Amazon India — Cancellation of order by amazon after confirmation | |||||
I placed an order from Amazon India for Moto G Turbo using a promotion code on 27/March/2016. The order was confirmed and was pending dispatch(image Attached). (ORDER #[protected]. After couple of hours i got a cancellation message from Amazon. I had not cancelled the order. When I checked it says the order was cancelled due to pricing error which is unfair for the customer as in first place you allow customer to place order and then cancel it without any details. I would want to receive the phone with the same price that I paid OR company should pay larger compensation to customer. Why should Customer be suffer due to sellers mistake ?
