So before i purchase i saw this three offers and immediately i have contacted amazon to get the proper details.. I also have the all call recordings with me.. When i called and when i asked about cashback offer they said yes 1000 rupees cash back will credit directly to my amazon pay account.. Which cant transfer to the bank.. Then october 5 mobile has been delivered.. When i ask about cash back they said one week then ten days then again two weeks this is what they were telling me.. Then on october 18 i have spoken to amazon executive name varudhini said on jan 5 2020 that 1000 rupees going to credit to my bank account.. Now from past two days iam calling to amazon.. Call is not connecting directly through chat iam requesting them to call back.. Rithesh the previous agent i have spoken today he said iam eligible but to get cash back it would take 5 days.. I dont understand what the hell amazon is doing.. Wantedly they are doing this.. At any cost i want my money.. Please help Was this information helpful? |
