I don't believe amazon being the next big thing in market, has employees like Sindhu. I am talking about my experience with this guy on the second last call being horrible. This guy's arrogance and rude behaviour would surely let this company down anyways sooner. I seriouly want amazon to take a step further and train employees in a proper manner that can lead to more positive conversations. I myself manage an ecommerce company but my reps are never allowed to talk to our customers the way he did talk to me!!
This guy being precise told me not to call amazon again n again if my query was being handled by an executive. Has amazon gone deaf to not check their recorded conversations!!
The only problem was that i got a text saying that my replacement will be delivered till october 9th and i understand that it could be a technical fault. Instead of handeling this issue with ease, this guy answered me as if he owns amazon. Now come on, even the ceo would be as calm as a sheep.
Even i apologize if i used slangs over the phone, but i am really frustrated because amazon has let me down the third time in regards to their cell phone division. This is a third phone that i have encountered an issue with and getting a replacement.
A negetive review just because of this guy is a must.
Tell me amazon, why would i continue to sustain a trustfactor i[censored] have guys and products like this.
