Amazon India — Delay With Refund On Amazon Online Shopping

I placed a order on Amazon 02/oct/2020 using my debit card.

refund for Rs.141 has been processed on 05/oct/2020

Refund Reference # 30005102760276105283701

I have not received the refund amount yet.(refund not processed)

The Amazon Customer care told to contact bank's customer care
And the Bank Customer Care person asked to visit the bank.
I can't visit the bank during this pandemic.

Please help me with this refund ASAP.
