I have loaded money in amzon pay balance of 2000rs on 12 may, 2017. They have put my account on hold on 13th may, 2017 stating that they are suspicious about my credit card activity and asked me to fax those documents. I mailed them that fax is difficult for me but without reading my mail, they replied same. And, facing so much of inconvinience, i faxed them all the documents they need. And followed them again, they asked that credit card company has not authorised the transaction. I called amex customer care and they told me that they have authorised the transaction. I asked to amazon people that how can money was loaded to amazon without authorisation of bank. I provided them all the information about fax and everything, now they are sending me the same mail to fax the same documents. First of all there is no way to directly talk to the team who has the authority to put any account on hold. Second, they dont read my mail and reply the same thing. Please help as amazon customer care is not helping.
As you can see in attached document there mail on 13th may and 26 july are same and i have provided every information. They have harassed me, i had to put a lot of energy which was futile as they dont respond accurately. Please let me know if you need any other info.

    I had ordered one top from amazon on 14th july & it delivered to me within 4 days but it is defective so i requested for exchange more than 7 times through call & chat but they are just giving silly excuses that it will be exchanged but nobody is coming for pickup.     amazon is not at all responding to me neither sending delivery boy for pickup. it has been more than 15 days.

      My order no.[protected] dated 20 july 2017 was cancelled by amazon without my consent. I consider this as a ploy by amazon to dupe hapless customer's after luring them into lucrative deals for enhancing their market shares. This act is unethical and not expected from multinationals of their stature.

      It is suspected that the information logged on their site are shared with fictitious companies because i received a packet on 22.07.2017 on cod basis for the same amount (Rs. 269/-) but after opening the packet it was noted that the product was not ordered by me. On assessing the details on packet it was understood that the product was sent by some fictitious organisation without any registration.

        Dear amazon,
        I placed the order in 7 th june. The delivery as mentioned was 3 rd july 2017. Till date the order has not been received. The tracking status shows that order is still on the way since a month.
        The courier no. As mentioned by the seller has error, hence, can not be tracked with the courier tracking system.
        I contacted the supplier, dk printworld. No response.
        Request to kindly check why the order has not been delivered so far. Black list the dk printworld and reimburse rs. 213.81 (Akbar birbal stories).
        This is first instance that amazon order has not been delivered on time and no response inspite of reminder.

            Glad to know that amazon results are not good. With great expectations, i had paid for amazon prime. It turned out to be a farce. Amazon behaved irrosponsibly every time prime promise was not fulfilled. I had been ordering small and high value items. Amazon refused to refund the prime membership charges dispute repeated failures. I stopped ordering on amazon. It's some 10 months now.

              I would like to bring to your notice about the refund of one of the items in order no.[protected], namely:
              Kaira 0.3mm pro+ tempered glass screen protector for xiaomi redmi note 4 (Black)
              Sold by: kaira accessories
              Has not been completed.
              The item was picked up from the following address on 14th of july:

              Inderdeep sachdeva
              Himraj furnitures
              Near bus stand (Isbt)
              Kangra, himachal pradesh 176001
              India.

              And there has been no updates by the courier for tracking it.
              I have contacted the customer care service several times and i do not have any legit information on the courier and the refund status thereof.

              I have received no receipt from the courier who came to pick up the package. The pick up was assigned to "blue dart" couriers.

              Kindly initiate the refund of the said amount of rs 299 as soon as possible.

                  I ordered redmi 4 product 10 days before. I expected the order in three to four days. I didn't receive it and was expecting that i would get that with 1 or 2 day delay.5 days have been passed i didn't get the product. I contacted the customer team they assured me that i will get that item within 24 hrs. I didn't and again contacted the support team. This time a new agent, i had to tell him the whole story again. Now he assured me the same. I had waited three more days. Today when i opened my phone, i received a text saying that the product was refused and it is on its way back. I was wondered how it could be refused as i have not refused it on my own. I contacted the very helpful (You know what i mean) customer support through chat. A new agent again, i told the story again. She listened to me patiently and analysed the situation and simply said the product was damaged and was returned back and place a new order. Whoa! What a story! My question is why they took 10 days to deliver and why they said it now. What actually happened internally. If they can't they should have tell me the same. And moreover they themselves refused the product. They have wasted
                  My time by kept promising me that i will surely get the product. Assume it how you feel if they promise you anything. You will get clarity about the delivery of the product. But they do not stand on their words. Finally if everything goes wrong they simply say sorry for the inconvenience. Stupid activity by amazon. Lost trust. I am gonna delete this account and will not buy any products from them. This is my humble request for redmi. We love redmi products. But please don't make unavailable by involving these stupid marketers.
                  And when i tried to post a negative review for the product, i was unable to do so. They are restricted me from posting it.

                    My name is dheeraj gaur email id is gaur. [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is locked from 20 days. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i immediately cancelled that order.
                    After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in and [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

                        I had placed a order for 4 led 9 watts bulbs and one led 20 watts tubelight with a battan (Strip). I received only 4led bulbs. I did not get the delivery of a tubelight as per above order. Kindly see that the delivery is made in time. Why partial delivery of the order is made? They would have informed me accordingly. It is gross mistake on the part of supplier clouldtail india private limited, thane, maharashtra - 421302.

                          Amazon send a wrong phone with no update even amazon show 16 july success deliver but deliver at 18 july with lots of bad communication with amazon logistic in gujarat/nadiad worst experience. It's worst ever i experience even delivery man (Mr. Prakesh) give a false commitment and make me fool for 3 days after lots of arguments i got my open parcel with wet invoice not able to read imei number. Then i call to customer care and reconfirm imei number and amazon care operator say it wrong imei number.
                          After all process amazon ask me wait for 28th july. Now i call on 29july and still amazon ask me for imei number which photos i already email on 18th july.

                          I talk with mr. Sunil, navin, shreyas (Did not give full name) they make fake commitments on email. Today i talk with mr. Vikram and i says we not able to send you invoice (Means my phone is out of warranty)

                          I already make a complaint on national consumer helpline my complaint no is : 356877 but still i am suffer.

                          (Note : consumer court nadia/gujarat office are not support)

                            I want to return my paino which i had ordered through amazon as this is not as per my expection i thought that this is a musical instrument for childrens but it is a show piece i already make complaint about this but till now no response and no body has taken back the material i. E paino nor my money has been refunded back to me. Kindly look into the matter and try to make arrangement to take back the material and refund my money.

                              I purchased redmi 4a from amazon in 13th july, there was no charger with the handset, i requested refund, but they are not doing anything, all they doing is procastination..
                              I call them daily and they reply that they will process my refund asap, but since 15th of july, i am suffering too much.

                              I told them that i will go to consumer court, then they offered me compensation of 100 rs 😏, which i immediately denied

                              They arrange pickup daily than cancel automatically, its been 15 days now..
                              I am wasting my time and money. Its like mental torture
                              Please help me with the issue

                                  I have seen many times amazon delivery teams are masking delivery promises by specifying the reason "customer not available". This is not at all fair and happened to me multiple times even though i am a prime customer. I ordered a moto g5 plus set yesterday (27th july 2017) and the delivery was promised before today 8:00pm (28 july 2017). I got a sms notice that the order would be delivered to me. Though the delivery executive promised me that the item would be delivered soon, it did not happen till 7:45pm. But then, as it was an exchange order, seemed like, they didn't come with something necessary and took back my order promising to come again tomorrow. But, i got irritated with the message which read "an attempt was made to deliver your package, but, could not as customer was not available". Is this option available to put entire blame on customer? Why can't someone educate delivery team to not use such options to take advantage of clients who do not complain?

                                    The mobile phone i ordered was a moto g4 plus on amazon and when it arrived i opened the box and the phone's original screen protection cover was replaced by a cheaper one which was scratched and was of cheaper quality. The earplugs and the charger was loosely packed. the phone box had a bill in it which was that the phone had been used before (before shipping address).
                                    I am complaining the day i got the phone (28-jul 2017). I want a refund of it. This is not the first time i have returned a product to AMAZON. I wish it could be better if all he items weren't previously owned.

                                        I have order a shirt on 18th july from amazon and oder no.[protected]. I am very disappointed from your pathetic customer service and my refund yet not processed yet. I have return my product on 21st july 2017 and as per your company policy that refund will be initiated into my debit card in 3-5 working days. I am chasing you guys from 26th july but in order to complain i tried contacting the customer support using the toll free number. The moment they heard the issue they out me on hold giving the following reason “ i need to check with my internal resources” and when i ask for refund they are used to say sir please wait for next 48 hours and when i ask them to share refund i'd details with me they have no clue about it and they said you have to wait for 3 working days and our payments team will call you back with details, then i asked them to make me speak to your senior who can help me out over d call then they asked me to wait for 2 minute mark they disconnected their call. Third time i was unable to call them from my phone. They banned me from calling.

                                        I did not use profanity, i was patient courteous and i had a really good idea on how a customer service center work as i was also being a part of e-commerce company and i know all the policy and all. I waited for a survey email from the support executive (They have to send this after a ticket is taken) i marked a negative, and proceeded to the last step. Bingo!!! The golden option i've been waiting for “escalation” customer advocacy, please enter your phone number and an escalation lead will contact you at your preferred time. I entered now. But still not get the refund yet.
