Amazon India — book not delivered to proper place

i order the book "India 2015" on 24/02/2015. And i got the mail that i will be getting the book delivered on before 28/02/2015. And i got a call on 26/02/2015 at 3.30pm and they asked me to come to a place which is around 7 km from my home other wise they will bring it next day. Next day also they mentioned other place and they want me to get there and take the book. They are not ready to here the deliver it to the address given.
