I have ordered one product having order ID[protected] from Amazon and the product has been cancelled on 26th of october and it has been shown that refund has been initiated in app but till this date i haven't received any refund nor the refund ID has been generated so far as it was already discussed with customer care many times and each time a new time frame was given to me.
I have raised a complaint having complaint number [protected] 6 days ago but still they have not responded yet on that query or my mail .
Kindly take appropriate action as this is not the case with one customer.suppose there are many customer and the amount will be huge and if they delay refund for each of the customer then you can think of interest earned on income they have withhold mentioning technical issue.
