I purchased a moto g5s plus phone and received same on 25th of sep and i observed some problem with phone changing and heating.
On raising request for return it asked me to download an app with which they were not able to diagnose and assigned me a technician to check at my place.
However that person is not able to come as he said he is sick.
Next time when i called and tried to return call was not able to place and directed me to go to service center.
While going to authorised service center near by at null stop they are saying once they will open my phone it can not be returned and i have to pay any part needs to be replaced.
I am not able to do any thing as now even my phone is discharged and not able to start.
Really very much frustrated with this kind of service.
Please help to resolve on urgent baisis.
