I ordered three books from Amazon..one i received other two nor received...i called them for refund ..that is 1260 rupees on 3rd April 2023 but I don't get any refund right now...today i again called Amazon they give me refund refrance number[protected]. Then I called on pnb coustomer care number...they said this is not our problem...this is Amazon Bank problem...then I again called in Amazon...then they told me this is ur bank problem...then what can I do

    ORDER #[protected], YONEX Graphite Badminton Racquet Astrox 99 Game with Full Cover (White Tiger) worth Rs 5780 not delivered. Then refused to refund. Usurped my money. A bunch of crooks, working like an organised crime syndicate committing a fraud: taking customer's money then not delivering the item, then refusing to refund and also refusing to provide proof of delivery of the specific item (which they don't have because they didn't deliver this item).
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    More than a week elapsed since raising this complaint on this website, but no resolution yet. Does not look like Amazon India pays any attention to any communications from this website.

          (1) Shop owner Does Not Have any Authorisation Permission to sell Panasonic electronic Products or not have any Noc or Contract To sell the Panasonic product

          (2) shop sell all china products which doesn’t hava any ISI Tasted Products Or Not Certified Products in which people do food preparation it can Harm Human Life’s

          (Oven) (Sandwich Toster) (Electronic Cooker)etc

          (3)The Azhari Collection Amazon Seller also sell chocolate Products Which Is Not Safety Cirtifide from FSSI Or Not Having purchase bill’s Which he is Selling online without any Nacessary Permission Or ISI Certificate

          (4) Azhari Collection Sell olive oil at Amazon Which He doesn’t have any franchises or any contract or any Permission Licancace

          As per Human Rights Act 1993 as a international Human Rights Commission Member i would like to demand to Cancel the ID Of The Azhari Collection Amazon Seller Which Is Doing Fraud With Innocent Public’s Which Is very Much Wrong And No One Have Any Permission To sell products of any Registed Brand to sell without any Permission or contract

          Even there is also declared fraudulent by nestle company which all avidance are been attached which clearly verify that this shop owner who is selling products in the name of all brand which is harmful & duplicate products which can cause harmful reson any human in different ways

          I appeal to check all the details of said location shop in subject who is making violation of human rights which should be stop immediately without any further questions in suspension of all Amazon account related to same shop name or by different name also is been used by owmer

                I am joining amazon part time work from home add money recharge and task complete and get commission i will 1st task complete and withdraw money in my account. next 2nd task is high amount order 18000rs and get commission 24000rs so i will pay and last final order is 56000rs and 68000 get commission also pay 56000rs and compete the task. than final amount is 1, 83, 900rs. so i will withdraw money in my account but company tell me your amount is high so you 20% tax so tell ok you deduct my 183000 and than i withraw my money but not agree and i will pay 36, 786rs tax and than i withdraw money so suddenly new rules employee tell me you have not complete the task in 1hour thats why your account is freeze. and unfreeze amount is 1, 00, 000rs pay and than withdraw your amount.

                    I ordered Samsung S20 FE 8GB RAM & 128GB storage Cload Navy Colour from Amazon on 31st Mar-23. Delivery person delivered the product on 1st Apr-23.But I have received an Iphone 14pro Max Master Copy mobile (Not Original).
                    I have complained to customer care that I have received an Wrong product and they have registered & told me that they will investigate and arrange for refund or replacement within 5 working days.
                    There is no response from their side & I connected today & asked about the issue. They are telling Seller sent correct item only, they won't refund or replace the item.
                    I said, I have Unboxing Video proof that I have not received the right item but they disconnected the call without giving a solution. They are not even ready to hear my words.

                      I bought two of the same product from Amazon Renewed and Refurbished, which I scheduled to return since it wasn't really an effective product. It took me three calls and two complaints to finally have the item picked up more than two weeks after the scheduled date. The delivery guy who came for the pickup claimed that he only has to pick up one item, but I had placed pickup for both and the app also showed the pickup was for two of the items. So, I gave him both and he confirmed the pickup, which in turn showed up on the app, saying pickup was complete for the items. But, when I saw it hadn't shown to have reached the seller in the app, I reached out and found from customer service that the item I sent was the wrong one, and they led me to an email to appeal to the claim, but ultimately they made the final decision to not give me the refund till I return the "right" product, which I already did. And it doesn't seem as though I'd get even the item back.

                                No call received from delivery boy but got the notification that I rejected the order. Called amazon and they said order is cancelled but called delivery boy after that and he said will bring today. I asked him why on amazon it is showing delivery cancelled and asked his name. He immediately cut the call. Have all the recodings with delivery boy and amazon agent and screenshot too.

                                  I have ordered a mini refrigerator from Amazon India worth rs7990, it was suppose to be delivered on 3rd April 2023, as I was not available due to office hours at the building, I requested the delivery person to keep my order on the building reception and he said he have kept it there. When I came back and checked, the package was not delivered, I contacted to building security team and saw CCTV footage for the time. No one came to deliver the parcel from Amazon and entered the building. I raised my complaints to Amazon many times, but they are not ready to co-operate and give the details of the delivery person, not even looking into the issue, I have the proof that nobody from Amazon came to deliver my parcel, I am ready to share the CCTV footage for reference (not able to attach here as the file size exceeding the given limit) from (11:00 - 11:30) as the delivery person called me at 11:14 am in morning. Please take some action against this irresponsible behaviour of Amazon India.

                                        Ordered Deson Iron Box - Automatic Cast Iron Base Heavy Weight Iron Box for Hotels and Cloth Shop (Black) with ORDER #[protected] placed on 26 March 2023 for the amount Rs.4, 044.00 and delivered on 3rd April 2023 Sold by: Global Vision Store due to malfunction the product, returned on 6th April 2023 and the order has been cancelled by seller with order #[protected] on 9th April 2023.
                                        Till date (14th April 2023) now I have not received the money back. Your return policy states that within 2 to 3 working days money will be returned.
