Dear team,
It is very sad to inform you regarding escalation for my recent purchase Motorola G60 delivered on 18 may 2022, invoice[protected] found used and dusty while opening, more over product is not asper my expectations, I requested and escalated several times to customer care to take return of this, but pathetic response received from their end by stating that it's not refundable, even though I have raised this refund request with in 2 hour on same day after receiving. Initially customer care forcing me to to take replacement because they don't want to do refund for this device...
It is very bad experience while doing interaction brand like Amazon, now I can say Amazon is not trust worthy and not even taking care of customer issue.Now they are not denying replacement for this, even company is having 7 days replacement policy. Now these days Amazon making fools to the customer and doing mis selling to make money.
I requested not do any refund in my account at least allow me to choose some other gadget, but team is forcing me to keep this product, not even trying for replacement, it's shows seller willful gave this defective device and now he is not taking back from Amazon.
