Amazon India — Bought Nexus 5 from Amazon. Facing Hardware issues | |||
I bought a Nexus 5 phone on Amazon in the month of june. My phone is not working since 8 days. The issue is a very known issue. All the nexus 5 phones are getting crashed because of the power button issue of the phone. If the phone is in warranty period and if its an Indian model of nexus 5 the LG is giving free replacement of the phone. I have already visited the LG service store for resolution. They informed me that the Mobile which i bought is not from India hence, they can not repair or replace it even though its in Warranty period and i was suggested that i contact Amazon. On the 21st of Feb i have chatted with an employee of Amazon . His name is Sarath. The mail was sent to Enetzstudio (the vendor), but even after 48 hours, i still dont see a reply on that mail. Its becoming very difficult for me to be in contact with my people as i dont have a phone. I need a resolution asap. Please look into this asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
