Recently, i made a successful bus booking on 7th feb, 2020. For this booking, i was supposed to get 600rs cashback as i had collected buy 1 get 1 ticket on minimum booking on 1200.
I paid 1200+ 60 rs bus fees.
Before booking, i made a call to amazon customer care, someone named amin has assured me about cashback, that you can proceed with your booking, you'll get your cashback, if not, then we will credit it manually...
Since that, i was waiting. I've raised a complaint 3 times.. Every time i was asked to wait..
And today when i made a call again after waiting period was over, then their executive treated me like there was no offer at that time..
Seriously, amazon company is not trustable any more. That's what i think of it.
