Hi,

I have recently purchased amazon kindle, along with there was a special offer to purchase amazon 5ft usb on the next day the kindle is delivered to my home address.

As per your special offer the product amazon 5ft usb should have been free of charge, but amazon deducted ₹ 499 from my amazon pay account.

Please find attached screenshot of my purchase

Require refund for the same.

    #amazonindia blocked my account for over one month without any reason. Been following up since 9th june 2019 with no resolution. Everytime i call, i'm asked to give all my account details and assured of a revert within 24, hours. Nobody bothers to respond back. Every next time i call, i'm told that the back office team is looking into it. Neither are they able to delete my account, nor am i able to log in. Neither am i able to delete the account myself nor am i able to create a new one. After addressing this on their facebook page, the team is simply giving repetitive suggestions to contact account specialist team and reset password and everything else that is not working. It's close to two months and even when i call the helpline i do not receive any response except that they cannot help me and i will be receiving an email from the team. That also has not happened

      When i add 10k money from my friends krazy bee credit card shown funds added successful then i was trying to place a order they said account was holded and i tried to contact them they said send me fax they didn't mention fax id and also didn't tell me which documents ineed to sent from last 1year i am struggling.
      Last 1year onwards i am contacting customer care and they telling same then do fax do fax they didn't me details

        Sir, i ordered a kodak brand 32"smart tv through amazon on 1 jun 19 (Vide order no.[protected] and i received the product on 10 jun 19.

        Since, day one tv set is not working properly and it has got multiple software defects causing its improper swiching on and off. Frequently tv set gets switch off by showing the display as"the machine has got serious damage"and"google play services are not working" etc... Its not switching easly and takes several minutes and then after some time it switched off.
        I made the complain earlier and asked amazon to return the product but they convinced me that soon some tecnician will resolve the problem but none attended the same. After that period i went on a long leave for one month to my native place so i could't follow the matter. Now, i m back to my workin place where i ordered this product so i want some solution by replacing this product with new one or refunding the full amount of rs. 10, 999/- if my problem is not resolved then i will b forced to go consumer court.

          Last 15/7/2019 at 6 am i want to ordered for amazon prime (Rs-329) and when i place the order through my debit card the money was deducted from my a/c but amazon msg me money is not received so order was cancelled. But my money could not refund. When i was called them they told me firstly dont worry your money 100% refunded within 5 working days. After that when my was not returned then i again contact them again but this they said money we are not received you plz launch a complain against ubi. Now this what i can do. Plz refund my money.

            Recently i purchased one product called evergrow copper water bottle but today i received fake product from amazon. So we got cheated from amazon once they developed the market they sell fake products without verifying retailers. Need proper action to them because it is helpful for other customers too.               It's no sense to buy any any anything from amazon. Their customer care is ruthless. I ordered stand under offer. Delivery people gave fake excuses and did not deliver to me. Put it all on my reputation giving false excuses for not delivering. Mentioned natural disaster as reason where life was totally normal with not even a drop of rain. I spoke to customer care 4 times, everytime they were lodging complaint and finally courier guy sent it back to seller. No delivery attempt made, no use of customer's complaints. It was under offer at 2299 when i placed order. Now it's for 3399, amazon asking me to place order again at this 1100+ price. It's big nonsense!! I am lodging complaint against amazon on consumer forum. I wasted my time and energy. Amazon is fake, and disgusting. Dont buy from amazon at all.

                Aaj he mujhe mi pro6 mobile phone deliver hua hai par unki quality wo nahi hai jo phone book karne se pahle maine dekhi thi or features bhi meri according achhe nahi hai. Jis reason se main ye new phone liya tha wo mujhe is phone me nahi mila. Ye phone maine apni first salary se liya tha or apke amozon se liya par mera pahla experience hi sabse bekar gya ab me usse return karke sirf dusra lena chahti hu. Aapne isme return and replacement ka option diya tha or ab aap isko replace karke dusra bhi provide nahi karwa rahe. Main sirf return karke aapke hi amozon se dusra lena chahti hu because mere liye 11000 rupye bahut jyada hai agar aapne replace karke dusra nahi diya to mera is app se trust uth jayega please usse return kar dijiye taki me dusra purchase kar pau. Please accept my request.

                  I had placed an order vide order no.[protected] dated 15th july 2019. The packet was scheduled for delivery on 19th july 2019. Upon contacting the delivery person, it was assured that the delivery will be done by 9 pm. All of a sudden the delivery status was updated as delivery attempted. I raised a complaint to the customer care immediately and it was assured to resolve the issue. Again i contacted the delivery person on 20th july 2019 and as usual it was assured that the delivery will be done by 6 pm. Around 8:30 pm on 20th july once again i raised my complaint to the customer care but no resolution. Again today i. E. 21st july 2019, i got message that the packet is out for delivery. However, i was unable to connect with the delivery person as the ticket no. Was showing invalid. At 2:29 pm all of a sudden the delivery status updated as "delivered". Upon raising complaint the customer care executive suggested that the money will be refunded to your account rather that understanding the reason why without delivery the status was updated as delivered. Why i should struggle for getting an item delivered for three days.

                  Its not a matter of money. It is a matter of integrity and its shameful on the part of amazon that they neither resolve the issue of customer nor escalate to the level where the issue would get resolved.

                  I want an answer from amazon on:
                  1. Why the delivery person has been dodging since last three days.
                  2. Why he himself did not contact me.
                  3. With whose acknowledgement the packet was delivered.
                  4. How i can claim for refund of my money and damages.

                    The delivery boy jas misbehaved with us and he has cancelled the order by himself without informing us. We didn't even cancel the product

                      I ordered a toy on 14 july 2019 in. Amazon with order no[protected] and tracking id[protected]. I received the toy pack with opened condition and they doesn't get any signature for the received pack. When i asked about it the despatched man said the pack arrived with these condition. So i am doubting about any changing of the package materials. So take necessary steps to rectify these type of courier packages.

                          The product was delivered to a pickup store from where customer can pick up the product and likewise, i got the message that i can pick up the product by 20 july 2019. But the storekeeper returned those products before the due last pickup date without my consent. Amazon used to mention that only prime customers can get offers. Seeking this, i purchased prime membership. Now customer wastes plenty amount of time to find and order products but what i get is harassment, time waste.                             This is regarding the refrigerator i order from amazon. It’s doesn’t fulfil my necessity so i requested them to exchange with a bigger size refrigerator. They simply denied me on some hidden policy they have. This is totally unjust. The product description was inappropriate and one can’t judge a product just by looking at the picture.
                            Online selling is to make the buyers life easier and not just cheat by putting some hidden policies. The customer executive simply denied to help by anyway. I didn’t even ask for a refund but simply ask for an exchange with a bigger product. That’s how they treat their customers? I am simply disappointed! And, this not just me but so many customers out there who are facing such an issue.

                              I had orderd rooxie 5d temperd glass for honor 7x toughened full body temperd glass screen protector for huwaei honor 7x black and i also ordered taar rugged tpr tpr musb micro usb nylon braided data cable -4.92 feet (1.5 meter). Their cost 199 rs and 119 rs respectively. But i didn't get refund of these two items. Kindly refund my amount immediately.

                                Amazon recruitment offer me a job in tirupur and they asked me to pay 5000 for account opening and 5000 for medical insurance. They tell me that the amount will be refunded within 30 min. The amount is not refunded and if i call amazon about the job they are not asking my call. So please do necessary step to refund my money back in my account as soon as possible

                                    We had already returned this order on 3 july 2019 and the amount of my order will not credit in my pay balance... How we get our refund... But the product which is received was defective so i request amazon to either replace or refund the amount but according to amazon india replacement is not under their policy so they were ready to refund the amount, they picked up the product from my home and according to them refund was issued on 03 july in afternoon but the problem is nothing is credited in my pay balance

                                      I m supposed to receive a refund from amazon.in by 11/ 07 but it still isn't credited. Amazon confirmed the refund has been processed and have given a refund reference number given to them by the canara bank hereby confirming the refund. The reference number is 691318. My canara bank account number is[protected]. I paid the transaction using my canara bank visa debit card ending with 4461. Amount is ₹1, 084. I did this transaction on 26/06/19.

                                        I ordered anjushree anarkali kurti in amazon due to other reason it got canacelled and they refunded rs.664 and rs.119 on 20.06.2019. But it was not reflected in my account. And they gave reference number of their successful refund transaction numb :[591385]. Kindly rectify my problem and refund the amount from your side. I contacted my home branch and even raised complaint in your website no action been taken. Kindly revert this issue seriously and return my amount asap.
