        I bought Amazon Basic 55 inch LED TV
        Date- 19-Jan-2021
        Seller- Cloudtail India P.Ltd
        Invoice No- IN-SDEI-249053
        Problem- Panel Issue
        Panel Warranty- 2 Years

        We tried to call Amazon helpdesk in mid May 2022 for fault in TV, we were informed to contact the seller

        we called Cloudtail, they refused to entertain and asked us to contact Amazon helpdesk

        Post lot of efforts we could log complaint with Amazon on 23 Jun[protected]-5095524)
        Engineer visited on 25 Jun 2022 and checked the TV, he confirmed that panel needs replacement, since panel is still in warranty, it will be replaced free of cost however charged us Rs 1450 service charges and promised resolution in a weeks’ time

        Since than we are chasing Amazon and Service station for resolution just to know the part is not available

        Neither we get and escalation matrix nor and confirmed turnaround time for the resolution

        We demand return and refund as life of 8-10 years expected of such an expensive appliance and given the aftersales service, we are experiencing we have lost all of our hopes

          Respected sir, I have ordered echo dot 4th Gen speaker from Amazon India on 23rd July2022. Order ID:[protected] . Order should be delivered by yesterday. I tried to contact delivery agent but he is cutting my calls. I talked to customer care but they are saying order delivery is delayed because of external factors but after some time they also disabled the option to contact them. It is not appropriate behaviour. I have good openion on Amazon but didn't expect this. I request Amazon to deliver my product. I think they are planning to cancel the order after some days as I got it in flash sale for lower price. I experienced similar problem with Flipkart but I never expect this happens with Amazon also. Please help me to get delivered my order. I have attached the relevant information. Thank you.

          It's latest update ..As I said earlier, Amazon isn't want to deliver the product but they want to refund it..It's really cheating the customers by selling the products with low cost with name of discounts, flash sales and wasting their valuable time. Finally they cancel and refund the amount.

            I had ordered wolfer vaulter garde 4 a English willow cricket bat on 24 july but had too many blemishes and has too much defects on it i want replacement and i ordered replacement yesterday, my replacement order was scheduled for 30 july but no one came to pickup and in website in replacement section it is showing refund pickup verification failed . Please it is a big issue Amazon how you can make fool to people if you can't replace it why you have posted replacement and refund option in your website you should remove that if not working

                No início do mês de julho de 2022 entraram em contato com migo via Whatsapp, oferecendo a proposta de trabalhar por meio expediente, fazendo como se fosse um tipo de venda recebendo uma porcentagem de 5 a 35%, porém em em momento algum fizeram q os valores seriam extremamente altos. Completei todas as tarefas q eles dizem ter q fazer para conseguir sacar o saldo final. Poren agora estão querendo q eu depositei mais um valor q dizem ser referente a um tipo de empréstimo q solicitei a eles, sendo q paguei uma parte para eles e estao querendo mais, mas nao faz sentido eu fazer uma nova transacao, sendo q o valor ja esta la.
                Necessito q me devolvem pelo menos oq eu investir, o restante pode ficar, preciso recuperar esse dinheiro urgentemente, não tenho mais dinheiro nem um, estou toda endividada, não sei oq faço.
                Me ajudem por favor.

                  I purchased LG Ultragear QHD (32 inch / 80 cm) 165 Hz 1ms, Nvidia G-Sync Compatible, FreeSync Premium, HDR 10, HDMI, Tilt, Height, Pivot Stand, VA Panel Gaming Monitor (32GN650) on 7/26/2022. We are not able to see the monitor more than 2 to 5 mins. We are not satisfied with the product asked for refund as per the policy and they have not sent the technicians as well. The customer care executive are not responding properly. They are responding lethargically. Called more than 10 times, put on hold and disconnecting the calls. The main concern for me is service. Literally I got cheated by Amazon. They are putting on mute and they are not listening my concern. We asked for technician they dint send the technician. Simply saying this product doesnt have return and replacement policy. But while purchasing the product it is mentioned as return is possible in 7 days.

                    Complaint ID#[protected]. I raised a complaint which was never resolved by Amazon so called customer service. I had to return a shirt, so the pick up guy came and picked up a different shirt from other vendor due to a mix up. And when I called the exchange was never arranged and I was told that as the picked up shirt was wrong so it was disposed so I will never be able to get my return. Finally amazon kept my personal item and also didn't arranged return of their faulty shirt.

                      I bought a mobile from amazon, it got repaired with in 6 months o[censored]sage, As I approached the service centre to get it repaired they rejected the warranty as IMEI number in the mobile and the invoice provided by Amazon is not matching. I raised the issue with Amazon and waiting since 1 month but the issue is not resolved.

                        I ordered from Amazon for Flipfop boy on 5th July 2022 but instead of Shoefly Multicolor they sent Defective Sus. Immediately after that, I made a return and refund request on 6th July and even after calling the customer service continuously, they still did not refund and did not take the product return. We should help about this.

                          Recently we have ordered Samsung 6.5 kg top load washing machine from amazon. Order details are:[protected] and the cost for the product is 13328 Indian rupees.                           I have placed an ORDER #[protected] on 23-Jul-2022 during prime day sale for the item Borosil Jumbo sandwich maker for the special price and I have received the item on 26-Jul-22 and found that packing and product are received in damaged condition and hence I have requested for replacement in the Amazon portal along with evidences on the same day i.e 26-Jul-2022. While placing a replacement request I was contacted by the Amazon customer care and created a replacement ORDER #[protected] and stated that I will be receiving the product on 28-Jul-2022 which is today. Since I am going to get the replacement I was so excited and waited for the replacement to be received as a new product. Today 28-Jul-2022, an Amazon person came for the delivery at 10 PM IST and denied the delivery. He asked the reason for replacement, then I said the product was in damaged condition. That is why you are going to deliver a new product and take the damaged product. But the Amazon delivery agent had mentioned that he didn't have the privilege to take the damaged product due to verification being enabled in the replacement process which is why he did not deliver the replacement and went off. He also mentioned that if verification is not there he would have taken it. I don't really understand what is happening. First of all, why did the Amazon seller deliver the damaged product to me? when it comes to replacement, why did the Amazon agent deny the product delivery? What is this nonsense? As a customer, I will go for the replacement when the product is not delivered in good condition or due to product quality issues or due to incorrect production description or due to delivery of wrong items or missing parts etc. Otherwise who will be the replacement after waiting for a certain amount of time from the date of order placed.

                          The following mistakes made by Amazon
                          Delivered damaged and used product to me
                          After providing the proper justification with evidence amazon team did not place the replacement order with proper instructions while product is in replacement grace period.
                          Amazon's delivery agent product delivery denial.
                          Product damage is damage. What is wrong there? While placing the replacement order, customer care person Tanu sree knows that I have got a damaged product from the Amazon seller so, in that background only Tanusree raised replacement as per the replacement eligibility criteria. I don't know why the replacement process is complicated. If the process is so critical then customer care should have taken proper care while placing an order. hmm

                          If Amazon has a policy for not accepting the pickup for damaged items then why will the Amazon seller deliver the damaged products. It is Amazon's responsibility to take complete ownership to provide the replacement.

                          When I contacted Amazon customer care, customer care person Emild J mentioned that he can process the refund. In fact, I have purchased the product after a long wait of 15 days ( prime day deals to come) during the prime day sale at a special price with amazon pay cashback offer plus bank offer. If the refund is processed I am going to lose the time and money savings ( product price difference plus Amazon pay cashback) why should I bear the loss for the Amazon mistakes. I don't think it is a fair resolution and I can't accept it.

                          Literally I lost so much valuable time (many days) for this transaction. Please provide me with the product replacement or place a new order with zero value as courtesy of customer satisfaction.

                          Amazon customer care has a provided a solution that refund will be initiated and I need to place a new order. and Amazon is going to provide the different amount. based on the suggestion, I have placed a new order and delivery is going to take 3 to 4 days time. So what is this all these nonsense. For Amazon's mistake why should I suffer. ?

                            I've recently subscribed to Amazon Prime and ordered a bunch of product but faced a similar issue of the delivery agents not being punctual. Today I faced a similar problem as I had previously ordered a women's shoe (Order id :[protected] which was supposed to be delivered today by 9:00PM. But as usual the delivery agent not only rejected my call but also refused to call me. Although I got a confirmation on the application as well as in email that the product is delivered. This is insane as I did not get it and its falsely confirmed by the agent. This is very disappointing as people are paying lot of money for prime membership but witnessing this kind of service from #Amazon

                                I placed an order on 7th July 2022 for the product “STIHL GTA 26 Battery Operated Handheld Pruner/Guide Bar, 4 Inch” on Amazon.in. The order Number is[protected]. In this connection, please look into the following points for a favorable action and solution:-

                                (a) As per the procurement procedure in Amazon.in, I already pre-paid Rs.15000.00 the value of the above-mentioned item to be delivered to my address in Nagaland State through Net Banking.

                                (b) However, the item was marked as COD (Cash on Delivery) when it reached my address.

                                (c) The courier (DELHIVERY Couriers) company will not hand over the item to me unless I pay Rs.15000.00 again.

                                (d) Why should I pay the double the amount for the item that I have already pre-paid through Net Banking?

                                (e) I have contacted the customer care of amazon.in several times for rectification but no action had been taken. Today[protected] the Courier Office informed me that they have already returned the parcel.

                                (f) Now amazon.in is not allowing me to initiate a refund of the Rs. 15000.00 that I had already paid for the item. I am apprehensive that I lost the amount I had already paid.

                                  I have ordered a pair of shoes from amazon with order no.[protected] and it was delivered on 22/07/2022. I see that box was empty so I contacted amazon customer service and they told me to wait for 5 days. After 5 days, they say, they can’t me with this and cut the call. Since that incident, I’m calling them everyday and same thing happens every-time. They started ignoring me now. This is worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I may not use or recommend amazon from now on.

                                    I was using Amazon from last 5 years but now realise Amazon is not that much trust worthy what i was thinking i have purchased a Duracell from Amazon showing mrp of 475 on that 20% discount offering and i have get the product with mrp 400/- after complaints the Amazon executive saying we can't help you out on this .
                                    Let me know if Amazon portal or vendor showing wrong mrp is this not a fraud from my side the Amazon is fooling customers nothing else.
