Dear Sir / Madam,

On a personal level, I want to come out of Amazon.in prime member ship first due to worst service. Subscribed prime membership on 06-Aug[protected]-9857907. Please cancel my prime subscription immediately and return unutilized amount to my AMAZON PAY BALANCE.

Reason: Return pickup ID[protected]Three times return pickup cancelled by delivery agent without visiting to home to receive return package)

First Time Cancelled - 30th Jan and Second Time Cancelled - 1st February and Third Time Cancelled - 2nd February and Fourth Time Cancelled - 3rd February

I got a chance to see high priority service as mentioned on the below mal by AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE at 7 PM yesterday's thru DELIVERY AGENT BEHAVIOUR.

Tried to reach Amazon Chennai - East Tambaram pickup agent number [protected] several times, but no use.

Issue was not resolved as promised by Amazon Customer Care Representative. Complaint raised on 27th Jan

    I have order from Amazon and I have return my order
    Amazon refunded my amount to my upi [protected]@ybl which was my original payment mode
    But money not received yet they provide me refund reference number which is[protected]
    I have purchased the product on 21 Jan 2023 and refund initiated on 23 Jan 2023

    I have visited branch with reference number but they don't help me

    Please help me to resolve this problem

        Received a empty package i also contacted delivery boy but he said he cannot do anything and contact amazon customer service. I contacted them and they gave me a deadline of 2nd February and now they are telling me the investigation is done and they cannot do anything about it and they won’t replace or refund. What is this fraud and scam going on here. The seller is corrupt or amazon is corrupt or delivery boy is corrupt I don’t know i just want my money back that’s it man. Such fraud website to loyal customers seriously man. So much fraud.

          I had ordered dress which does not fits on me hence I had placed the request for replacement of same product but from 19th dec no one had called to pick the product. Aforesaid I was taking follow up with customer support they are also not able to find out the way to replace that product. I must say Amazon should improve their service to satisfy their customers needs. It’s very shameful for the service industry like Amazon to not being on place to meet their customers expectations.

          Dear Amazon please keep your self in customers shoe and see the problem from customers angle. Being a customer we are paying you for that particular product so it’s your responsibility/ job to justify the payment by giving prompt service

            It is a shame that till now my money Rs. 16500/- and 1250/- interest charges have not been refunded. First of all, you refused to give my product without any reason, for which I have been harassed for the last 2 weeks by mail and calling your shoddy and garbage department.

            The way you have troubled me, now I have decided that I will not leave your family either. Earlier I was told by your corruption department that the money would be transferred within 2 or 3 days, but the money did not come. Then I called then your nonsense executive told me that it will come in 3 to 5 days. When the money did not come even after that, I talked to customer care and then he changed his statement and said that the money will be transferred within 7 to 9 days. Will you tell me what is happening? Why are you telling lies on lies?

            For the first time, I have seen such a company where a field executive has been given complete business and without him, no transaction can happen in the company. Everything is in his hands. This is what your Sr. executive has to say. Oh, donkeys .. People will laugh at you. If you have this much hobby of falling down in the mud, then go drown and die.

            Shame on you.

            Again I warn you that refund my money Rs. 17750/- immediately without any delay. Understand.

              Dear Sir, This is to inform you that on dated[protected] I booked a mobile from the Amazon e-commerce website which the amount was 16539/-. In which there was also an exchange phone. Which modal number is “VIVO- Y12S” and IMEI No-[protected] AND [protected] The phone booked by me was supposed to be delivered today[protected] but the courier executive (Mr. Sobit) refused to deliver and he told me that it has been canceled by Amazon itself. He didn't even see my exchange phone properly, only checked by entering the IMEI number which was “OK”. When I tried to know from him why did you refuse to give my order? At first, he flatly refused to tell me, after so many requests, then he talked to his Senior Manager Mr. Haider. He also said that it is already canceled by Amazon. Dear Sir, Amazon has cheated me. My order has been canceled by lying to me. The phone was not handed over to me without any reason. I gave its money in advance to Amazon only on[protected]. In e-commerce, if the IMEI number of the mobile does not match, then the money is demanded but the order cannot be canceled. And Amazon canceled my order calling me a liar. Due to this, I am very hurt. I tried to talk to the customer several times but their response was very poor. Finally, I talked to Mr. Rahul from the amazon executive, he was saying that the delivery person has canceled it. Everyone is talking differently. Who is right and who is wrong knows nothing. Way amazon has wasted my time and refused to deliver my product without any reason. I want strict action should be taken against him. And I should get my refund in just a few hours. Because it is the fault of Amazon and its delivery partner.

              today almost 9 days have passed. It is a shame that till now my money Rs. 16500/- and 1250/- interest charges have not been refunded.                 I have ordered 8 computer products from Amazon through bajaj emi . Firstly the processor showed out for delivery then it showed damaged by amazon and it got returned by them. Then next the motherboard showed out for delivery then it also showed damage same thing. So I cancelled all the products. As I cant build the computer without this products. The product which reached first is Antec power supply cost 2400 . I put a return request since 25th Jan. Still today 1st feb it is not pickup. Every day they are scheduling a new date. My bajaj emi will be deducted on 2nd Feb as I have purchased it from through bajaj emi. The product is of no use and I have to pay the emi. The telephonic customer is telling to contact social media. The social media team is telling to reply to the email. But they are not replying the mail nor any follow up from them.

                  I ordered realme buds air3 Neo on 24 Jan 2023 and received on 26 Jan. When I opened the package the product is missing from packet. I complaint to Amazon customer care they said they make investigation and give me deadline of 31 Jan and now they refused to give any remedy. As per their policy they will provide us OTP for inspection of product before accepting the order. I also asked for same at delivery time but the delivery boy refused for it. I don't know what to do.                     I am Kuldeep Amin.
                    From last month on 29 Dec 2022 I ordered Lg 7kg inverter touch washing machine.
                    My order I’d is[protected]
                    I paid for that total 27071.78₹.
                    From AMAZONE India it self cancelled my order due to there technical issue.
                    There after so many time I called to customer care for refund my cancelled order debit amount.
                    But they were not responding properly and every time they are delaying refund amount.

                    So I am requesting for refund my amount as soon as possible
                    Otherwise they should provide my debit amount with bank interest if they are doing too late.

                      The return of order #402-680****-17****8(Wrong item) has been successfully picked up on 14/08/2022.After that I am waiting for the refund but till today I didn't receive the refund amount Rs.629 in my bank account.

                        On 12th Nov’21, Order was placed thru Order No[protected] for V-Guard RO thru Amazon India App. The Product was delivered to me on 16th Nov’21. I waited for One Week(Sent 2 Emails & Call to V-Guard Customer Service) for Installation of the Product but Technician didn’t come for Installation.

                        On 21st Nov’21, I called Amazon Customer Service & requested for the Return, Initially the Amazon Customer Service Rep tried to Convince me & told that he can’t Approve the Return, After lot of Arguments & Threatening to Lodge a Complaint with the Consumer Forum, the CS Rep Agreed & Authorized the Return with Pick Up No[protected], Pick Up Time was[protected] on 22nd Nov’21.

                        On 22nd Afternoon Rep from Amazon Wardha warehouse came but didn’t Pick the Package since the Package was Big & he had difficulty in carrying in his Two Wheeler.
                        In the Evening same on the same day (22nd Nov’21), he came in a Small Pick Up Van(Matador) & took the Packet after Checking the Product.

                        It is now more than 2 & ½ months, since then I have spoken to the Amazon Customer Service Reps (5 Times over phone & had 3 Times, had Chat with them) for Refund of Rs. 10, 999 in My Account.
                        Every time I got just promises.
                        But nothing happened till date, 07th Feb’21 even after I told them that I would go to Police for filing a Cheating case & filing a Complaint with the Consumer Court.

                        Meanwhile, I went to their Amazon’s Wardha warehouse in Dec’21 & told them about the Issue.
                        After checking their Records & speaking with their Rep, who had collected the Package from my Residence, Mr Harshal(Warehouse Manager), told me that the Rep had wrongly Closed the Return Pick Up against another Online Return of 1 Year Extended Warranty Plan for Water Purifier(Delivered to Me via Email). Pick Up Id No[protected] issued was the same as was for the Product (Refund of Rs 279 Received).

                        Lastly, on 27th Jan’22 I had a chat with their Warehouse Manager, Mr Harshal, who told me to go ahead & file a case against Amazon India. And informed me that he has Resigned & No More with Amazon’s Operations Team.

                        In Spite of writing to Amazon India many times & sending them Legal Notice, they have Not Responded.

                              Amazon Delived Damed Prodcut and i Requested for replacement .

                              They have accepted for replacement and they try to deliver new prodcut .

                              But at the time of delivery new prodcut in the delivey boy application has asking some steps to confrim of damed prodcut .

                              The serial number which has mentiond on box and in their app are different, for that reason he didn;t deliverd new prodct and not picked up damaged prodcut.

                              what ever the deliver boy trying to deliver new product and old prodct serial number starts with 88060.

                              I Reached amazon customer care and explained issue and they requested return of damaged prodcut and said will giveyou refund .

                              Now they are saying, refund and replacement will not happen.we will dispose what ever i return the prodct.

                                I bought this macro lens with a description mentioning item made of Schott glass but the received was made of plastic. I need a refund of my order. I contacted the customer service executives within the time frame but not worth my time.

                                  This product was not delivered right and then a replacement was asked but that too was not done by the delivery rogues as they have tampered with my product and i have not received the product or the refund

                                  If the product is not returned to the seller while I dont have the product with me so who is to be blamed for this

                                  So i should take the loss of the mistake of the delivery rogue and amazon is washing its hand off the issue as they got their money i am the victim here under loss of money and product

                                    1) It does not contain any brand name as claimed by you .
                                    2) It has no manufacturer name as well as service centre
                                    3) It fails start ie manufacturing defects.
                                    4) It fails to deliver hot water as claimed by you.
                                    5) if it fails to display the power as claimed in your afore said platform in display
                                    from above it appears that the above claim were false, misleading and with the intention of deceiving the prospecting buyer.

Amazon is saying they had already processed the refund from their side successfully which is not reflecting on my account.                                         On 3rd of January, I tried making electricity bill payment of 1, 844 through amazon (Operator KSEB, Customer Number:[protected] Initially I received a message from amazon saying that the transaction has failed, just because I received a confirmation from amazon saying that the transaction has failed and also no amount was debited from my amazon pay balance, I had to make the payment again and I received a message saying that the transaction was successful.
                                        But after couple of days as I was checking my pay balance statement, I noticed that 1, 844 was debited from my account 2 times and the failed transaction was showing successful, so I contacted the amazon customer care team on 8th of January and had conversation with executive name Seethal she said she is taking up a complaint and since the operator reference number is the same you will gat a refund once the backend team confirm the same within 2 says.
                                        Since I did not get any update on 21st I have contacted the customer care team again and the other executive said that the backend team is working on that and she will follow up on that and will give a confirmation on Monday. Again, since I did not get any update on 24th I contacted customer care again they are saying that no complaint has been taken and nothing can be done from their side.
                                        From side I am left with same operator reference number and 2times 1, 844 had been debited from my account, here in this case amazon have debited amount from my Amazon pay balance without my consent, Amazon executive mis leaded me saying that complaint have been raised (Since auto call recording is active in phone, I have the conversation that I had with executive & I also have screenshots saying that the transaction has failed)
