I was not able to use my amazon pay balance of rs. 509.
Kyc documents already uploaded and approved in the account settings.
According to customer service i connected on chats they have many opinions and the same solution which is 24-48 hours.
Its been more than a month since the issue i am facing.
I have attached the screenshots:
1. Amazon1: which shows the balance.
2. Amazon2: which shows the kyc documents in amazon pay account.
And error 'your amazon pay balance is temporarily locked, please connect with customer service'
1. First they said it is because of kyc.
2. You have same debit card linked and saved with two different amazon accounts.
3. Your mobile number is not linked. (I tried to explain that i am using my amazon account with my mobile number as login id and its linked everywhere, they agent left the chat without any update)
