Amazon India — Complaint regarding - not considering replacement order of a faulty product and deleting history of my orders from my account | |||||
As per my order (# 17199133317153956) on 18th june 2016, i got received a product which costs around 4400 (Seagate backup plus slim 1tb portable external hard drive with 200gb of cloud storage & mobile device backup (Black) from amazon on 20/6/2016. It was a faulty product so i ordered for replacement on the same day. Replacement order number : # 40472660103801154. On 24th, i registered a complaint to amazon through email ([protected]@amazon.com). Today, 25/6/2016, i have checked my amazon account which shows no "order history" and "browsing history". It seems completely deleted. Now i cant even change the replacement order to refund order. I have attached the details of the order which i saved before they deleted my account history.
