I purchased a Samsung charger recently, and it isn't working properly. I raised a complaint, and the customer care service advised me to visit the nearest Samsung customer care store to get it fixed or contact them again after the visit.

The Samsung store representative said the product is duplicated, even though I've paid 1200 INR for it. So, I came back and texted amazon customer care services.

After contacting Amazon customer service again, the representative said I'd bought the fake product. But, instead of processing a return/refund, they started convincing me that the charger belonged to some other company when clearly, I purchased it from the 'SAMSUNG' brand.

I've been stuck in this situation for a few weeks now. Therefore, I request you advise the concerned & help me in getting it replaced at the earliest.
Sincerely, I purchase products from AMAZON because I trust them.

It’s been 11 days I’ve been in contact with Amazon customer service, they told me account is been on hold it will be unholy soon but it’s been 11days today they told my account has been closed without even asking my permission. There was a refund of 5000 pending on that account and they closed it without paying anything. The way they treated the customer was not right, i[censored] can please do something.. it was my moms account The id was referring to this number +[protected], my number is [protected]

The product delivered is damaged from all corners and already bulged. Most probably it is used product. I do not expect such a service from reputed company like you. I request you to kindly look into the matter. Replacement of the product or refund will work.

I ordered a Kangaro Heavy Duty Stapler DS-23 S 24 FL which was delivered to me on July 16, 2022.

However the return pick up is repeatedly being cancelled for no reason, which is stalling the return and I am running out of time.

I ordered the product Orginal mi basic in ear headphones with mic from Amazon in 01/07/2022 with the order number[protected]. The product delivered in 08/07/22. But the delivered product is different from i order also the quality and colour. The cost of the product is 399. So I returned it and the delivery boy collected the product from me.With the company policy they assure that on or before 5 working days need to refund the amount. Unfortunately I don't credit the amount (21/07/2022)

I lost my money around 23000 rupees by completing 7 task by the Mall shopping online by Amazon.

I have called regarding the return of my order which was to pickup by 18th july but glumly the pickup was late so I decided to call Amazon on 19th .I esclated my call to senior and he behaved rudely to me by saying that we are providing exception to your case otherwise we don't get items return .I told him to get the pickup tommorow . but he said it's not possible and we will pickup it by 23 .i told him i won't be available.He suggested and forced me to tell my neighbours

I received my order… few parts are missing, few are damaged and few are of low quality… m chasing everyday to return the product but everytime they cancel the pick up

I have purchased a product from amzon worth around 6000 rupees few weeks back and cancelled it due to some reasons . But i haven’t received refund till date

I have taken a 1 month subscription for kindle unlimited and it ends on 19 july 2022 i dont like it i don, t want to continue it but today on 19 july i got a notification from bank for 169 rs are debitid from my debit card and i found that amazon is involved in this transaction . i want to complain that why amazon can do it its own now i canceled my subscription but why they can take money from my account without my permission please help me to take my money back.

Ordered and got installed TCL Brand 43" Android Smart TV with order number[protected] dated 26th May 2021 with 1 year warranty on device and 1 year additional warranty on Panel from Amazon India. Exactly after 12 months during June 2022TV stopped working due to problem with Display Panel as conformed by technician of TCL's authorised Service Center assigned by TCL. However TCL denied replacement of Panel Free Of Cost starting the reason as Product purchased from Amazon and the warranty is only 1 year. But as per AMAZON website additional 1 year warranty is applicable on Panel which was confirmed by all Agents of Amazon Customer Care. I have been contacting and following up with Amazon Customer Care from past 20 days for an urgent resolution but they are failing to provide positive resolution and buying time everytime i contact them. It is strongly advised AMAZON INDIA to look into the issue and RESOLVE the issue either by getting Panel replacement Free Of Cost from the Brand TCL or REFUND full amount of Product sold by them. Customer care or response from Amazon India is very pathetic and disappointing...WAITING FOR AN IMMEDIATE POSITIVE RESOLUTION FROM AMAZON INDIA

I had returned this item to Amazon and refund status of Rs. 685 shows it has been credited to the concerned account. However, its been 20 days and despite contacting Amazon customer care many times I have received different RRN numbers to coordinate with the bank who every time confirm that the amount is not yet credited. The Amazon customer care agents are unable to assist since every time its the same reply whereby they send me different RRN numbers for the product due to which its confusing to coordinate with the bank. But product was not working properly and is not good so i requested for return and refund but still not pick up this product, about almost 14 days gone i complained multiple times almost 5 time i complained to customer care and 5 time made pickup schedule but still not pickup this product from Amazon, everytime i listened same answer from Amazon customer care " you will get your refund, please wait 2 days" but everytime i wait 2 days but no-one pickup my product and i didn't get refund so i am tired to call at Amazon customer care,
