On feb 3rd 2019 around 8 am in the morning my account was hacked and my all details was changed by someone. My email address was changed and my phone no is also changed. I have complaint several times to amazon customer support but no resolution is provided till now. They told me to wait 24-48 hours but it is almost 4 days but there is no resolution is provided. There was around rs 2800 amazon pay balance in my account and all that money...

Customer relation team n other team harrasement n do not proper resolution. It's called cheating.

I never buy anything from amazon.

I have a charge on my credit card for $13.38 and i have no idea what it is for? Please explain for remove. If i could get a telephone number i'd call and skip the internet. I received my credit card statement for last month and there is a charge on there from this company. $7.99 for amazon music, which if it pertains to my alexa, was supposed to be a free 30 day trial. And also a charge for amazon prime of $128.52, which i did not agree to in any shape, form or conversation. I didn't not request this nor do i want it. I would like both the amazon music and the amazon prime cancelled and the money credited back...

I have a SERIOUS concern about the order - Order#[protected]
which i had ordered on 25th jan, 12 days back, the package was damaged, so i requested to replace the same, the next day it was picked up, and the return date shows 29th.

And i did many complaints regarding this
this is extremely dull service by amazon i can see by this much of delay..

Sir i have ordered a mobile cover worth rs 399. And i have returned that to amazon. They have generated my refund on 25/01/2019. But my refund is not reflecting in my account after 8days.
