I hv ordered a product online from amazon on 1sep..2019. But due to lack of stoke seller mailed me that i can cancelled my order so that i can get my refund. I did the same n cancelled it.. My refund was initiated on 30th sep.. Rs.315. Which is not reflected in my epassbook..

    I've been caaling amazon from 5th oct to request for the pickup of my jbl speakers which is being delayed everytime. Evertime i call customer support they reschedule the pickup. When i call them they say that the poduct is not verified and ny return gets cancelled. How could the product be verified when nobody comes to verify it? Highly disappointed with such a big hosting brand. Never expected this out of amazon.

      I bought a laptop on 28 september but that was a defective laptop i raised a complain for that and with in 24 hours technician came to my house and sent his report that its a defective product and after that they issued me a replacement laptop but i didn't received any replacement laptop from them and deliver agent never came to my house and whenever i called him whether he will ignore my call or disconnect, then i cancel my order but don't know why the same delivery guy was scheduled for my cancellation return product and he did this thing again he was not responding my call, lot of time i raised complain to schedule my pick up and return my laptop but they always keep scheduling this and that delivery guy is not coming at all now what can i do with defective laptop it cost me around 33000 i need my hard money back

        I have ordered echo dot with free bulb. Both products were dispatched separately so customer executive said that i will not have to pay any amount at the time of the bulb so when the bulb arrived i didn't pay and the courier boy took back the bulb, i immediately contacted customer care and they said i was given wrong information i have to pay the amount for bulb so i reseduled the the delivery for the same day and the said that it will be delivered on the same day only but at night i was informed the ordered cancelled. Why such careless executive, i want an action against it.

              ORDER #[protected] : Our Deewali Gifts - Stolen, , Lost. Misplaced or Not sent By Vendor? Purchased on Amazon, only one of the Six Pieces Paid for Delivered yet Amazon site says all 6 are delivered

              ON 15.10.2019 We have ordered 6 piece of a particular product to distribute the same on this Diwali to close family.

              We were delivered only one piece of this October 17, Since I was not home and our son was not aware about the entire thing and the size and dimension of the box, he accepted it without any doubt.

              WE tried to contact raise the complain on Amazon several times and its not easy to get connected to their customer service number. Today we finally sent a message to the customer service when our son who was taking of the entire thing came back home. Our son even managed to connect with the customer service and speak to one representative there. He says the matter of non-delivery of the entire consignment will be “INVESTIGATED” and we will be informed next week.

              Our bigger concern is that we have very limited time to gift it to the family. Why can’t a company the size of Amazon just pull the person out for delivery for our package and check with him about non delivery of the entire consignment. If the matter is pending at the vendor’s end we should be informed of the same as well and arrangements to deliver the remaining items should be made without delay.

              If there’s a fraud or theft somewhere involved, we are in a bigger problem and we loose the shortlisted gifts to family and have to work on shortlist and procurement on the new gift.

              Another related concern is that the one item we received, even this one has the main function part, the Halogen lamp broken.

              Can we request someone senior at Amazon to please investigate the matter without delay and arrange to get our gifts to us right away.

              We are stressed and want to avoid the exercise of short-listing, selection and purchase of the gifts once again. We have sent complains and made several calls to Amazon. Yet, they are sitting pretty and all attempts to make them do something on this due to urgency are stonewalled.
              I was on the phone with a senior customer service executive Alok and after a great deal of persuasion he refused to do anything about it for now and even applied that all six pieces of our order are delivered to us. Can there be bigger insult on injury. If you have horrible delivery system, horrible investigation system and do not do anything when the customer are left in a lurch, at least have some way to escalate the matter to find a solution on priority. No, Amazon will rather apply that the client is a liar and trying to steal from them. Or short delivery is another way to make money for them?
              I really hope they have some way eliminate these short deliveries and better and faster way to eliminate these delays.
              Clients don’t have time and patience to deal with your horrible service and insults and more so in the festival season.

                I purchased mi powerbank for 799/- it got refunded automatically due to product defect as per amazon
                The refund amount has been initiated by amazon but haven't received it in my bank yet
                It's been 8days right now
                Banks customer care is not ready to help using reference number
                I even tried going in the main branch but they said the same thing customer care said
                My bank name is india bank
                Please help
                I cannot afford losing this money i earned it working part-time

                  I am a prime customer and from the past 30 days, i have been unable to stream/watch any video from prime video. I have dialed support but they are unable to solve my issue. So, it's been close to 30 days and i didn't receive a single update from amazon. I am frustrated with prime video support and service. One word, horrible experience. I request amazon team to call me asap and solve my issue.

                      I ordered a product name hyper x ddr3 8gb ram with order id[protected] and received a package on saturday 19 oct by paying cod amount of rs 2595. The packaging seems a little odd as it is repacked somehow and feels light in hand. But i got shocked after seeing empty packaging and till now amazon did not help me in the matter. It is not the small amount what i pay to amazon yet they are not ready to take any responsibility in the matter and their customer support is far worse than what one can imagine.

I have many time going to bank and contact sbi tollfree number but the authority is not attend my query.                             This is to bring to your notice that i am a customer who has been proud buying products of amazon

                            I am writing this mail with high disappointment and resentment due to unfair business and lack of commitment of amazon,

                            I have paid rs 13, 499 to order "seagate external hard drive 8 tb" order #[protected]and received a confirmation mail stating that it will be delivered by oct 18 2019,

                            Post order, i was waiting for the product for 2 days and in between these days i have not been communicated any information or intimated about the product,

                            On the day of delivery, i got to know that the product is cancelled. And they are said the money will be credited to my accound then to re order the product. Right now the product price is increased 1500 which is not possible to pay more. Since i paid the product its my right to get the product as per the concern. Because of their delaying i cant take the blame on spending additional 1, 500 rupees. Kindly make the arrangement for replacement of the product.

                              I bought a la-z-boy recliner on 30th sept 2019 and after delivery kept waiting for someone to be sent for installation... After being tossed between amazon and the seller i was finally told after 10 days that amazon can not arrange for installation and they initiated a return... It’s 10 days more and am still waiting for a return pickup despite calling and begging the customer care everyday.in the meanwhile amazon is sitting over a huge amount of my money and my house is occupied by this big piece o[censored]seless furniture. The worst experience so far... Pathetic service and paid harassment.

                                    I returned my amazon order which i have paid via upi id and according to them my refund was initiated. I never got my amount credited to my account. Amazon customer service is so poor. They just gave a refund reference number[protected] and said they can't do anything more. They asked me to contact my bank. I contacted my bank customer care. They were worst in cooperating. I called them three times and every time they denied to take my refund reference number and said they don't know what refund reference number is. They said it's all amazon's responsibility and they can't help me in any way. Amazon is asking me to talk to bank and bank is asking me to talk to amazon. And now i just don't feel like having an sbi account or do any online shopping through amazon.

                                        The shoes I ordered has been returned and the money is refunded to my account but I have not received the refund.please check this.
                                        However the delivery man took my jeans also to return but there is no track of jeans and has not been returned as per the site.
                                        My amount is stuck and I am disappointed with your service.
                                        Also, when I tried reaching your customer service I couldn't connect and my account has been temporarily blocked.
                                        Please take it seriously and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
