I had purchased lg lsa3np3a l-nova plus split ac (1 ton, 3 star rating, white) from amazon.in under the cashback promotion through hdfc credit card/debit card. Which was being run a few months back (In april 2016). The last date to issue the cashback was 18th of july 2016. I did not receive the cashback. So i started by first calling the amazon customer care. They were assured me the cashback will be credited in 10 working days but the still cash back not processed.
In total i have had verbal communication with them for at least 4-5 times. One of their customer representatives even told me that it is not for amazon to pursue the cashback as the same is to be issued by the concerned bank and so i was told to pursue my case with hdfc.
Here: amazon executives should understand, i was seen the promotion in amazon.in not from the hdfc bank.
More so they have gone a step ahead and committed a fraud and case of ipc 420 is clearly made out. I am waiting for a few more days and then i'll send them a legal notice for cheating, fraud, loss of interest, for mental harassment, agony. I am sharing this so that all of you be aware and careful about these cashback offers being run by amazon. I have added the transaction history.
