Amazon India — Concern with Amazon ORDER #[protected] | |||||
Hi, I am writing this complain w.r.t my Amazon “ORDER #[protected]”. Initially, I give you brief about my concern, I obtained a pair of shoes from amazon of valuable amount "2399.70/-", merchant of this item is Cloudtail, the normal date of delivery was "13 –jun-2016", however till 17th June I didn't got my bundle or any overhaul from amazon or dealer side also. Then I made a call with amazon customer care and got some information about my bundle, he let me know that wait for one more day, as we are attempt to associate with vender and return you, no reaction from him side. Again On 18th June I made a bring in amazon customer care, you employee guaranteed me to make another solicitation for re-sending the crisp bit of shoes, that time I am entirely cheerful for seeing the same yet when on following day i..e 19th Jun I again made a call just to confirm my bundle status, you employee let me know that still your re-send package request is not made by any of representative, let me raise it. Following few hour, I got a call from your same employee, she let me know that, same item leaves stock right now, so I am ask her, please refund my cash by believing her words. Be that as it may, following 1 days, one of my friend was effectively bought same shoes from amazon and this time amount of shoes is "5, 279/ - ", so I am truly need to see some underneath questions: Q1: How is it conceivable to organize the same item in a very short time? Q2: Is it implies, now item esteem goes expanded and I obtained the item in lesser amount ? Q3: Or item accessible that time is blemished, now dealer didn't have any more faulty piece, so he is not inspired by sending me the same amount. Q4: Suppose I buy a product of amazon of sum 1000/ - and following 1 week, item comes in offer having cost 600/ -, and I need my cash 400/ - to be discount, Are you all do likewise At that point, I raise my worry with one of your senior lead whose name is "Mr. Harshwardhna" even he is not ready to comprehend my inquiry and he let me know that he not able to re-send the same bundle with in same amount. So, I request you please arrange the same product of same amount ASAP and also take actions with the your seller as well. Attach all the documents which proof my concern.
