Amazon India — cashback not received after they promised me 3 times - also customer service is not good

Hi,

I did 399RS recharge on Amazon App. But I didn't receive 101RS cashback. I contacted customer service 3 times. They promised me for the cash back amount and later the voucher. But in the last chat with them, they told that they cannot give cashback and disconnected my chat. Please find the below chat conversation.

Vishal:I can see their are two order which has been placed same day
One has been cancelled and after that order has been placed successfully.

Vishal:That is the second order first order has been cancelled and the offer was available on the first recharge.
Have you promised for the same?

If the first order was cancelled, that means the second order will be considered as first order
as the first was falied
and second was successful
I am unhappy, that day two customer service agents promised me for received the cash back

Vishal:As I have checked and came to know that you have also make the payment via credit card but as per policy you have to make the payment via amazon pay balance.

Me:If you go to a shop, you will purchase it. But the works promised you something. You went trice.
Later they will tell they cannot give you

As I have checked the chat on 25th Oct he said he will escalate the issue that you have not received cash back however you have never confirm before recharge that it was for pay balance or credit, debit card .
It was wrong promise when before recharge we had confirm that you can recharge by any card you will eligible .
First you have recharge then you have contacted here .
Me:You people should have done this before and told me in the first time contact about not receive cash back
Time is money man
Vikas:So issue was escalated by pre CSA, and cash back terms and team both confirmed that the related recharge is not eligible because all the recharge cash back only when you pay via pay balance .
Me:Don't you understand the value of your customer?
Vikas:Alright we will share the feedback and this will never repeat again .
Me:But I need something for wasting my time
Vikas:We understand the value however we have to follow the policy as well .
Me:But you people have never contacted me after escalating to CSA
I only have have to contact you all the time
