I purchased a michelin tyre on Amazon (6 may 2023 ) and i only used it for 1 week around 50 km and the tyre got damaged and cannot be used now . Please give a replacement or refund .Amazon doesn't check the product quality by seller and they don't give a resolve for there issues .i want a replacement or refund

    I ordered a home ladder on 27 April 2023 however; Amazon delivered me sports equipment's. Immediately I asked for return request, however, it has been a month that no one from Amazon has come to pick up the return.

    Due to this my INR 4000 is stuck and return window is expiring soon. No one responding on my query and every time I call, they re-raise the request for return but no one comes to pick it up.

      I have order books from from Amazon which was to be delivered today(22 /5/23) the delivery boy came today to deliver the order due to some reasons my phone wasn't working at that time he asked me to give OTP, since my phone wasn't working i said I will be giving OTP after some time, i took the package from him and teared the package from side just to check if it was the correct item, as soon as I opened the package, he started shouting and misbehaving with me and threatened me to beat . I didn't know that opening the order before giving OTP wasn't allowed, he should have before handedly said that but he started shouting and misbehaving and even threatening me . I kindly request to take some action.

        Dear Sir,
        I was introduced to this platform through an add through Instagram and WhatsApp message for part time job. First they made me add Rs.200 to their account and successfully transfered back Rs.450. Then they made me recharge and amount of 1000 and again 100 and after task completion transfered 1500 successfully to my account. After this started the fraud practice. They alloted me similarly a 6 task and asked me to recharge by starting with Rs.500 and then it increased till it reached Rs.1
        6450 .Now they tell me its freezer and I have to pay again 6200.
        Please help me to get my money back. I had to lend the money from friends and family to complete thinking it will be refunded.

              Dear sir,
              I never seen in my life time Amazon is simply playing with CUSTOMERs how they make CUSTOMERs from happy ☺️CUSTOMER to sad 😭 CUSTOMER by delaying the delivery 🚚 process everytime playing with CUSTOMERs and torchering CUSTOMERs by delaying late delivery process. The delivery agents are becoming №№№ and they were not delivering the products in time and and not responding to CUSTOMERs and behave like culture less.

                I ordered 2 products from MeRaYo eGrab on Amazon. One product was delivered but they forgot to provide another which was SoloTravel Solid 13 Cms Cosmetic Pouch. My account showed the product was delivered but it was utterly false. I told them on the very first day of delivery that the product box was torn up and I didn't receive the product.
                First, they said me to call after 4 days and then, told me that the refund has been issued...

                About my refund they are misleading me. I have asked for refund they said they have initiated my refund amount but I didn't receive my refund in my Bank account. Thereafter my bank raised charge dispute request but Amazon's bank says they provided me goods and services

                    I ordered few products and as per policy by Amazon I requested return for few items in those orders. No one came to pick up the orders for few days after requesting the return. So I checked order status on Amazon app to see that the returns are cancelled. I contacted Amazon customer care and they arranged re pickup. It also got cancelled without any notification to me. This happened for atleast 5 times now where I had to call customer care and then they arrange return pickup again and again and it just got cancelled without notification.
                    I even spoke to their supervisor where he promised return pickup or they would refund the amount, but nothing happened. I have no clue what to do now. It just broke trust with Amazon.

                      It was my sister's engagement last week . we are a nuclear family of 30 people. So the get together was of large members. I was having an amazon pay icici credit card of limit 2.5 lakhs+ .So we purchased a number of smartphones for our family members and so other stuff for the function. As being a prime member i should have recieved rs 12091 reward points . But as the statement generated, my reward points kept on hold and they are considering the transactions to be commercial .As being a valuable customer, i felt very bad for this happening. kindly help me out with these and get me the rewards as soon as possible

                            I received SMS from Amazon pay later today that rs - 1499 /- deducted from my pay later to one Amazon prime membership fee. I don't even know Amazon prime membership and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my pay later .. I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this

                              I ordered [Order No.[protected]] the Air Quality Monitor, via Amazon on May 6, 2023, and received my order on May 10, 2023. However, upon unboxing the product, I noticed that the product Air Quality Monitor ‘ was missing from the packet and that it was filled only with thermacoal strips. It was a very bad experience for me. When I contact Amazon's customer support team immediately, They said, "We registered the complaint. We will resolve this issue in 4 to 5 days, so you must wait until May 16th. I'm contacting them after May 16th. They said, "We're not responsible under the amazon's policy. We don't care about this issue." My money is gone.
                              Please. Check, and help me get my money or missing product back. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated, and I look forward to enjoying the complete product soon.

                                I ordered TV wall mounts made payments. When the delivery person gave it, I noticed from the very cover that it was something else..When I told him, he said i only have " return" option and left. In my app, I marked it fas wrong product delivery and agreed to exchange for wall mount . However the customer service person with whom i had a chat, modified it to return and scheduled it for today (16th May BETWEEN 7 AM AND 7PM- DEADLINE OVER PRODUCT NOT COLLECTED) HENCE PREFERING A COMPLAINT, WANTING TO ENSURE AMAZON OR ITS SELLERS WHO GOO[censored]P DO NOT GO UNPUNISHED. At around 3PM the Amazon person who came REFUSED TO TAKE THE ITEM INSISTIND ON WALL MOUNT- WHAT A JOKE I AM SAYING I GOT A WRONG PRODUCT BUT HE INSISTS THAT HE CANNOT ACCEPT ANYTHING BUT 'WALL MOUNT'. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT IN HALF HOUR I COULD SEE HIS "REJECT" AND SPEAK TO CUSTOMER CARE . STILL IT IS NOT UPDATED ! Is it deliberate or just mistake? Ehy Amazon doesnt have details of what customer must do if wrong product is delivered. IF THESE ARE HAPPENING REGULARLY IT IT NOT TIME TO ALSO FILE file a criminal complaint of Cheating (u/s420 of IPC ETC ) so that the warring seller or the delivery persons are made accountable ? AMAZON SEEMS TO BE TOO CASUAL IN ITS APPROACH TO CUSTOMERS AND DONT THEY NEED TO BE MADE TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES?

                                  I cancelled an order with id #[protected], on 1st of mayOf amount Rs.1336 and Rs.1549. But haven’t received the refund till now. In the app it is showing as refund processed but it hasn’t credited to my credit card till date.

                                    I have ordered a realme pad tablet costed Rs 11999. But received a wrong product. I have raised a complaint to Amazon regarding this but they are updated that they are not able to provide any further support regarding this. I have a video proof o[censored]nboxing the product. What should i do now?

                                    Of late these incidents seem to be more frequent in Amazon . Amazon seems not address this serious issue. As your purchase amt is high, Why dont you try to file a criminal complaint against them ? it may set a precedent .
                                    As the amount is huge, maybe you must prefer to lodge a criminal complaint .

                                      Delivery issues in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The delivery agent denied the delivery to the after reaching the location. We requested him to deliver at a mentioned delivery address, away from the location where he had called from. He quoted he is new delivery person (we have been getting delivered many products from Amazon earlier), and he is already at the mentioned address. He was very rude. We told I am not available at home (parents were available at delivery location) i am at Chennai, how will i come and collect it. He said i cannot do anything i am already here, so i told i will have to cancel the order. He said you go ahead and cancel.
