Amazon India — Cheating by Amazon India for ORDER #[protected]" Wrong Product send and very bad Response from investigation team.

Product Details
I had ordered "OnePlus 9 5G (Astral Black, 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage)" order ID is "ORDER #[protected]"

Documents Against the Products
I am attaching my document which I received from the Amazon app related to my product. It has details for my new phone which Amazon says has been delivered to my address.

1) IMEI number of new phone on Invoice copy from Amazon app for OnePlus 9 5G (Astral Black, 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage) ([protected]). If this number can be tracked you can locate the phone and check if it's with me.
2) Phone ordered by me is of Rs 51, 999 and which got delivered is of Rs 28999. This is mearer case of cheating.
3) To top it all, I have given my working phone in exchange. Making myself helpless.

Facts of Tracking the product
What I have received is a RedMI 11X phone. I have raised case with Amazon Customer care on the same day i.e 10th Oct 2021.
They also asked me not to cancel the product from their amazon app which has the option of choosing wrong product Delivered.
They just misguided me and then blocked my Login ID from doing cancellation so that the oder does'nt get cancelled. Its really Pathetic if a company like Amazon needs to do this to hide their internal Fraud.
They connected me to some investigation team on 10th Oct 2021, which said they will come back with some resolution but will require 5 days for this. Attached mail for reference
I called back on 11th to know the progress, I was informed it will take more time and will try to get some update on 13th Oct 2021.
On 13th when I called the Customer Service team they connected me again to Investigating team said they will update me on or before 16th Oct. So there was no clarity on what investigation was being carried out in the backend.
Unfortunately I did not receive any upfront update till date, I called on 16th Afternoon when I was informed that investigation is completed and a correct product was delivered to me. I asked about the investigation report what has been done on that their reply was its an internal process and can't be shared with customer. As a customer I have a right to question what investigation has been done if a wrong product is delivered to me.
Post this I had to take Social Media platform support to highlight this fraud that has happened. Immediately I received a reply from Amazon Social Media team they have escalated it and will get back in next 3 to 5 days. This was an update on 16th Oct post which there is no clarity on what's happening and how many more days I need to suffer. I am sure after 3 to 5 days I will get the same answer which was given by Customer service team.
