Dear team
M booked redmi 4 mobile by amazon on 17 oct and amazon deliverer on 25 oct after 1 week my mobile is totally dead so i want to replace. Than m call on amazon and mi custome care and visit on mi service but mi service say your product liquid damage recive by amazon so talk to amazon and amazon say talk to mi for repair but no any resolution for this product mi say no any sticker available on this mobile and no any liquid on motherboard only body black so pls replace or repair it.

    In description its mentioned with curl rod is available with the gym set but after the delivery there was no curl rod in the package. .i have got neck pains because of doin shoulder workouts in straight rod .i need compensation for this .orelse sure iam gonna file a case for this

      Hi there,

      In the past year i have ordered g5, lenevo power-bank, mi smartwatch,

      For replacing my faulty g5 it took me 3 months calling customer care daily and making them to resolve the issue i thought it happens and let it go,

      Received lenevo power-bank which never worked from the date i ordered it raised complaints made calls, no response from any one.

      Still i dared to order from amazon one more time, ordered mi smart watch and received a local watch with no brand in a awfully packed box.

      Finally couldn't resist to write this down ridiculous services being delivered by amazon personal views.

        I have placed order on amazon.in for moto g5s plus (Lunar grey, 64gb) for my wife birthday order #[protected] but received a fautly product then i had esclated the issue to amazon team
        They send me replacement order order #[protected] and took back the first order.
        When i had check phone it had to issue with sound and sim slot one it was not working

        I had esclated the issue again to amazon they told me to downlaod app and will verify via test then only can take a return request

        Finally they found this device is also fautly they told me they will arrange a revese pickup of the product

        And process the refund once they received a device.

        Pickup boy comes and while verify the imei number found that the number is not matching.

        Because amazon had wrong mentioned the imei number of first device was already pickup and then only replacment order was sent.

        So the pickup was got cancelled because of amazon mistake then i gain i had called amazon team to help me

        The person call ketan told me he had handle this kind of cases many times he will make sure the pickup is arrange with right imie number he send me the below email

        As per our conversation, i have escalated your issue with our amazon transportation services, made a new pickup for your product moto g5s plus (Lunar grey, 64gb) on 17th nov with your

        Tracking id[protected] that the imei number of your product which is scheduled to be pickup is [protected].

        If you face any problem regarding your pickup, you can show this particular mail from the amazon team so that the pickup agent can verify the imei i. E. [protected]

        But next day courier boy call me and tell me that imei number for pickup is still different so i am cancelling the pickup again and he had cancelled the pickup.

        So i got frusted that what is happening how can such a big company can mistake twice.
        I had called again and spoken to prabhakar a agent he was not able to anwer my question then my call was connected to team leader premal.

        She promised that pickup would be done by today 7pm any how but she was also a lier all the people i have spoken were a lier.

        I am premal from amazon leadership team,

        I am writing to you about your order[protected] for moto g5s plus (Lunar grey, 64gb)

        I understand your concern regarding the pick up issue with this product.in addition to our large selection, one of the benefits we try very hard to offer our customers is convenience. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced in this case.

        Hence to help you with this i have contacted the ats courier team and requested them to pick the product today only on urgent basis with the tracking id[protected]. Its my humble request to you kindly wait till 7pm today as the agent has confirmed the pick up will be completed today.

        Fraud people they write in email that your feedback is helping us build earth's most customer-centric company.

        ### such a big lier don't trust this fraud my money has been stuck with them.

        If my product is not returned before 24th november, 2017 then my money will be stuck with this fraud company for ever.

        I think i will have to file legal cases to get a refund from this cheater they never keep their words.

          Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

          Dear sir

          Seven refunds of rs.949, rs.764, rs. 849, rs. 509, rs. 509, rs. 764, rs.
          898 (Total=5, 242) was successfully processed on 25th september, 2017 and 27th september, 2017 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund yet.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action has been taken yet.

          I confirmed with amazon and they had successfully processed the refund.

          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

            I purchased a lenovo ideapad 320e 80xh01gkin and received the same on 03.11.2017. On 06.11.2017 i came to know that the touch pad is not working. I tried to return the same using return option of amazon. But in my amazon account only first two steps of return out of total 3 steps allowed and technical support option was shown. I tried several days and on 17.11.2017 i found that the return option was closed. Now i am helpless. I want to return the laptop. Please help me in this regard.

              I purcahsed a gift card worth rs. 3000 on 18th 1june 2017 which was accidentally lost/stolen. The amazon order id is #[protected]. The barcode on the gift card box is xoologhot.

              I contacted amazon several times to track the card or block it and transfer the balance to amazon pay. All the time i am hearing only one response that without gift crad id, they can't help me. Now if i had the gift card id, why do i need amazon? The card is physically lost so i dont have any records.

              All that amazon offered me in this scenario is grief and hassle and nothing else.

              If amazon doesn't keep record of cards, then they should have emailed me Card Id at the time of purchase. After all, Amazon is an online retailer, for heaven's sake! They must have a contingency plan for such scenario. Are we supposed to consider our money lost due to mere loss of physical record?

                Amazon is full of cheap sellers, they will never deliver you the exact product instead they will keep on sending different items again and again until you get tired of it. I am too a victim of such an incidence, recently, i have come up to a conclusion that amazon is fully cooperating such cheap sellers and protecting them with not publishing the negative reviews of genuine buyers.

                I am totally frustrated with amazon.in activities and have decided not to buy anything from amazon.in again. They are not letting me publish my buyers rating and review, every-time they reject my comments and rating, just to protect their cheap sellers.

                Amazon has wasted almost 1 month of mine and still i haven't got the exact product which i had bought. They have wasted almost 1 month in sending and returning the different products and still they have failed to deliver the exact product even after 4 consecutive deliveries. What a shame! What kind of quality control team and sellers they have?

                Order#[protected] symbol men's casual boat shoes - 9 uk/india (43 eu) (Az-ky-100a)- "symbol" brand shoes sent me the same differnt item against my purchased item, it seems their quality control guy have colorblindness issues, i ordered completely grey color shoes but they sent me navy blue color shoes twice. Wasted almost 2 weeks of mine in returning/replacing and refunding.

                Order#[protected] ants men's tan boat shoe - this cheap crap local shoe maker brand - "ants", sent me complety different product, as the product itself describes it's color "tan" but this cheap seller sent me the same shoes twice, same navy blue color shoes, repacked it after the first return. The shoes are completely different in color and design, quality is completely cheap, i bought it for rs. 1599/-, but the shoe looks like a roadside item, which can be bought for rs. 300-400 from local road side sellers.

                The most frustrating part is that they sent me completely different item twice, each order and amazon.in is not even letting me publish my genuine ratings &review of this crap product as i have decided not to return this crap shoes to the seller again. As i am tired of such repetitive malpractices by amazon.in sellers, four consecutive wrong deliveries by amazon. What a shame.

                Now, i am tired of buying, returning and then doing the same activity again and again and wasting my time and money. Finally, you have won amazon.in.
                I am tired of shopping with you amazon.in and have decided not to return my last delivered wrong product and neither would do any further shopping with amazon.in.

                  I had placed an order (#[protected] with amazon india for one plus 5 phone during their promotional offer period i. E. 27-28 june, 2017, as per which customers would be getting a cashback worth rs. 1500 by 30 sept, 2017. On contacting their customer care over the email and phone in multiple attempts, they confirmed that the cash back has been processed and in case i have not received they requested me to share the screenshot of the card/account statement. The same was shared with them and their team confirmed that the cash back could not be processed due to some technical issues and same would be processed in few business days. It has been more than 45 days since their promised date and i have still not received satisfactory answer on asking the reason for a delay and the date by which same will be credited to my account.

                  I had contacted their customer care team several times over the phone (I don't remember the exact date and time) and over the email on the following dates: 04/10/17, 16/10/17, 23/10/17, 27/10/17, 06/11/17, 08/11/17 and 17/11/17. Despite this they were unable to proceed the cash back and resolve my issue.

                      I have purchased a harmonium worth rs. 19500/- vide order no.[protected]dated 18.10.2017 but the seller namely trading dukan had not shipped upto 15 days after that i had made a first complaint on 31st october 2017 but they have not responded to my complaint and did not get any information about my complaint then i had given my 2nd complaint to make the delivery fast but after then when i checked my order status it showed me that the item has been shipped on 07th november 2017 and given me tracking details and estimated delivery date was shown as 16th november 2017 but today is 17th november 2017 not have any idea of my item... When contacted to the dtdc courier as provided by the seller and tracking details was found fake... Now i feeling like cheated by the no.1 shopping site in india

                          I had an ordered[protected]) on 8th sept-2017 of "prestige pkoss 1.8-liters 1500-watt electric steel kettle".

                          But as i heard earlier from my friends experience about amazon cheap service, that was right. Because of at the time of delivery of kettle order, i've found damaged piece of kettle, that was pressed inn from outside & also cracked from under bottom charging socket.

                          This is not fare with customers, so pl replace new one kettle with this damaged piece.

                            I book a macberry smart watch on 15.11.2017 order no[protected] which was sold by premium Design, Plot no 33, Block A Mohan co operative Industrial Estate, New Delhi-110044
                            But To-day is recieved the paket, in the packet the watch was not in the packet only bluetooth earphone is their (which was free with the watch)
                            there was not any phone number on invoice to complaint the products
                            not recieved

                              Please help me in getting refund i ordered a bluestonevbis marked gold coin on dhanteras 17/11/17 order no:[protected] and since the product was late so cancelled and asked for refund on 13/11/17 till date refund not processed by amazon and they are not doing it until the seller confirms without delivering the product money was transferred in sellers account. The amount is rs 3301/-. Today also refund was not generated. My money is stuck.

                                I accidentally recharged someone's else number by a huge amount. Now i want that recharge order to cancelled and they are not letting it done..                                   As per amazon's mail, i have processed for return following your all instructions.

                                  I have couriered the power bank on 3rd november, 2017 and that reached there @ bangalore on 4th november on the very next day.

                                  After reaching to the bangalore courier has returned the item as the address written was not there, and then they returned me the package which i received here @ ahmedabad on 13th november. (I have attached the tracking details of courier herewith for reference.)

                                  I am very much disappointed with your return policy. As it is not providing pick up service and also given very short time to reach to bangalore which is too far from ahmedabad and that to we cannot sent it by air shipment. We are also getting very low amount for the return shipment (Rs. 100/- only and that to ahmedabad to bangalore)

                                  After doing all such packaging, pasting all the cutouts on the package, shipmenting on right time, and then it shows that no place or store like this at the mentioned address (Which was printed cutout of your instruction guidance only) and getting it back to ahmedabad is too much disappointing, and that to from a multi-national company like amazon which is doing awesome all over the globe.

                                  At the end, the time which i wasted in this messy returning thing cannot came back, but i just wanted to return this faulty product with getting my full money back with shipment charges.

                                        I purchased a card phone from amazon.in but the seller sent me used card phone and now they refused to take return or replacement. The imei no. Of card phone is totally different from invoice. I already inform the amazon customer care but still they did not give me solution for the product. Apart from this i got a mail from the amazon team but this mail is also irrelevant for this product...
