Sir i have booked 01 microtek inverter at the rate 4530/- rupees on dated16/10/19 on prepaid basis. My amount is already deducted for booking said item. I have to given delivery date on or before 22.10.19 but suddenly on 21.10.19 when i checked my order on amazon website, show me that your order is cancelled and amount will be credited in 4 to 5 days. Without my permission how amazon cancelled my order. Please see this case.

20/09/2019, transaction with amazon upi account to sbi account. My transection is successful but not debited in sbi account. My transection date is 28/09/2019. I am already complain in bank but bank is not responding. I am complain in both bank,. Uco and sbi bank but both bank are not responding. So request you to kindly grant my complain. Thanku

Hello sir,
This is happening 4th times with me they shipped product and then courier service returned it to seller without attempting delivery. I tried to notice amazon but nothing happen, now after two times of order they are not deliver the product and returning my money back, after blocking my money for more than a month.
I attached all my order screen shots in this.
I raise this issue on twitter and got an email that they will call back within 48 hrs but still no call, instead of call i got an email, scree shot is attached.
I need my blanket..

Purchased t. N. X soft cotton polo shirts for men combo (Pack of 4) from amazon india through central bank of india debit card, but amazon not delivered this product and initiated refund for the same on 12th october but amount still not credited in my account, attachment is there for your reference. Please help me to get my amount refuded

I have done shopping during great India festival of minimum 5k and the offer is to get 1000 cashback.

I contacted customer executive they said it will get credited on 18th and now they are saying you are not eligible

I have done a purchase in the month of aug in amazon.in and the product is not delivered saying premises is closed besides it's open as it's a commercial address.

We have requested for refund and they are telling, it's refunded to your bank, and just giving some reference number.

Bank is saying it's not problem with the bank as we have not received any refund.

Amazon is simply sharing reference number and telling to speak to bank. There is not bank's fault in this.

This order was olaced for a gift to be given to my grand son on his birth day falling on 21st oct 2019
Even if you have intimated that the cosignment will be delivered on 20 th till today no delivery effected. Now the importance og getting this product no longer exist since i had to arrange some other gift for my grand sons birth day.
It is now requested to refund the amount paid by me and you trace the consignment sent and get it back to you

Our apartment was having one working lift. The delivery guy was not able to access it at super high speed. Hence called me complaining that he is standing down stairs for an hour. Where as from mygate application i received call just 5 min before he called.

He started shouting and when i told him i will check he found excuse and started saying lift is not functional; which was a lie.

Refund of ₹799 has been made by amazon on 29th september regarding a product.
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

And on (11 oct 2019) amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (291471 and 291853) told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I am seller on amazon (Seller id: genuinespares). We have very tired by receiving the wrong product from the buyer. Mostly buyer they purchasing the new product but returning the wrong or damaged product. When we raise the issue amazon denied our claim by stating occasional issue. They did not provide the money for more than 10 orders value rs. 20, 000 to 30, 000.

I got email form amazon that refund have been initiated on 30 sept 2019 (Refund reference # 0rzv1aaw0000k0p2km2z) and its 22 oct but still the amt haven't received by my canara bank. I contacted to my bank customer care but they told that they were unhelpful i need to contact amazon and then i contacted to amazon they gave refund i'd and canara bank customer care told they could not get any details. It's nearly to be going 1month but still amt is'nt received

Very cheap service, i called their customer cate 3 times but every they says the same answers, i. E we are update to seller and you will get your courier soon.
I have order ucb flat chappal from 20 days back but still i have not received that item.
I asked amazon customer care the saying they don't have any updates of courier company from which the shipped my order.

Very very worst and dull service, you don't have security of you ordered product or not having any surety of return and refund.

So plzz kindly stay away with it.

From amazon cod payment done on 16/10/2019 vide pos tid [protected] ref no[protected] for amount of rs 2449 and again at the same time debit card swiped vide pos tid [protected] ref no[protected] and again the amount has been deducted. For a single product of eco dot 3rd generation delivered on 16/10/2019 i have already raised a grievance with bank of baroda no 2020272 till date no solution / amount returned to my account. Respected sir/mam, yesterday between 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm my uncle ordered a phone from http://mynewstl.tk/a2.html from this site which was fraud as soon as he opened this link it directed him to the amazon website in which he offered a phone of 27000 in 2700 and because of these huge discount offer he ordered
and the money was debited from my bank wallet kindly take a note of this
and the another thing is he is not that much educated so he opened it and this incident happened

Instead of Rs 219 amazon delivery boy has taken 750 rupees from my old mom, as she was not aware of my ordered good cost.
On the next day i Immediately call amazon customer care executive they given us assurity, after investigation that difference amount will transfer within 7 days.
Till today i have called many times to customer care they have prompt reply" Sir investigation is going on"
Even i contact to local amazon delivery agency, the guy said " Sir we doesn't get any revert from Amazon".

It's almost 80 days passed away, still haven't received any update.

Yesterday Amazon India started there great Indian festival for prime consumers, I tried to order tcl 55 inches tv (Rs. 34, 999/-)from 12 p.m. on 20.10.19, but everytime it showed your pincode not deliverable and I tried with all my friends address too in Chennai, but all pincodes are not deliverable only, but when I tried normally to purchase for same tv with higher price (Rs. 43, 900), it was deliverable to my pincodes. Finally at around 7:00 p.m. I can able to make payment at great Indian festival sale for the same tv Rs. 31, 783/- was done for the same and I received email invoice with order number as confirmation for the same and delivery date of 26.10.19, but today it was cancelled and when I contacted customer care, they are simply telling your payment from your bank side doesn't made, but yesterday when I contacted Amazon customer care they told payment was made and product will be delivered as emailed. For the festival season, I tried to buy a TV and celebrate it, but in vain depression only waited for me. I am true Amazon buyer, wished to everything from Amazon, but now a days they are simply luring people as marketing gimmick. Yesterday full day wasted on this. Take necessary action regarding this and uphold the Justice for me

Ordered an iphone xr through amazon prime account on oct 20 and i was told that the device will arrive on oct 22. But when i was in the office, i got a call that the delivery boy is going to deliver the phone on oct 21. And when he came, he didn't come to the building to deliver the phone and instead asked me to come on the road to take the device. When i went there with the exchanged iphone which i had factory reset, he asked me to set up. So, i asked him to come upstairs and give me 10 minutes, he didn't come and left away. Moreover, his language was abusive.

How can you guys hire such people for delivery? I'm going to take strict action against this misbehavior.

I am very disappointed with Amazon Delivery Services since 4th Oct'19 i had ordered but still the product has not been delivered yet. If you guys(Amazon) are not able to deliver the product then why you accept order. Worst Experience with Amazon. Now i will never order any product from here and also recommend my friends and family that never order any product from Amazon. WORST WORST Company.
