Amazon India — cellular phone/ refund | |||||
I had placed an order for a phone on 15th aug which was wrongly delivered on 21st aug '18 (Not the one i had requested for) hence requested to get the product picked up which was done immediately the following day on 23rd. Aug I later requested for refund the amount but they said since its in amazon wallet we cannot transfer it to the bank to which i expalined it erroneously got into wallet and requested to credit it in the bank. After a long discussion and telling them the importance of the funds for me as an ordinary service man they agreed to credit in the bank but the process would take 7 to 10 business days (Max) I told them the processing days are too long and the amount was huge (For me) but they said it usually takes this much time (Is it really?? For a comapny like amazon to pay an individual his own money that long?? Fair? Today is 7th aug its more than 15 days and their 10 business days!!! I haven't received the funds and after several calls and speaking to their executives the reply which am getting is frightening They are saying they will initiate the coupon now and i would get the money in next 3 or 4 business days and please today being friday tom saturday and the day after sunday wont be counted How crazy is this. I am really disheartened by amazon service for the first time and am sure this will be the last time since i wont be using amazon service anymore. Thank you team amazon... You guys reallly amazed me.
