My name is DIPTA SARKAR and I had ordered ONE SAREE AND ONE DRESS of RS.799 each Vastrang Women's Paper Silk Embroidered Saree with Tassels & Blouse, 5459 in Amazon on (23/03/2019) and Magic Collections Girls Birthday Dress Gown_M C_666 on 929/03/2019)after I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 26/03/2019
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
(74332749086908411971234) and told me to fill charge dispute form but BANK OF BARODA doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.You can enter it if you want better chances of recovery.

    Be aware on amazon if seller contacts you to remove feedback in exchange of refund, in this case the seller is called nycraze, they don't, they just trick you and amazon does nothing against this malpractice! I even think it is amazon who helps sellers to do this, after all no one will buy on amazon if sellers are reviewed poorly,
    Otherwise how can amazon sellers so confidently cheat customers?

    A refund has been made by amazon.in of a product that i have purchased earlier but the refund has not been received into my account.
    I have asked from my bank but they said that no amount has been received in my account.
    Amazon initiate my amount but not received yet in my account plzz help me

      I am being charged twice for my amazon account. Once from my husbands ccard xxx1757 and once from my ccardxxx0863. Can you please clear this up so we have only one charge per month. This has been double charged for several months now. I would appreciate your clearing this up as soon as possible as i am ready for it to be resolved. I appreciate your quick attention to this matter.

        As per lenovo bag order on 7th april still not received and expected delivery on 12th april. However system shows is delivered on 12th april also call to customer call center they arrange same product for me very next day. They try to figure out already delivered but not receive customer, hence the try to reach courier two number one is [protected]/firoz [protected]. As mr firoz confirm product delivered to neighbours house and as we check neighbours house not received any product. After all discussions with customer call center reply they have system issue so not delivered any product.

          I received a defective whirlpool washing machine from Amazon. I placed an request for return and refund but its been 3weeks no one helped and not picked up the product. CUSTOMER CARE executive keep telling within 24 hrs it will be picked up but nothing happened. need a solution for this ###. They blocked my 17k for a month and not refunding. I lost my hope on getting money from Amazon. They're giving false promises always

            Hi,
            Please see the attached document copy and help us to get out of this issue.

            We have bought a mobile Lenovo K8 from Amazon on 16th May-2018( as this has warranty of 1 year from the day we bought) and we had some repairs with same mobile from a couple of months. When we went to Lenovo service centre they denied to give us services which mentioned as per warranty period and they confirmed that does not cover under warranty period as mobile turn on in the month of Feb-2018 itself, hence warranty services will not be given till May2019 as per our invoice.

            When we went back and spoke with Amazon team for date issues Mobile purchased date and turn on date they were not answering our question even their management people are not come back to us the question which we have asked why did we get the mobile which is turn on in the month of Feb-2018 though we bought it on May-2018?. Even though they have the seller information with then they did not even ask them where malpractices are happened during product delivered to customer. They way how they spoke with us is completely unsatisfied when we approached them.

              On 21st march I have order a 'Boult Audio ProBass Curve Neckband Wireless Bluetooth in-Ear Earphones with mic (Red)' from Amazon for which payment of ₹51 from amazon pay which I have received and rest of amount of ₹1348 has been deducted from my debit card is not refunded. I had cancelled my order due to some reason and got a message that the refund will be initiated shortly refund reference number #xxxx[protected] on 21st march itself and I will be receiving my refund with in 7-14 working days but now it's 15th april and I have not received any refund reflected to my account I have called on helpline but every time a new executive attend call and I have to explain about it again and again

                      My order got place on 10th of april 2019. It was for dharampur near solan (Himachal pradesh).
                      I called to courier guy on 13 april to deliver at my place which was mentioned on amazon portal. He assured me for same. But the very next day they declined the delivery and dispatched it to seller. Highly disappointed amazon. The courier company itself cancelled the order.                         I ordered a laptop on 31st march for which payment of rs 43640 rs has been deducted from my account, i had to cancel the order on the same day due to some reason and i got a message and email from amazon that a refund has been issued on 31st march itself and i will be receiving the money maximum by 4th april 2019, but its been 14th april and i have not received the refund. Also my bank is asking 23 digit arn number to track the details of refund but amzon has provided me a 12 digit refund refernce number which is of no use for my bank, when i tried following up from amazon they asked me to follow up with the bank as they have already processed the refund. Now it has become a deadlock my bank is asking arn no and amazon is not providing the same, its such a big amount and my life is very much troubled due to this. Please help me.

                          I bought the above product on amazon india from dealer - rudra brothers.
                          However the product doesn't seem to be genuine, giving erratic readings (22-25 units more than actual) leading to wrong medication and medical complications.
                          My request for return of item was placed within the due period. However, the same was not picked up, neither anybody tried to contact me. Now after 04 days amazon is saying that the item cannot be returned as the time period of returning the item is over.

                            I wrote just a couple of days ago with a complaint that there is a charge in my Debit Card, I haven't bought anything thru Prime Amazon, nor do I want to.
                            So, this morning I ad an email that said my complaint was received and will be "looked into"

                            So, today...theres another charge for $12.99!! I've read several complaints of Amazon doing this, I think this should be investigated further with Authorities.

                            That you have my Financial Banking information is wrong. I'm advising that my charges be put back into my Account immediately, a Lawsuit perhaps would stop you charging unsuspecting victims. I live on a fixed income, I cant afford you to take money from me when you want.

                            I received an email yesterday stating that the Charge on my Debit card is being looked into; today there's another charge, this time it's $12.99!
                            where are you stealing my Financial Information from?
                            Return the $19.99 and $12.99 now, I cant afford this company to use MY money at will!!
                            While returning the product they show two options which are:
                            'How can we make it right?
                            Add to your Amazon Pay balance
                            Refund to your bank account'.
                            But i am not able to choose second option which is refund to your bank account.
                            Refund Amt Rs 443/- still not credit against order No[protected] which cancelled on 04.04.19.

                            As per mail communication it will be credited by 10th April'2019.

                            Pls look into the matter.

                              I purchased this fitness watch after reading the reviews on amazon and I must warn you that you could be tricked just like me.A very good attempt by the seller to loot buyers.
                              The watch was returned by me to amazon due to bluetooth connectivity issues and inaccurate readings and then amazon sent me a replacement watch.The replaced watch had similar problems and seemed
                              like a product returned by another customer was given to me. I returned it the second time to the amazon agent who checked the contents in the box before accepting the return. I waited for
                              a week to enquire about the status of my refund while the agent on call kept saying that it was being checked by their investigation team. Patiently waited only to check on the status once again after a gap of a week more.
                              The agent responded saying that a junk item was returned by me which did not match the description of the item purchased. Today it is a matter of INR 4990 but how do we trust this portal when they dont have any update
                              systems in place. They seem to trust their agents more than their customers. After multiple calls and months of wait I have been given the same answer from the junior most customer service agent to the top management.
                              Thank you amazon for this horrible eperience. I am sure that one customer loss may not make a difference to you but it did make a difference to a retired person who has been cheated.

                                  Received above barclays mastercard (Last 4 digits on credit card are - 8274) charge of $ 123.09. It had transaction date of march 4th 2019 and posting date of march 5th 2019.
                                  Plus, description information stated on barclays' transactions page is "amzn mktp us*m158t8kh0 amzn.com/billwa".
                                  I called barclays customer service number and they gave me additional information which was ' book stores '. However, i do not go to book stores.

                                    Purchased a product from amazon on emi debit card of said account, the details of product is as follows -

If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.                                       I noticed today that i've been charged $19.99 from amazon; i've no idea what it's for. No other information, just the charge. I haven't ordered anything thru amazon. I'd like this refunded back into my account immediately.

                                      I'd also like to know how they have access to my banking account. I can seek a lawyer and let them repair the damage that amazon has created, but i want to be fair and allow them to answer these questions. Please, i live on a fixed income.

                                      I'd like an update, especially why I am being charged, makes me nervous that they can access my Financial information without my consent.

                                        I have cancelled an ordered item in the subject specified and accordingly amazon issued the refund order on 8.04.19. I cam to know that it takes 2-4business days to credit money as transactions made through debit card. Till date the money hasn't credited to my account. The order no for cancellation was[protected] of rs. 2050/-. Please let me know the current status.
