunr window of 10 days closed in system, hence basis amazon officials written statement over mail, i did self returned my product directly to seller and same also got delivered on saturday evening - 26th of oct-2019 by 6 o' clock but still there' s no resolution and refund process being initiated by amazon

                Due to this delay being reported, my payment has been stuck/ blocked for last 15 days resulting of which i could not place the another order for the same..

                Request you to pls arrnge to initiate my refund as soon as possible with taking follow up with amazon..

                Pls find the necessary screen shot of my damaged phone/ courier receipt/ parcel delivered status receipt etc for your persual along with amazon seller return request approved screen shot.

                Appreciating your positive response as early as possible...

                  I hve ord Redmi note 7s red. But the product delievered to me was different colour, This mistake is repeating for the second time. But for this time the seal of the package was broken.whn I enquired in customer care they frwd the call to CE Shiva and that lady responding in a rude way saying that they cannot take any action further as they received the delievered report from their team.And she aborted my call when i am speaking.

                      I was delivered a refrigerator with dent which i returned and requested for refund from amazon.
                      Then again bought one more (190 l 5 star inverter refrigerator rd epro 205 tai 5.2 sny stl, shiny steel) from amazon on 23.10.19. This also has dent on side. The delivery men took photograph and said that they would lodge complain and revert back. While signing on the delivery challan, i put my comment as 'side dent' and kept photo of it. Also, i lodged my complain in detail when got a call from amazon asking me about delivery satisfaction. Both the time, the materials itself were defective as the packaging did not have any dent mark. Since, the defect is found repetitively, please let me know whether amazon supplies defective products in the name discounts.

                        I have to receive amount of RS.719 from Amazon of my refund, I placed a return on 6th of October and and time they gave was 3-5 business days i.e., I should receive my amount on 11th of October or 12th of October but I didn't. So I've contacted customer service many times and they said wait upto 18th of October and on 18th they gave reference number[protected] and but when I went to bank they said "we haven't received any money from Amazon we don't hold any kind of money which you have to receive". So this is 27th of October so this is the worst from Amazon which I didn't expect.

I have almost 7k in balance. Please stop these scammers. Support says they can't do anything. So tired of this #

                            I buyed this product from amazon for rs 1639 in feb 2019 and after only 2 months only its got torned, i totally disappointed cause i buyed it for the brand adidas and and with normal use it get torned..!
                            How?
                            They are selling faulty/duplicate products on the brand names.
                            I know this complaint is too late but just 10 mins back i came across this website.

                              Dear team,
                              Ware amazon users from long time.
                              Because of diwali sentiment we placed the order online with amazon and turned to be very bad experience.

                              Booked the laptop from amazon with order number order #[protected] under the laptop exchange option. I was supposed to receive the laptop today i, e 26.10.19. As a normal idiot customer just followed the exchange options by selection the laptop brand, processor and operating system and gone through the link how exchange works. My laptop is in working conditions and in the faq they stressed on screen of the laptop. there is no stress of other components or battery of the laptop.in the exchange there is no ware mentioned about the ware and tare of battery. The person came fro the delivery and pick up of the old laptop out right rejected and went away and told to call amazon. The supervisors are not listening, not supporting, they are are feeling that they are the only authority, they don't have any supervisor above them. Your sla time is 24 hours, no one to take the ownership of the call or customer issue. Is amazon working without any escalation process. Was planning to use the laptop for diwali. Felt like amazon is much worse then govt company. my card has been charged without the product and need to wait for 7 days ad per the rbi rules. But the delivery guy cannot wait for 10 mts to sout out the things. Is there any one in or grievance cell to handle the customer.

                              No l2 supervisor has no rights of escalation process, as they feel that they are the only people for amazon to understand the customer grievance. How many web pages do we need to go through to place the order. Why the key components of the exchange not highlighted in the first page of the order process. Why customer has to suffer with your hidden processes. We wanted the laptop for diwali as part of the celebrations. With your hidden terms and conditions and the last minute verification process made the amazon experience worse. Amazon being a global company and ecommerce giant, is there no mechanism for the quick customer satisfactory response or process.
                              Based on the priority there should be different levels of the support process to keep the customer support. Even small companies will do for their customers.

                              Is there a way to highlight the loop poles of amazon to the top team. At least other customers will not suffer.

                              I have waiting for the product from two months now when I contact with Amazon then he blam me and offer the refund but I want that why Amazon accept that order which was they unable to deliver and what about my money was stuck for two months.

                                I placed an order for an apple laptop on 20th oct'19. I got a mail saying delivery will be on 23rd dec'19. On 23rd, after trying to reach the delivery person (Whose number was shared in the email from amazon) throughout the day, he finally answered and was vexed with me. He said he was in leave that day and hence was avoiding my calls. I apologized and mentioned i was calling him as his number was shared by amazon. He said somebody else would deliver. So i waited till 9:30 p. M. At my office (Since that was the address i'd asked the delivery at) and as soon as i left, i get an sms saying delivery was attempted but failed because i was not available! I called up customer service who assured me it will be delivered the next day, 24th oct'19.
                                On 24th, i got a message sharing a delivery person's number who when i reached him said he wasn't the right person and have me the number of the delivery person from the previous day. I tried reaching the delivery person and he kept me waiting the entire day saying he would be coming in a bit. Every time i called, he would say how he's almost there. Finally at 5:30 in the evening he says he doesn't have my laptop with him for delivery! Then i get the sms saying 2nd delivery attempt failed!!!
                                I call up customer service again and am assured, yet again, that the laptop will be delivered the next day, 25th oct'19. I mentioned that i will be traveling on 25th evening and going out of town and was rest assured that the laptop will be delivered.
                                I start off 25th morning by calling customer service at 7:00 a. M. Reiterating that i need the delivery before evening as i would be unavoidable post that for a few days. I checked off they could deliver the laptop to me at the another address (To where is he traveling) but apparently that wasn't possible either. Assurance again that it will reach me.
                                I called up again in the afternoon twice and was assured it would reach me on the "next couple of hours". Needless to say, there was no delivery made and by now the app mentioned the status as 'contact customer service'. So i called them back and was answered by the escalation manager who after a lot of arguing assured me she'd try to create a replacement order and change the address to the alternate one and have it delivered bwfire 30th oct'19. She said she'd just drop me an email confirming this.
                                After waiting for over 20 hours, i called back again and this time spoke to another escalation manager who after a lot of argument and "i understand, but..." just cut the call on me when i insisted that i either get a solution or be connected to the next in escalation hierarchy! Oh, and get this, she said the escalation manager from the previous night had lied to me!
                                I've recorded these calls but am so frustrated with the overall attitude! There's not an iota of "service" extended to the customer. There are false delivery updates made and internal conflicts brought out. Someone should do something about this or just let amazon take on the load it can handle rather than tell customers, "kya kare, diwali hai na. Bahut problems hai orders manage karne mein!"

On next day 25th morning i was got a message that my product is out for delivery and on half an hour later i will also get a message that delivery boy cancel the temp on connecting with the delivery boy he is saying that he has a different route and he returned the my parcel in the station after that after that time i called on amazon customer service miss khushbu she guarantee admit that the product will be delivered yesterday on 25th by 7 and then she was later i called second time to customer care then the person set me the kusum feel any request then that a person shot me that he i will get my courier on 25th by 7 and now i am in 26 october still i am not getting my courier i was order that for a gift to a person and he was reaching to his village today evening on 26 but what will be the benefit of the courier when i will not get my courier on time after connecting with customer cares 56 times they doesn't get me a single valuable reply that that is why my career is missing or placed anything i doesn't get any valuable reply and after talking to the seniors seniors showing that they doesn't care about the customer they are showing reckless behaviour they are arrogant they are full of attitude as they said they doesn't get any e harm that the customer is ordered from this site or that side they get their salary please i am ordering from amazon since a lot of time but this time why i am having a worst experience if you can do something please do against the customer care support team and the seniors which was i talked as you have the recordings of the calls please check them

                                    I bought an amazon product which was returned on 7th and still the refund has not yet been done. Their consumer service are telling the bank's problem. It's been more than 3 weeks. Kindly look into the problem. The total amount is 324 to and confirmation no. Given by amazon customer service is 225407. The item was an uspa frock for girls 8-9years old.

                                      I'm aniket sarkar... I order a pants from amazon but i canceled them after 3-5 days... And while doing them i am online payment on debit card. A week later when the money didn't come to my bank account, i called amazon. They said the money would be sent to the bank by october 14... I said okay. But my money didn't come to the bank... So i called again. They said the money was sent but the bank was not receiving it... So i asked what i would do now... They said you should go to the bank and ask... I did... The bank said no refund came from amazon... I called amazon a again and asked that the bank say no refund was sent from amazon... Then according to amazon i asked for this form from the bank... The bank said we have no such form... So here i am, according to amazon...

                                        Iam a amazon prime customer and ordered samsung mobile on 21st october 2019 and it was supposed to delivery by 22nd october 2019 by 9pm. But it delivered on 26 october 2019. So they failed to deliver on time due to that i cant full fill my wish. So i have called customer care and asked them to allow me to return the mobile but they refused to do that because as per policy mobiles only can be replaced and not to return. I understand that but what if amazon fails to delivery on time and what is the point of taking prime membership. Customer care agent also talking rude and he said he cant help and he is not even ready to take complaint and he said "do you what ever you want" and we are not going to help you on this case.
                                        To avoid this situation i was trying to cancel the product but in app/website it did not allow me to do and it says its already in transit you only can cancel once it delivered to you. But once it delivered again it is saying you cannot return as per the policy. I want to understand here who is fake is problem with your website or with your customer care or with your policies.

                                        I do not want waste my hard earned money of 7000 rs just because of amazon fault.
