Amazon India — carrier 1.5 ton 5 star split ac - not working from the day one after installed

I purchased "carrier 1.5 ton 5 star split ac" from amazon on[protected] for 34499 and i paid all amount in a one time payment (No emi). The product got delivered after 4 days that was[protected] and it got installed after 2 days that is[protected].

After the installation happened they showed me a small demo for 5 mins how the product will be work. After that i switched on my ac at night time on the same day. There i could see the water leakage in the indoor unit, so that i switched of my ac and slept. Tomorrow i did switch on my ac and the same problem persist.

I called carrier customer care and raised a complaint with actual thing what happened to me. After two days of my complaint one guy came from carrier ac department and he said like this installation was done incorrectly. So that all gas went our from the outdoor unit, also he said like i will be working with my senior manager to solve this issue. I was waiting for next two days for their reply. I don't get anything from them.

After three days i called carrier customer care and raised the same complaint. Again one guy came and told me that you have to refill the ac gas yourself and this would charge around 4 thousand. I asked him like this product i purchased just 10 days back and its in warranty period then why i should pay myself and refill the gas. For my question he replied like "we are not responsibility for products which is purchased in the online store like amazon and flipkart" and he went.

After that i started to talk with amazon customer care about my issue from around[protected] to till today[protected]. But i didn't get my problem resolved.

When i called first time amazon they said like this product will cover in only 10 days window period after that this will not be cover any warranty. I was in very tough situation like amazon is not taking care and carrier also is not taking care my issue. I don't know what i have to do next as next step.

Again i tried amazon next day around[protected] and i spoke with the large appliances team over there. One of the guy said like we will be resolving this issue. But for that also i don't get any response from them. After that i started to talk with them 2 days once. Finally i came to one concussion that here after i don't want the problem resolved and instead of that i though of get my money back.

I asked the same with them and they accepted to return back my money in two days. Now it has been crossed around 10 days. I didn't get my money too.
Now they are asking me to uninstall ac by my own. This instillation is taking 750 rs. Here my concern is for with out running successful ac why i need to pay the money for installation and installation.

Nowadays they blocked my number also. If i call amazon customer care from my register mobile number this is not at all connecting. And now i am using my friends phone to talk with them. See how worst thing they are doing.

Here my request is i need my money back for that product (Carrier 1.5 ton 5 star split ac) as soon as possible. So please take necessary action on amazon about my problem and get my money back.
