Hello team
This is regarding two orders where i loaded 5000 on 29th jul'17 as 10% cashback there. 21st aug was the committed date but nothing added to pay balance. I called customer care nausheen and they told it will be done with 3 days if not then we will process manually.
Nothing happened.
Again called then cce said we are processing manually it will be credited within 24 hrs.
Nothing happened
Again called escalation desk rahul sharma and her manager alka told wait for 48hr it will be done
Again as usual nothing happened
Again i called cce team told by yesterday eod it will be done.
Nothing happened again
I called today cce sanjhal dated 8-sep.. Now they are telling going to raise new request and lead time would be 7-8 days..
What is this going on... Why a customer is going in circles for that which was an offer running.
