I bought an amazfit smartwatch on aug 14 2018 for 8999inr order no[protected] and on 26th of june 2019 its display gone blank without any external damage. At the time of buying it showed like 1 year warranty policy so i contacted the customer service team thrice every time they gave me reply like the seller team will e-digital store india will contact you in 2 days and till now they haven’t. Last time e-digital store india replied like check the back side of local package for address.
Third time when i contacted amazon your customer agent apologised me for not providing any information and he also told me amazon can’t do anything about the product (Repairing or replacing) so i am feeling like getting cheated by amazon. If you can do anything please let me know. I’m attaching the proofs of the replies from both amazon and e-digital store india.

    I have purchased the above subject mobile from amazon vide order no[protected] which delivered today.

    I placed the order for blue colour but not able to understand how it converts in black which has been delivered on 30.06.2019. My other concern is that performance of camera quality is not upto the level of adequacy.

    Although, i contacted amazon customer care representative who rudely replied me that you have to approach manufacture for quality purpose which is not expected to get response from amazon.

    Secondly customer care representative bluntely denied to hear about my other grievance of colour prefered. I clearly told her that i ordered for blue set but how it converts black is beyond my comprehendion. So far i used to hear on the social site that different colour has been provided by the customer service provider which also happened to me.

    It is therefore requested to return the above mobile and arrange to offer me another mobile set of different model.

        I purchased one ray-ban frame with one nike t shirt, order placed-21.04.2019. I total paid rs. 11, 495.00, order no - #[protected]. But both items are not fit for my body. So i returned both items by india post on-09.05.2019. I returned both items within 2 days of delivery. I returned by amazon sellers
        Return policy to amazon seller gmr airport city, pin-500108 r. G. I airport s o. From arjuna behera, at - medical campus, po - mohana, dist-gajapati, state - odisha, pin-761015. My tracking number showing the seller received his item on-12.05.2019. My india post tracking no - eo[protected]in and eo[protected]in. But the seller and amazon not respond my repeated request till today, so kindly help me for above this matter at an early date. Thanks.

          On 27th june 2019 my order was showinh as delivered but i did not get my product.

          Amazon delivery person called me and said he is getting my order but he did not come.

          In status it is delivered but dint get any ordered product. I tried to call tat amazon delivery person using 4 digit pin but it was switched off.

          Below is the details of the same in screen shot.

          Please do the needfull... As it is very badddd experience in amazon.

            I paid rs.599 for amazon brand solimo umbrella (Auto-open & close function) blue under amazon order#[protected] on 13th june 2019. I have only used it twice. First on 27th june and second today ie. 28th june 2019. It is already leaking in just second use. I couldn't request a return since i don't have any original tags or manufacturers box. I didn't expect that i would need these as i didn't expect for a simple umbrella to fare this bad and didn't expect that i would ever need to return it. I contacted amazon customer service thru their chat service today ie. 28th june 2019 about the same and they couldn't help me stating they cannot do anything without the original tags or manufacturers box. I'm not ready to pay rs. 599 for such a poor quality product that doesn't even do the job of keeping me dry in the rain. Hoping you can help me get a refund for this rs. 599 and i can send this umbrella back to amazon. Thank you.

              Dear sir,

              I bought moto g5s plus on october 11 2018 online from amazon. Speaker problem has occurred in my phone within 6 months.

              For this i visited lenovo/ motorola service center near to my place. (121 sanjay road a1/1 birenu asha palace, sakchi, snp area, ambagan, sakchi, jamshedpur, jharkhand 831001).

              They were asking for the invoice which i provided them but they are not accepting that. Again for that i contacted amazon customer services and asked for the invoice and they sent me the same invoice which i was providing earlier to the lenovo/motorola service center.

              The behavior of the staff is rude and they aren't accepting that and asking for the different type of bill which amazon hasn't provided apart from that one which i asked them again.

              They aren't rectifying the issue and sending us back. Please see to it that my problem is solved within my warranty period.

              Pfa the required bill which i am providing to them.

                I have ordered a product from amazon on 9/06/2019. The price of the product is 399 rupees. I returned the product for the poor fabric issue. The refund request is approved on 17/06/2019 and i got message that the amount will be credited in 2-3 days of banking days, but till today the refund amount is not credited in my account. And i didn't get any message why the amount is not credited.

                  I placed order blackberry q10 battery on 18/06/2019, order no:#[protected] for guntrur seller took the order and after two days seller cancelled order without information because undelivered address. Till date i'm not received any refund amount. Please find the attachments of cancelled order & my account statement.
                  1. Undelivered address why seller took order without cash on delivery and why seller cancelled order without customer information and still it showing it can be deliverable for pin no 522001. Please check it in amazon site.
                  2. Now amazon people saying from our side we transferred amount 800/- you please contact to your axis bank. But i'm not at received i given proof attachment. How can i contact bank. That's amazon responsibility to give back refund without any problem to the customer. Please do the needful.

But in track package, It was delivered on 25 june 2019 at 9.30pm and also i returned the package to seller, it showing.                       Greetings for the day!
                      I have returned an order #[protected] with amazon logistic tracking ID[protected]. Wherein the estimated delivery date to seller was 27th-June which is not done and there is no update on this from 24th-June.

                      Every time, I contact their customer care, they say you to wait for 10 days which is not acceptable at all when the estimated delivery date has been provided with maximum timeline.

                      Please help me getting my refund!

                            I purchased a poco f1 phone for a cheaper rate. I was given a docket number/airway bill number which is untraceable, i contacted the seller a number of times and the seller never responded back. Later i contacted amazon india and lodged a complaint. For the past three days, amazon customer care executives are keeping me in dark by repeating a same assurance "the matter has been escalated" and suddenly today i was told by two different customer care executives to wait for the delivery deadline. They clearly know that the consignment has not been shipped and is not going to be shipped. Now i am told to wait untill the deadline of delivery and three more days so that amazon can start a refund process.

                                  Not refunds received amazon and seller blaming each other,
                                  Spoke to samir at triveni saree gujrat he says its auto refund always and it should not take this long for the refund, he said its amazons fault for the delay.
                                  Amazon call center people say its the delay from the sellers end..
                                  They didnt even let me review publish on this issue to make people aware of it.
                                  Stil no refund though so writing a complaint here

However another packet frtom amazon was deliverd at 17:27 hrs by another courier person with code no 3374. He delivered flip flop puma shoes but also also took the patrorna antimicrobial blended women aline nighty night dress with robe in red color p no[protected] packet along with him. His code is 3374.

                                      He has infact stolen the packet. This be recovered from him and returned back to me

                                        I ordered the above product twice but Amazon failed to deliver by showing reason that the area is not located. But in reality it is a central area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat and also note that in recent past Amazon have delivered product to the above address.

                                        My questions are :
                                        1. If Amazon is unable to deliver the product then why accept order and payment?
                                        2. Why Amazon do not contact the customer and find out better solution to deliver his product before returning it to the seller?
                                        3. Is it a major issue or a rocket science to deliver a product in a city like Ahmedabad?

                                        I want only the product and do not want refund of my amount.

                                        Hope you will help me in resolving my above issue.
