I have ordered 8 litre plastic sprayer, when i opened the item i found the sprayer pipe is defective and not able to spray the water out.
And i immediately click on retrun and refund button showing in order details and i got call from customer care. The person is denying for the return and refund as well. Its a prime account and i have been purchased so much items from amazon, just check my orders and team is providing these type of responses to their customers.
I also put feedback regarding my concern on order review and feedback but there is no revert from their side. Its like they want us to provide feedback but they don't value the same. Its just a formality. I am seeking for my refund here.

Ceres earphones, i have received again a cheap low quality product for which i am requesting for return within stipulated time and you are not providing me the details of pickup. You are supposed to pickup from the same address as you delivered.
But you are asking of pickup from metro cities only. Then how should i return and get refund. Service is being so embarrassing this time.
