Amazon India Amazon.sa I purchased boat extend watch from amazon order ID[protected].And it was not working after 3 attempts they picked up for return and now not ready to refund the money saying I have sent incorrect product. I am calling customer service they said this matter stands cancelled not able to tell even what incorrect product I have sent back. I have given back the same watch I got even it is recorded in my cctv also. But amazon customer servie is not bothered to look into the hassle customer is facing. Very sad to know that amazon is such a big company is doing this. Delivery boy has taken photos also when he came for return why don't u check those photos.

[email protected] I got a mail from this I'd saying I have given junk in box but I have given correct product. Delivery box checked the box and then only took it for return. I have recording in my office CCTV also.

      Dear Sir/Ma'am,
      I placed an order from @Amazon Indian on 24.02.2023 which was delivered on 03.03.2023 but due to the issue in size on 04.03.2023 i placed a return which was aprooved on the same day and the pick-up was scheduled for the next day i.e. 05.03.2023 but the product was not picked up from my home, yesterday when i tracked the return status it was showing me that the Pick-up was cancelled now it is also not shpwing me the option to place another return, the return time period will end on 13.03.2023 after this date amazon would not return my order and refund will not be processed. I have also sent a mail to amazon 2-3 time but they are not replyong amd only givigng and automate reply that we will rvert you back within 6 Hrs but no such action is placed.
      So, it's my humble request to please look after this matter because after 13.03.2023 tthe return policy will be eneded.

        I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a recent purchase I made on Amazon. I purchased a Pebble Watch on 10th March with Order ID Order#[protected], but the product I received was not as advertised. The product was of poor quality, and I feel cheated after buying it.

        I immediately contacted Amazon's customer service department to return the product, but I was informed by Muhammad, a member of Amazon's leadership team, that the product could only be replaced and not returned. This denial of my request for a return is a violation of my consumer rights, as I have the right to choose between a return or replacement in case of a faulty product.

        I would like to assert my consumer rights and seek a resolution to this matter. I request that Amazon arrange for a return of the product and provide me with a full refund for the purchase price. I have attached a copy of my original order and shipping details for your reference.

          I purchased "Black Soya Bean" from amazon ( packet of 1 Kg) for Rs.299. However, when I open the order, ( after a week of receiving the order) I received a totally different item. Instead of the Black Soya Bean, it was Finger Millets.
          It was not only a totally different item but also a different brand.
          But my requirement is Black soya Bean, so I raise it for a return and gave the photographic proof of the product I received along with the package cover.

          But Amazon denied stating it non-returnable item. They were not ready to contact the seller nor i could contact the seller for the same. Above all the seller has taken down the listing of the particular product and which makes it very difficult to see any more details.

          My concern is if Amazon is not taking responsibility for such a misleading seller then who is? It was a total waste of time for a customer to go through all this hassle and Amazon should refund my amount and backlist, such a seller.
          I have attached 3 pictures of the product I ordered and 1 picture of what I recieved.

            i am raj kumar from mansa punjab(151505). My amazon account detail mentioned as below:

            i am unable to login my amazon account from dated 6th mar 2023. When try to login my amazon account then shown error (we cannot find an account with that mobile number). But last transaction by me which is sucessful on dated 5th march 2023 on time 04:17 pm.
            When try to contact with customer care regarding error shown & login my account as reply given by customer care of amazon we are unable to help you due to unauthenticate your account as provided wrong email id . But email id of my amazon account never changed by me. My current balance of account is rs. 52, 899/- only.
            This same issue faced on 2 mar 2023. Then i provide all information and unhold my account on 3 march 2023 on 01:03am.
            But know faced same issue again.
            I also sent email on your email address [protected]@amazon.Com, [protected]@amazonpay.In, [protected]@amazon.In, [protected]@amazon.In on dated 6th march 2023. But i cant get any reply from your side.
            So please solve my problem immidately. If my amazon account not activate or refund my money in original payment method .

              i had purchased "MQFIT DOLL HOUSE FOR GIRLS /DOLL SET WITH PINK SLIPPERS DOLL. and it was paid by card . it was delivered yesterday and the delivery boy took 600/- bugs from the customer.
              It is so ridiculous, why he will take the payment when the payment already done and it was the gift .

              Kindly check and refund the amount as soon as possible . I share you rthe details pics .

                I have purchases activa water heater in amazon on December 2022, with in a month it get shocked also pipe getting leaked. i have complained amazon more than 5 times but same reply only giving, stating that there is no end in backend team wait for another two days. more than one month gone

                  Dear sir amazon.in didn't provide detailed information of cancelled order that we cancelled on their web site and this leads to refund hazards and crime. It's a serious offence that a multi national company doesn't mandate our laws and breach the right to information. In cancel order section no one is allowed to see the order details, order id or translation details. Hence, it's a crime. I already posted my refund issues here. Plse see below pics for details.
                  Our government should take firm steps against these criminals.

                    On 02nd March this year I ordered a Camlin poster colour via prepaid ( mrp. 250 ) and i cancelled it before the item reached me, due to personal reason. However, the Amazon India page showed, they would refund the amount in my original payment method on or before 07th March this year. But I didn't receive the amount till date in my bank account.
                    Therefore, sir, i am looking forward your strong action into this matter.

                      I have ordered Tusa Wireless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner (3, 399 Rs) from Amazon India on 15th Feb'23 which was expected to be delivered on 16th Feb'23 but till now the product is not delivered. Neither is an option available to cancel the order, contacted customer support nearly 10 times till now, and they are even unable to cancel it from their end or initiate a refund.

                      I want the refund amount to be processed to the original payment method ASAP.

                      Sadly, no one knows how to get this closed and initiate a refund. Everytime they close the call stating ticket is raised pls wait for 3 days.
                      and this keeps on continuing we wait for 3 days and then call again and again and again. sharing the mail of ticket shared by them.

                      I'm a prime member and have ordered hundreds of items from Amazon till date and this is what you can do??

                        I got different colour product as a ordered from Amazon and when I return it Amazon took the product also and not returning my money they take over all my money and product also neither returning the product no refunding the money I am in a big trouble please help

                              They cheated me by telling me that they will give me job and told me to invest money for commission and told me to send money for different UPI ID but when i asked for withdrawal they are increasing the task and amount by now they have took 50000 and above from me plz don't trust this people and plz try to recover our money atleast half of the money

                                This is really a pathetic experience from Amazon, which put me totally disbelief.

                                This is daylight fraud done by the seller and Amazon is also a part of it. I ordered multiple items on Amazon through year regularly, I might have ordered more than a lakh rupees items till now using Amazon.

                                This time a Blazer was a part of my order[protected], placed on 27th Nov 2022 for Rs - 2925, however surprise to get a delivery of a piece of garbage cloth instead of Blazer. I got delivery on 8th of Dec 2022, same day I made complaint about the same to Amazon helpline however surprise to see that when they come back and told me you're delivered a correct product only.
                                I escalated further on Amazon customer care but seems of No help, rather assisting me they cancelled my return request saying, no refund can be processed. The customer care is also very "Rude", keep on saying one thing again and again - sir we cannot do anything, we've done the investigation, sorry refund cannot be processed. What investigation they've done, they cannot trust the exact images I have shared with packing, the seller has 88% all negative reviews and cannot trust customer in this ? This really put me in a disbelief, can't really imagine its done by such a big trusted shopping company.

                                Sir, 3000 Rupees are really not a big amount, but they're doing this scam in daylight. So I decided to put this complained on this forum. I strongly believe you'll surely teach them a lesson so that they cannot think of doing it again.

                                    There are so many refunds pending with amazon, every time i ask customer care they said it is with your bank and bank says it is with amazon. its been around 7 orders i haven't received any single penny in my account. i have proof with all bank statement and all

                                      On 30.10.2022 the company received seven number of fraudulent credit amounts (three credits for Rs. 99999 each, two credits for Rs. 50000 each, one for Rs. 99990, and the other one for Rs. 99900) after debit from account No. [protected] of India Bank as is evident from statement of account enclosed herewith. Upon compliant to the concerned Bank, two amount of Rs. 99990 and Rs. 99900 were refunded /credited to the account on the next date i.e. 31.10.2022 but the remaining amounts have not been credited /refunded into the account in spite of vigorous follow ups.Hence this complaint
