Hello team,
I placed an order from amazon.in of order number[protected] on 05th july.
After delivery of this product, i just returned it on 13th july, as it was cash on delivery order so refund of 2782rs processed by amazon.in on 13th july.
But the amount was not received on my bank account till now.
Even i raised dispute to citi bank for the refund status they told me there is no transaction from reference number[protected].

In the mail sent to amazon i also attached the dispute form which i raised to bank and reply that i got from bank.

Now can you help me with the issue of refund by providing refund my amount in my amzaon pay balance.

    I placed an order with amazon, and since the order was large in size and of inferior quality, i had to return it. On return, amazon dis not refund me the complete amount. I deducted the amount they gave me as cashback. I asked them to debit the cashback amount from amazon pay balance and move it back to my account, however, they straight away refused. I am being forced to use amazon pay balance which i do not want to. Their customer support team says that it is a part of their refund policy although it is jot mentioned anywhere. Why do i convert my actual money to amazon pay balance amd limit myself to using it. This is ridiculous

      I had ordered product worth of around 13k from amazon and looks to me it was old and scratches on product and raised return request on delivery day itself. Scheduled delivery and cancelled without customer intimation. Called customer care and raised return request again scheduled and cancelled without prior information or justification as it happened last time. Today morning reached them and said it happens and raised request but when chat with them nothing has been raised and my due date is tomorrow and called many times nothing happens and playing around customer time because of poor support and wrong information which is really frustrated. I have all recorded details for the whole issue. Please some one help on this

        My name is tejavenkatesh. My bank is state bank of india guntur (Guntur bazar branch). I purchased a laptop for rs.45990 from amazon india. Date 22.01.2019 by using sbi debit card. But some reason i cancel this laptop on same day. On 22. Jan 2019 amazon issue a refund reference number 566745. But till date i have not recvd refund to my bank account against amazon oder is #[protected] then i call amazon customer care number to provide the refund but they provided reference number: 566745 only and they told go to bank and give charge dispute filling. Here is i conversation details-dear amazon ji today i am going for bank for dispute charge filling but bank denying these type of filling and provide bank statement for the period of 22th jan 2019 to 30 jan 2019. I am very upset these thing harping & as i am old customer of amazon. So you give my solution and credit amount to my a/c against order # if#[protected]. I am also attached my bank statement. Till date i am not recd my refund rs.45990. So kindly provide proper solution sir. My mail. Id is [protected]@gmail.com.

          I order 2 (Two) nos. Of rockfield men's grey mesh running sport shoes-8 from amazon's.in but during the time of delivery only one no. Is deliver. The same issue is also done in the early order no.[protected] dated 11/01/2019. So i return the item and order the same item vide order no.[protected] dated 22/01/2019. Kindly look into the matter and please solve the problem as early as possible from your end. Thanks.

                I would like to inform you that i have purchesed some item from amazon through order[protected]. Due to personal reasons i return the product through amazon return pickup on dated 08/01/2019.
                My issue is no one is taking my issue seriously, every time they are reverting please wait one to two weeks.
                I can not understand what is my fault to wait more and more time to receive my refund.

                On 1/28/2019 i was charged $13.90 for amazon prime. I did not authorized this transaction. I request a refund and do not want to be charged with anything that i do not order. I did not sign up for amazon prime, nor do i want to. Please do not charge me for something i did not order, and do not use my credit card unless authorized to do so. Hopefully, this will not be a reacurring action.

                    Amazon is behaving totally fraud they have charged me for cancelled order

                    I've order a mobile on 30th december and immediately cancelled after bcoz of wrong model but the product was not shipped at that time.
                    Since 1 month they are cheating me every time i call they are giving 72 hrs time and refused to send mail on this. Almost 100 times i call to amazon sometimes they told the regular executive statement have no value only senior team will tell you the truth means amazon have a cheater team

                    I never expected such a wrost service from amazon it's like hell

                            I am called your delivery boy in the morning to know about the time of delivery but surprisingly he dont give any clarification abourtt the delivery. Im waiting him to 7.00 pm in my office and then im closed my officeyour. Delivery boy called me at 07.30 pm and i cant attent the call at that time. He could not contact me from morning. Its not my fault. When i saw the missed call i called him and he was too rude on the call. I was surprised by his behavior and attitude like a road chap he was talking to me. So i cancelled my two orders within no time. Such kind of people can hit the customer also. Please take necessary action to him.

                                It was delivered today morning which is 28th jan, and to my annoyance, the box was damaged and open again.! And above that i had opted for gift packing, but forget about gift packing, the box was given with the huge hole..!

                                This is happening everytime now, that the amazon transport service itself is giving me the damaged opened box! This is total invasion of the privacy, and what is discrete anymore??

                                There are personal clothings and personal things which we do not want ppl to know, but instead of gift packing they give a opened butchered box instead.!! Extremely disappointed.

But they investigated any return the product, but as after the return today i got an email that they didn't provide me money and also close the account.

                                  Firstly i am not return the product. After getting different product i am mail them and they are created retuns after they investigate. Please check the snap. I want my money back. Previously they cheated my 1700 money as same excuses.

                                    I brought a bluetooth earphone and it stopped working in just 2 months. It had a warranty period of 12 months. There are no contact no of seller so i can contact them. They just gave me a whatsapp no. Then i whatsapp them and they said you have to review their product and give the 5 stars the they will send me a new product.

                                      Whereas above said (Ii) has attempted 3times but every time demanding the price rs. 2880/- that i’ve already paid.

                                      When i’ve made complain to the customer care, they suggested that there is a technical issue due to which there is problem, however, i will receive my product by 27 jan.2019.

                                      And today, 27 jan. 2019 when i opened amazon website to trace my order, it said:

                                      Amazon is holding your package due to a payment issue
                                      We recommend you wait and ready payment, as the carrier will likely attempt to deliver your package on the next working day.
                                      Was expected thursday, 24 january

                                      How can you hold my package duet to payment that i already have paid via hdfc master card for that you people already have sent invoice. I. E. Enclosed.

Product is returning to seller although I was call after 15 min when product shows in a app returned.
