Amazon India — cashback that is granted from your side but not received | |||
My name is chetan pokharkar and my mob no is [protected]. I purchase tcl led tv from amazon in the month of october. At that time i call in amazon customer care and asked them about cashback policy. They told me that you can make payment partially by amazon pay balance and partially by net banking and you are eligible for 15%cashback on amazon pay balance. I have call recording that with customers care person before placing the order. After getting product dilivery i called 4-5 times in customer care and they also told me they you get your cashback till the end for oct 17. But i did not received cashback till oct 17 then again i called in amazon care and asked them about that, at that time they told me you are not eligible for cashback policy. So as simple its not my fault that your customer care representative suggest me to make payment in partially. So i request you to do the needful for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
