Amazon India — Closed my account against consumer laws

They deliverd faulty leaked rice bran oil and spilled all over in the box and on other products as well and i notified and next they blocked my account what the hell is it and gave reason I asked for refunds thats why they closed my account... I would like to ask as a customer if i paid the money and recived parcel with missing products or faulty then whom to ask ...they closed my account by delivering faulty leaked fortune rice bran oil and plz I want to know what that mean if i paid them money and products not delivered to me or missing products in the parcel or faulty so customers should not ask to amazon otherwise they close the account want the he'll or they should make a policy tell the courier stay with customer until open the box and verify with the invoice what delivered or not
