I would like to bring a complaint, that the amount of ₹ 179 has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction messages says vai/ amazon stan.Neither had i done my transaction nor did i get any during the transaction .I have checked this when I was going through my account messages .The amount was deducted from January 2021.Could you please assist me regarding this....

I have purchased the products on Amazon but didnot be able to post reviews on the amazon and it's not been live as i have purchased 4 products and also called executive 20 days but everyone is saying to resolve in next 48 hrs still no reply and given false promises to get the payment and return the products which is so disappointed to hear it and after when I called they told me there is nothing that they can do please help me...

I was book an article on 07 May 2022 but today is 26 May 2022. 20 days completed but my order was not deliver to our well/properly mention address. Our Address was mention as per Aadhaar card & verified address. You always provide me promise date 17 may 2022 then 22 May 2022 then 24 May 2022 but order was not deliver.

I purchased shoes from Amazon but I raised return request since it was like used product.
They pick the shoes from my home on 13th May 2022 but not refunded the amount till today. Than I called them on phone and found that they are saying that I return the wrong shoes so they are not returning my money back....
