Amazon India — cash refund

I am purchased a bag from amazon and cancel it but don’t get the refund. I contact the customer service of amazon and they will say it will refund to your ac. But i don’t get the amount.

I contact bank customer service but they will forward a complaint to amazon but nothing to happen

Order no[protected]
I returned the seat cover and paid courier charges which was supposed to repay by seller.but after repeated follow up he didn't budge.
