I have ordered the product on 23-jun-2018, expected delivery was 27-jun-2018. The tracking showed updated till 23-jun-2018 and then i got a message on 1-jul-2018 saying that i can order a replacement.
I did place the replacement order for the undelivered product on 1-jul-2018, expected deliver was 5-jul-2018, tracker showed updates till 3-jul-2018 and now, it says the delivery is delayed.

I am not sure where the shipment goes post it reaches the nearest facility in bengaluru. The customer service team always promises me that the shipment will be delivered. But, it never happens. This has left me with zero trust on amazon and hesitant to order anything further with amazon.in
If you guys are overwhelmed with your huge customer base and want to accept such lapses from your team then thanks, may be i will not followup.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is to inform you that I have order Wolverine necklace and Roman Reigns T-shirts and return it back on 27 June and 2 July
I do not receive my money back on my account
Can you please tell me when will I get back my money.
