[Resolved]  Amazon India — Customer Care disconnects Calls

As expected in my previous email, my book as per Order ID[protected]: has not reached me till 12/1/2015 whereas payment was made on 22/12/2014. This is not the way an MNC company like Amazon should perform. They simply promise only safe shopping, not smooth or fast or successful shopping. Each Customer Care call is responded politely, but when the complaint is detailed to them, they disconnect the call before providing any complaint no. and next call is received by somebody else. Thus, the whole day is wasted without any solution. This is really a treacherous policy.
