Return Filed by the representative on September 06, 2015 with an assurance of a full refund
Assigned courier for the return pickup - FedEx
On 8th, 10th and 14th September, 2015 received the same SMS saying
"Your return pickup of YU Yuphoria has been scheduled as per your request."
No one actually shows up for the pickup.
When asked for the reason for delay in pickup from Amazon India through email conversation the reply is "The courier guy failed to locate your address."
Well, thrice??
They say "We are here to prevent you from bearing any loss or inconvenience."
1. Loss of time (daily change of personal schedules expecting the courier guy to show up)
2. Loss of effort (numerous chats and emails with representatives resulting into nothing)
3. Absolute inconvenience
Point to prove: For delivery of the product it took them exactly 2 days and the courier guy had no problem in finding the address. Now while the return pickup, it has been 10 days even after repeated email conversations to Amazon India informing that the product has not yet been picked up.
P.S.: No courier service/e-commerce site has ever made a statement that they had trouble in finding my address. And I've had around a dozen of deliveries made to my doorstep.
