I have ordered the product on 23-jun-2018, expected delivery was 27-jun-2018. The tracking showed updated till 23-jun-2018 and then i got a message on 1-jul-2018 saying that i can order a replacement.

I did place the replacement order for the undelivered product on 1-jul-2018, expected deliver was 5-jul-2018, tracker showed updates till 3-jul-2018 and now, it says the delivery is delayed.

I am not sure where the shipment goes post it reaches the nearest facility in bengaluru. The customer service team always promises me that the shipment will be delivered. But, it never happens. This has left me with zero trust on amazon and hesitant to order anything further with amazon.in

If you guys are overwhelmed with your huge customer base and want to accept such lapses from your team then thanks, may be i will not followup.

I bought a realme 1 mobile from Amazon india
And I want a refund for this product for defecting product since[protected]
Every time when I call to amazon customer care they take 24-48 hours for the refunding process and nothing will happen till right now
I ordered a oneplus 6. But Amazon delivered me a damaged product. And they did not take it back.

    I had ordered a mobile through Amazon on 26th June with assured delivery on
    27th June which was to be gifted to my wife on that special occasion of Vat
    Savtiri Festival.

    I have waited from morning to till evening for the delivery because I got
    the message also in morning.

    But till evening it was not delivered so I called your customer care
    representative, he told us to provide delivery till night but product was
    not delivered and false update was made at Amazon site that address was not
    proper without reaching to us.

    Consequently I was unable to gift any thing to my wife at that occasion.

    Second day on 28th June, before taking delivery of mobile called to your
    customer care executive and told all that ask for return, he told that you
    can take delivery right now and return it till 7th of July.

    So I had took the delivery and try to give gift her, but she completely declined to take this gift because occasion had already been gone.

    Now when I am going to return the product company's customer care
    representative are declining to return and telling it is not under company's return policy.

    What is the meaning of it?

    Amazon must have to return it because it's not my fault if their executive make
    any false commitment and delivery person make false update.

    Why I would have took that delivery if he clearly told that product is not
    returnable after delivery.

    Please help me.

        I ordered a purple colour palazzo from vaidehi creation women'ruffle pants split high waist maxi long crepe palazzo overlay pant skirt on 24th june 2018 from amazon. When i received the item on 30th june 2018 i got a red one instead of purple. I am totally disappointed with the purchase. So on the day itself i requested for a return. On the next day (Ie., 1st july 2018), the amazon executive collected the product from me. When i checked the return/refund status in my amazon account, there mentioned a refunding delay of 3-5 days so i'm waited for that and i also received some sms alerts occasionally.. Yesterday i received a sms that today (Ie., 5th july 2018) the refund will be processed to my account. But till now i didn't received my money back to my bank account. What's going on? How can somebody continue to buy products from amazon without fear when you people stay irresponsible like this?
        So please consider this matter.

          I order a shoes but Amazon send me a wrong colour shoes so I exchange the prodect and Amazon said me that ur new shoes will come in 24 hours than I track my shoes there is written my shoes deliver to Friday so next day I call to costumer care and I tell him my prob he tell me I will ur prodect will deliver as we can soon and today I get deliver boy number and I call him to ask what time I get my shoes so he tell me 2 clock so I ask him I can get my shoes before 2 clock it's urgent so he tell me I will try than my shoes didn't come till 2 clock so I call her again so he tell me u want to wait more 1 hour so I told him it's urgent I told u so he told me Kya kare 1 hour ruk na padege than till 4 clock he didn't come so I call him again so he get angry on me and told me bar bar call kar ke parashan mat karo mujhe or time laga ge mera app nhi chal raha I told her costumer ke sath aise baat kar te ho toh he said yes so I told him I will complain so he said go and complain I don't care I don't like this sorry to say Amazon ur prodect is nice but costumer service is very bad

              My name is shashvat gupta and i want to know about my amount status which is initiated from amazon on 27/6/18 and told me that it will be credited within 3-5 working days but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue i have already contact to your customer service but their is no response regarding this.

                I have ordered a phone on amazon website worth 40, 000 but received an empty box, there is no product in that, have raised a complaint to then amazon but they have not responded anything regarding the progress of the issue they are just telling as they need time, the ordered product was amazon fulfilled. Really bad that an amazon fulfilled product also has been done fraud.

                  I've ordered a mobile from amazon and they have cancelled my order.
                  After that they sent me a mail, which i given right below

                    I got the offer letter from amazon.in it is a fake offer. He is offering to pay 1550 for uniform and other charges. I got the mail from [protected]@amazonhr.in. I asked him to visit the amzon office directly. He suggested me to come to the amazon head branch bangalore he said to search in google for address.in the confirmation letter the adress is mentioned as safeena towers, ali askar road, opp jp techno park, bangalore.

                      Hi there,
                      I ordered few products on amazon with email id as "[protected]@gmail.com". On website amazon provide facility to select the delivery time of the product. During the order i selected delivery time from 6pm to 9pm.
                      But their delivery boy come in afternoon at around 2pm and when i asked him to come as per delivery time, then he talk in very bad manner and simply put the delivery missed as owner was not at home. Ideally he should come in evening as suggested but they are very rude and simply rejected the delivery.
                      It does not happen with one order, i had more order pending and second delivery boy also did the same thing and refused to deliver as per my scheduled delivery time.
                      Is amazon doing fraud by this, even it is giving mental torture to the end customer as well.
                      The details of delivery boys who rejected the delivery and talk badly are as follows:-

                      Delivery was planned from +91-[protected] number on 4jul2018 but this person didnt pick the call. I call him so many times but still did not response.

                      Delivery boy number [protected] and +[protected] is the person who also rejected to deliver in the evening and did mental trauma for delivery.

                      Looking for justice, compensation for this mental trauma and action against such delivery guys.

                            My amazon product was not delivered to me at that time because we were out for our job. When the delivery boy called us and we told the matter to him, he used the slang words and told us that he wont come 10 times for our order... Why dont they even understand us? Why the delivery boys are then getting the money from their company and not delivering the package to us?

                              I have called the delivery boy about order delivery time he didn't even lift my call and reject my calls so my times... This is a poor response from delivery boy... Very poor response...
                              I request to the amazon courier service is that make your delivery boys to show some responsibility to respond to customers calls while doing their duty.

                                Pathetic ! Pathetic! Pathetic!

                                Biggest mistake by placing order with Amazon.

                                I personally recommend never trust on Amazon India

                                You people can repeat the same fault no of times without any shame. I can say Amazon don’t have value for their customers. I placed an order for electric kettle . For which delivery team tried to contact to me on Sunday but I was busy so not able to receive the call . On the same evening I got call from Amazon for confirmation. I Informed the executive that product not delivers and you can deliver this tomorrow anytime I will be available . He commited that the product will be delivered tomorrow till 2 PM. But it did not happen . Then I called customer care and they said the order is returned back to seller you need to place another order. I asked that executive that I want to speak to manager he said they are busy will arrange call back in 24 hours . I said I can stay on line and wait for manager and he denied and said he will disconnect the call. I called again and spoke to another executive she transferred the call to the manger name Rashita. Even she was not able to provide and better solution . They all have the same solution that to place new order and wait again . I want to know
                                1) Why 2nd and 3rd attempt was not made
                                2) Why after commitment made from Amazon about product delivery was not completed
                                3) With whose permission they returned the product back to seller.

                                  I ordered on amazon and expected delivery date was 4th july 2018 but i got call on 3rd july that you have the delivery today over here in bilga town of jalandhar city. The delivery man said that he will be there in the morning so i was waiting for him. Then i got some work nearby, after waiting for the delivery till 3 pm i went to do some work. At 4 pm they again called me to fetch delivery from bilga from another place instead of my place. I told them to deliver it on the shop and they said ok, but they didn’t deliver there and put the delivery in refused delivery without asking me. Now on 4th july they are refusing to giving my delivery even i am ready to collect it from their office because i need that urgently till tomorrow. I was a regular customer of yours but now u have led yourself down in my opinion. Hope you take some action regards.

                                    Hello amazon india,

                                    Recently i placed an order for "5 bottles of kissan mango jam & 2 units of nivea cream" but i need to inform you that i received the courier today in evening and when i open the wet package box then i saw there's only 4 bottles of kissan mango jam thats are badly damaged and jam was badly spread into the package box and nivea cream's packs were seal-opened and package box and items are badly lubricated already in the box. I am attaching closed box's and items pictures.
                                    And i am requesting you to send full+good seal packings items again. If you can not make fulfill my order then refund my prepaid money as soon as possible.

                                    But still amazon didn't contact me regarding this issue.
