I ordered this at (rs.1890) but I received defferent product (black colour) and bad condition. it's totally waist because my car seat is grey i don't use it anyway. Produc delivered at 2/3/22 at address those i given. When I opened it seemed different. After i called Amazon customer care and register my complaint and he told me wait for 3 days. after that I asked him to give me complaint ID but he denied and told me it is our internal investigation matter we don't give you complaint ID. In 5/3/22 i call Amazon customer care he told me due to result of our internal investigation we don't give you return or refund.he told me at our side we give you right product. I request him so much for return or refund or replacement but he denied and told me sir it's non returnable product.We don't do anything. I also coordinate company by mail. But sam response comes. He denied for return or refund.
WHAT IS WANT:- I WANT ONLY RETURN OR REFUND FOR THIS PRODUCT (1890 rupees).
Note:- NOW SO MUCH HARASSMENT I DON'T WANT REPLACMENT. BECAUSE AT YOUR SIDE YOUR TEAM MEMBERS TOLD ME IT'S NOT RETURNABLE OR NOT REPLACEMENT PRODUCT.
