Amazon send a wrong phone with no update even amazon show 16 july success deliver but deliver at 18 july with lots of bad communication with amazon logistic in gujarat/nadiad worst experience. It's worst ever i experience even delivery man (Mr. Prakesh) give a false commitment and make me fool for 3 days after lots of arguments i got my open parcel with wet invoice not able to read imei number. Then i call to customer care and reconfirm imei number and amazon care operator say it wrong imei number.
After all process amazon ask me wait for 28th july. Now i call on 29july and still amazon ask me for imei number which photos i already email on 18th july.

I talk with mr. Sunil, navin, shreyas (Did not give full name) they make fake commitments on email. Today i talk with mr. Vikram and i says we not able to send you invoice (Means my phone is out of warranty)

I already make a complaint on national consumer helpline my complaint no is : 356877 but still i am suffer.

(Note : consumer court nadia/gujarat office are not support)

Please help me

    I want to return my paino which i had ordered through amazon as this is not as per my expection i thought that this is a musical instrument for childrens but it is a show piece i already make complaint about this but till now no response and no body has taken back the material i. E paino nor my money has been refunded back to me. Kindly look into the matter and try to make arrangement to take back the material and refund my money.

      I purchased redmi 4a from amazon in 13th july, there was no charger with the handset, i requested refund, but they are not doing anything, all they doing is procastination..
      I call them daily and they reply that they will process my refund asap, but since 15th of july, i am suffering too much.

      I told them that i will go to consumer court, then they offered me compensation of 100 rs 😏, which i immediately denied

      They arrange pickup daily than cancel automatically, its been 15 days now..
      I am wasting my time and money. Its like mental torture
      Please help me with the issue

      The same happened to me with redmi 4. They are procrastinating the delivery date of my product and trying to compensate me with 100.I denied that 100.We have to take a strict action against them as they are playing with us wasting our time and money.
      Consumer court will provide us with justice 😑

          I have seen many times amazon delivery teams are masking delivery promises by specifying the reason "customer not available". This is not at all fair and happened to me multiple times even though i am a prime customer. I ordered a moto g5 plus set yesterday (27th july 2017) and the delivery was promised before today 8:00pm (28 july 2017). I got a sms notice that the order would be delivered to me. Though the delivery executive promised me that the item would be delivered soon, it did not happen till 7:45pm. But then, as it was an exchange order, seemed like, they didn't come with something necessary and took back my order promising to come again tomorrow. But, i got irritated with the message which read "an attempt was made to deliver your package, but, could not as customer was not available". Is this option available to put entire blame on customer? Why can't someone educate delivery team to not use such options to take advantage of clients who do not complain?

            The mobile phone i ordered was a moto g4 plus on amazon and when it arrived i opened the box and the phone's original screen protection cover was replaced by a cheaper one which was scratched and was of cheaper quality. The earplugs and the charger was loosely packed. the phone box had a bill in it which was that the phone had been used before (before shipping address).
            I am complaining the day i got the phone (28-jul 2017). I want a refund of it. This is not the first time i have returned a product to AMAZON. I wish it could be better if all he items weren't previously owned.

Is[protected] when, i opened the mobile, its voice was very slow and i checked the service center in the intex mobile but, not any benefit, when this phone is useless, when this phone is useless, then it is not of any use for me.

                I have order a shirt on 18th july from amazon and oder no.[protected]. I am very disappointed from your pathetic customer service and my refund yet not processed yet. I have return my product on 21st july 2017 and as per your company policy that refund will be initiated into my debit card in 3-5 working days. I am chasing you guys from 26th july but in order to complain i tried contacting the customer support using the toll free number. The moment they heard the issue they out me on hold giving the following reason “ i need to check with my internal resources” and when i ask for refund they are used to say sir please wait for next 48 hours and when i ask them to share refund i'd details with me they have no clue about it and they said you have to wait for 3 working days and our payments team will call you back with details, then i asked them to make me speak to your senior who can help me out over d call then they asked me to wait for 2 minute mark they disconnected their call. Third time i was unable to call them from my phone. They banned me from calling.

                I did not use profanity, i was patient courteous and i had a really good idea on how a customer service center work as i was also being a part of e-commerce company and i know all the policy and all. I waited for a survey email from the support executive (They have to send this after a ticket is taken) i marked a negative, and proceeded to the last step. Bingo!!! The golden option i've been waiting for “escalation” customer advocacy, please enter your phone number and an escalation lead will contact you at your preferred time. I entered now. But still not get the refund yet.

                  I have purchased huggies diaper for rs 560/- and order no is[protected] and its order date is 04/07/2017 which was delivered to me on 08/07/2017 at 6.00 p. M i have given payment by my debit card but delivery man swipe it twice and the the payment deducted twice from my account. So i request you to kindly refund rs 560/- to my sbi account no [protected], ifsc code 10650, branch nsit dwarka & a message from amazon came to me on 08/07/2017 at 06.05 p. M that your amount is reversed to your account pls contact your bank but nothing refunded to me so plese look into the matter and refund the excess amount of rs 560/- as early as possible.

                    I have returned 2 products back at amazon and they have not processed my refund. They say that refund is done. Ut i have not received it. I also gave my bank statement copies as proof that i have not received both the refund as mentioned by them. But they reject my claim. I want my refund. I have even visited my bank and submitted the refund track details and the bankers say the refund was never issued for the order. So i'm distressed.
                    Kindly suggest me a way out. I feel cheated

                        I bought a footwear on amazon.in, order no.[protected], the quality of footwear is not good. I initiated refund request for that, the product is also under amazon prime but instead the amazon is denying for its pick-up and refund.in this regard i have requested several times with amazon but amazon's customer care service representative reply in vague. So i feel cheeted with the poor service of amazon.

                          I have ordered 3 redmi mi 4 phone. They delivered 2 phones but I have paid for 3. Now the tracking is showing delivered. Now they are just ignoring my refund request. I did called the customer care for 6 times since last month. They even sent mail they have initiated me refund but none i got till now.

                              To customer service,
                              This is extremely important, urgent and of an extremely grave nature. Repeatedly i have sent you mails to unblock my number so that i receive calls from customer service by selecting call me option when i need to. It's been more than 2 months and each time one of the agents reply back saying issue has been escalated and will be fixed between 3-7 days (The duration increasing with each email.) there is no ownership to check with the user or the escalated department if the issue is resolved. I have stopped purchasing from amazon because of this. Pathetic customer service. Infact it is the worst customer service ever. Escalate this issue and arrange a callback from the department you escalate to and take ownership to resolve this issue. I want a resolution not mere assurance. I want this issue to be resolved within 24hours. You have already wasted 2.5 months.

                                  I have ordered hose pipe for lpg from amazon. Received product. But i can see mrp sticker of rs.499 on the wrapper. Printed price is rs. 250.00. They took rs. 349.00 for the same. This is cheating. Need your help to take action on such big brand. It should be as per mrp on the wrapper. I have purchased this product by keeping trust on world famous company amazon. But if they are cheating like this. Government should take strict action on such cheaters.

                                    After numerous attempts, i got the deal for redme 4a mobile at the end of third week. Much awaited delivery as i had promised my previous phone to another buyer within a week. After waiting several days i gave him the phone and did not receive red me 4a either. Superinconvinient. When u call the courier service they don't pick up phone, company tells you that parcel has been successfully delivered to i don't know whom and they don't know either. Courier services must have made the receiver sign the acknowledgment for receiving now they not picking phone. Super unprofessional. . How these agencies and courier service even survived a day. Thank god i did not prepaid for the parcel rs 6000... worst experience ever. Watchout people

                                      I had placed two orders #[protected] and #[protected] in the past 12 days after joining the prime membership. For both these orders delivery was not done within the promised 24 hrs. For order...339 delivery was done post 48 hours after updating the system as address issues and only part delivery was done.
                                      For order...769, the message was received that order has been delivered and signed off, however nothing was delivered. Repeated calls to helpdesk did not resolve the issue the next day as well. Finally a refund was provided but no assurances that any additional orders would not face similar issues.
                                      Alternately i had to make local purchases at higher rates.
                                      Its sad that prime membership resulted in delayed/non delivery wherein prior to the same delivery was normal on numerous occasions to the same address

                                        I have purchased the lg refrigerator on 8th april 2017 by using
                                        City bank debit card

                                        I supposed to receive the 10 % cash back by 7 th july 2017
                                        But i have not received.

                                        When i reached customer care they are informing me that, i have used the net banking option.

                                        I have taken the city bank debit card details from my cousin and also
                                        I don't know the city bank net banking credentials
