Amazon India — Change in mode of refund

I had bad experience being shopping with AMAZON. Firstly the item that i have ordered is far different from what was shown on website and secondly now there are no terms for changing mode of refund. I don't understand why your customer care executives are able to understand such a simple thing that i have no longer use of my credit card as it has been now with someone else and i don't want cash back in that particular account.So i have the concerned persons to kindly look into matter and revert accordingly and please don't let me lose trust on AMAZON as if no specific reply will be given from customer side it will be the worst shopping site ever.
