Amazon India — complaint regarding two aheli rakhi booked on 30th july 2019

This complain is regarding two aheli brand rakhi which i had booked on 30 july 2019 and 31st july 2019 for pune and kolkatta location respectively. My bookings was 15 days before the festival rakshabandhan, which is an appropriate time for any product to get delivered to the desired location. But as per the mentioned delivery dates earlier that was between 5th to 9th august 2019 but as per the details it didnt got delivered. I had waited till 8th of august as the details were showing that the product will get delivered on 8th august but irrespective of that the product didnt got delivered.
So the next day i. E; on 9th of august i called customer care of amazon india. I told them about the incident and instead of helping me the customer service provided asked me to contact the seller and get to know about the whereabouts of my individual rakhi which was supposed to reach on 9th august for pune and kolkatta location.
I denied doing the further work which was supposed to be done by the customer care and instead of helping me he suggested me to cancel the order or wait until 16th august i. E; till friday, the day after rakhi is over.
This is the kind of service online shopping haul are providing to their valuable customer. I have called so many times and instead of helping me they came up with the stupid idea of cancelling my order. I have gone through the mental harassment of calling these guys again and again without getting any help from the amazon india side.
My question is when they are not capable of doing the task, what is the use of mentioning on their products that the rakhi or any product will get delivered in two - three business days. Their selling moto for rakhi was that "you order on or before 12th august and we will make sure your product will be delivered before rakhi". This is the motto what they have followed. Irrespective of that i had order my rakhi on 30th july 2019 for pune and 31st july 2019 for kolkatta, both of them are metropolitan cities.
I demand from them a compensation, i had to go through the trouble and harassment and getting to know on 10th of august before 4 days of rakhi that the product wont get delivered on time and mostly it will deliver after rakhi, which is of no use. I demand a high compensation from amazon india pvt ltd, for not solving my queries and either coming up with a solution which was highly offensive.
The online shopping sites should know by doing this they are not only compromising with their business ethics but also with the emotional ethics of their customer.
At last, without any choice i had to cancel my order. But the refund is still not initiated. As with the refund i demand a compensation from the company asap.
