Worst services. I Ordered wonderchef item on Jan - 6, and the item was delivered on 7 Jan that was defected. I raised a concern on 7th, and your team will raise a concern and process the replacement item. However, on 8th jan delivery agent came at my friend home and said he need to authority for customer care regarding the delivery of this product and replace older one. But, this item is purchased for someone like as my friend. So that i am not able to connect the call to customer care. After, i tried a conference call, but delivery agent not picked my call and not change the product and gone. So, my concern is that if i already raised a concern for replacement, why delivery agent ask for authorization from customer care, and not delivery the new product. I paid the amount online. So, the product is undelivered and not replaced. Please tell me where i raise this concern. Give me escalate email Id or phone no. so that i will complaint for the same.
