Amazon India — Delayed product delivery and helpless customer care | |||||
I had ordered oneplus3 phone (order#[protected] from amazonindia site which initially told that it would take 2-4 days to get delivered but on checking out/payment it mentioned it will be delivered by 16th september. as per amazon tracking tool on 15th september the package arrived at a courier facility bhiwandi, maharashtra, in Courier: amazon transportation services, tracking #:[protected] and mumbai is the delivery address but i never got the package on 16th. I reached out to the amazon customer care several times post 16th as the package was not delivered and they said they don't have any insight on why the product is not delivered to me. only explanation i got was is that they are possibly sorting the product and then it will reach to the near by courier station around my place. I posted complaints on facebook as well and they suggested to wait. now they have stopped responding as well. lots of other customers too have complained on delayed product delivery and delayed refund as well.
