Dear Sir,

I ordered a Dell New Inspiron 3525 Laptop, AMD Athlon Silver 3050U, Windows 11 + Office'21, 8Gb Gddr4, 256Gb Ssd, Radeon Graphics, 15.6 Inches (39.62Cms) Hd Anti Glare (D560766Win9Be, 1.68Kgs) on Amazon.com

Sold by: Appario Retail Private Ltd Laptop on 15th July and received it with the following issues on the 1st day itself:

1. The laptop was completely discharged
2. The keyboard wasn't working, different keys had a different command.
3. Non Functional Mouse Pad
4. The Laptop kept hanging time and again
5. Now the screen has stopped functioning

I made a video review the same day, within 30 minutes of the delivery, requesting a replacement, which they have conveniently removed. I never received a call or the option to return it. The product still covered by warranty.

Dell company is not covering it under warranty.

    I'm really feel regret to write a complaint on Amazon India regarding deceiving a consumer (me).
    Recently I had ordered multiple items in Amazon India app.
    In app it shows my pincode is eligible for door step delivery. so as it is eligible I placed multiple products and it's a prepaid pay.
    It showed my product's may deliver within 3 to 4 days, but as the delivery day comes, The delivery agent called me and said me that your are not eligible for door step delivery because he didn't came to my village before in since 3 years.
    So as a reasn of him not willing to come to my doorstep delivery he asked me to come some other place to receive the product.
    Then immediately I called to Customer care regarding his behaviour and the CS assured me not to go anywhere as the prior complaint raised against him.He will for sure come to your door.
    Delivery agent again called me and I said to him everything conversation with CS but still he refused to deliver.
    He said that "If you need your product come to me otherwise I'm gonne return to seller.
    This is the not first time happened to me, whatever I ordered it get cancelled due to that delivery agaent but in the app it showing my address is eligible for delivery.
    I had raised many complaints to CS but no use as they say same drama dialogue, for sure it will deliver, we are raised a complaint against the delivery agent we are closely following up your issue
    As they aren't able to deliver my product and I spent much time of mine about this which is most valuable to me.
    And felt anger, depression, deceiving a consumer and even lost a faith, even my health is not supported due to this tension.

          Iam hafeez, iam a student, still studying sir. Some one who message me that the online money make you want to save the orders hee said. I isssint listen to his words sir but he was message me again and agin sir so i tried sir. But i lose money sir 6000it freezed sir, hee would not unlocking amount sir, what I want to do not understanding sir,
          So please sir take action please, they are playing with people sir who are poor or middle range family sir, please take action over that.
          I hope you may take action and recover soon money which is freezed.

              Gift card purchased from Amazon not working

              I had purchased Nykaa gift card worth of 1000 Rs at Amazon on 31st July 2022 and order no at Amazon[protected] and iam unable to redeem the gift card at Nykaa stores and iam getting invalid gift card error and i spoke to Nykaa and they replied that they dont sell gift card at amazon and i contacted Amazon multiple times and all they say they are not able to help and they cannot cancel the gift card.               I bought mobile from amazon in Bengaluru. But due to charging issue i want to return to this product. I have complained to costumer care regarding this issue and they said provide technician at 6 august 2022. But 6 august technician called me for Lucknow location.
              Then I called customer care again for this issue and said please provide me technician at Varanasi location and they said ok.
              Now I am at Varanasi location they are saying that we will return mobile only Bengaluru location.

                  I have prebooked the device and yet people just casually buying the same product after 4 days post pre booking are getting a quicker delivery date.

                  I spoke to customer service yesterday 8th and was given confirmation that I will receive it by 9Pm on 8th. .that did not happen and I've suffered heavy loss
                  And today morning 9th when spoke to customer service they were sarcastic the supervisor even told me to cancel the order but refund will be initiated after the status of the delivery is not ready to be dispatched (which it has been for 2 days )

                  Extremely rude and sarcastic behaviour. I'm a member of OnePlus Red cable Pro community and they will hear about it formally . So will consumer protection

                          I ordered a phone on sale with an exchange offer on Amazon on 5-Aug-22. They claimed on their website that it will be delivered in 1 day, i.e. 6-Aug-22.
                          It was a prepaid order. The phone was priced at INR 50, 099 and after discounts and exchange, it costed me a little more than INR 27.000

                          The product was shipped by the seller on 6th morning and it was out for delivery. The delivery agent did not reach my location and marked the status as delivery attempted, WITHOUT ACTUALLY ATTEMPTING IT. I called customer service multiple times and was given the assurance that there might be some issue with the system, it doesn't generally happen, and we will get in touch with our logistics / delivery team and ensure the delivery happens by tomorrow, i.e. 7-Aug-22.

                          I understood that there might be an issue. The same drama with delivery and the customer service team happened the next day as well. And the next day as well i.e. 7th Aug and 8th Aug. Infact, the delivery agent, after I was calling him about 100 times a day, he picked up the call on the 8th of Aug and told me he has my package and will be delivered to you later in the evening.
                          However, he never came. The CS team and escalation team said we are closing observing your order, raised complaints and an action will be taken, and our priority is your delivery so be assured that it will be delivered asap. ALL LIES.
                          Then, late in the night, at around 12, the order was marked as return to seller. Remember, it is a prepaid order along with an exchange for a phone which I am already using. I had deleted all the data from it already since it was supposed to reach in a day. So, when the order was marked as return to seller, I called up CS team again, and they again assured me (in order to avoid my call I am assuming) that it will reach by tomorrow. Lies and lies on my face. I hope the call recording is there and you can take action on that.

                          Now, instead of reshipping it, they are asking me to place the order again, before the refund has even been initiated. The website still says 1-day delivery to which I am really skeptical about.

                          I had been in conversation with customer service for more than 6 hours in total which has caused a lot of mental anxiety and harassment to me. Their lies have bothered me a lot since I was being polite and trying to understand the root cause of the issue.

                            I have ordered "ASUS ROG Strix G17 (2022) gaming laptop" from Amazon India seller "World of Ninja" which cost two lakh five thousand rupees and I received completely different laptop from Amazon India seller which cost fifty thousand rupees. I have tried for its return for around 5-6 times till now but every next day of creating a return the return gets cancelled automatically without my consent, tried connecting with customer care also for multiple times but this haven't solved my problem.

                                I had purchased alag refrigerator, received today, my family group was to small in size, i tried to replace the product, but they informed me not possible.
                                I am ready to pay extra for transportation as well.

                                    I received damanged product again from amaon and amazon customer care talked rudely and didnt gave me resolution.

                                    They says I was lying. It was rude and pathetic way of handlling their old customer.

                                    Please help me something about it. I dont know where to go but end up entering complaint here. Please help me.

                                    This ia the main issue. If I didnt get the item how can thery say it was delivered to me?

                                    Thereis no base of their investigation team. Am I lying ? I have bene using the amazon like 10 years now and and i see this. They are not proving the correct resolution.

                                    If Im not getitng the item and they delivered it then who got the item. I would like to open the issue again.

                                    You amazon guys are lying to that extent I have been opening my consumer complaints and you guys made me puzzeled. If I wont egt resolution i will raise these issues to the higher authority in india.

                                    Consumer complaints: Please let me know if you guys can help me out. Their social media team is lying. I get product damanged and In other complaint I didnt get the product. How they are making things easier their side. And they are letting bear their customers?

                                      I have bought a laptop from amazon for 62k. Firstly the order got delayed. When the delivery guy came, he was in hurry.. he did not even opened the product ( as it was an electronic product) and ran away. when i opened the box, I found it is a fake product .. the laptop was a used one and the screen was broken.. Immediately i called customer care and they assured me that the product will get returned and money will get refunded ..there was no response for nxt three days.. i called again and they said they will pickup the laptop by 6th aug.. I waited till 6th august. till evening no one turned up to pick up the laptop. I checked my amazon application and there was a note saying that the return is cancelled as customer refused for that and house is locked. I was surprise to see this comment.. as i did not receive any call from any delivery agent regarding the return. I called again customer care and they have raised again a request and promised me to the product will be picked up by Monday.. Till now i have not receive any call regarding the product and when i checked the application, i found the return was canceled and the reason was same. Customer refused and house was locked... they themselves cancelling the return and blaming the customer... my amount is stucked at amazon. amount is quite big for me. i need to pay to credit card company and if i dont pay on time, i ll have to pay the panelty... who will be responsible for that... it seems to be a fraud..
